I finally received my kit. It took 15 weeks. Apparently the first order was "held" up in customs so Paint Plot said they would order another one, which I finally received. It was wrapped around a styrofoam dowel, which had been bent, so it is wrinkled and kinky. I don't know if it can be ironed. So I am disappointed with that. For sure won't be ordering another one.
Ordered over a month ago, I have received dozens of promotional emails from paint plot since placing my order but have yet to receive my order. It's a weird time, I expect delays. However I was sent a tracking number that does not exist in any carrier system, was sent a mass apology email about delays, yet have received no correspondence from the support team regarding legitimate tracking or order status.
I bought 4 paintings over 4 months ago spent over $100 and received nothing. I emailed multiple times and they make excuses that it's a shipping delay or they will look into it and then never do. Promised to reship them and never do. Tracking is fake. I basically donated $100 to a stranger and only got allot of lies and excuses. Please stay away order from another company or amazon
I loved the designs and ordered one painting to try. It was so much fun to do and the unicorn was a good fit for a beginner painter like me. My second painting was the mother and baby for my sister's nursery.
I love the quality of the canvas and the fact they are Australian based.
I have since brought 7 more painting with 4 on their way.
I ordered my first ever PBN from Paint Plot it arrived within a couple of days and other items have also arrived in similar quick times. They provide lots of information and links to helpful tutorials as well as an awesome product.

Awesome order came quickly, the brushes are great. I am colour blind so these PBN make it really easy. The frame is so easy to put together. I was less than halfway through this painting and I was online ordering another 3.
I ordered two kits from them in 2020 and came back in 2021 and ordered 4 more. Did one up as a gift and the recipient loved it. The kits are lovely, colourful, lots of choice, easy (or hard if you want!)
Originally when I saw how the painting came in and how much detail I needed to work with, I was intimidated. However, as I went through color by color l. I could see the view I had seen in Ireland several years ago. It came out better than I expected.
Worst customer service. After not receiving my order the guy I spoke with (Kevin Angelo Legazpi) said there was nothing they could do Bc the tracking number said it was delivered. I'm not even sure if this company is legit or just a scam. Don't let them steal your money!
Paint plot has great variety to choose from, paints were all in perfect condition too. Even coming from Australia to Canada during a pandemic, still arrived in a decent time! Tracking system was easy to use, and let me know exactly where my paintings were. They give helpful emails with videos to help make your paintings better! I ordered 4, and just finished the first one. I'm a person who has to keep busy, so put on a pod cast and focus for hours haha Very happy overall with this small business! Great costumer service!
Overall the paintings that I've recieved have been good and enjoyable. However I would recommend more paint for some of the colours as sometimes I'v barely had enough paint to cover an area.
I placed my order more than 6 weeks ago and I haven't received so much as a tracking number. They were, however, definitely very timely in charging my card. And filling my inbox with junk emails about how to use the product I haven't received. I've emailed Rebecca Tecson in customer support for status updates and first was told that my order was caught up in customs (note - this is NOT an American company, which isn't disclosed anywhere on their website). On my second follow up, weeks later, she just blew me off. When I asked for a refund she offered a promo code for another painting, which is laughable because I will never buy anything from this company again. And neither should you. You've been warned.
3 months in the product still hadn't shipped, company refused to provide a refund and said because it had already been 30 days there was nothing they could do. I have been persistent reaching out and am confident I would have never heard anything without doing so. Supposedly it's on its way now after 4 months waiting.
I purchased two paint by number kits (cost me $70, so not cheap) almost 2 months ago and STILL have not received my item! I have emailed "Michelle O" a dozen times asking for a refund, and she keeps saying she cannot offer one and that the item is on its way. She then said it got lost, but they're shipping me a new set... that also hasn't arrived. I've never been scammed like this! Shame on you.
I ordered 4 paint kits 5 months ago. Not only did I never receive them, but after exchanging multiple emails with the company (who gave excuses ranging from shipping delays due to covid, problems with customs, etc) they finally claimed that they sent the package and if I never received it then there is nothing they could do due to "company policy". I've never dealt with such a scam of a company in my life. Avoid them at all costs!
I started my new painting Amsterdam and was a bit disappointed that color #3 was partially filled and hard like rubber. Contacted Customer service and they responded quickly saying that they would ship another 7-20 days but no tracking number.
I not crazy about the colours provided and not sure why purple is the colour chosen for the cobble stone streal. I guess i will wait to see the end result. So far mixed feeling as to if i would order from

Ordered in March and still nothing. Customer service a joke, shipping link that makes no sense. Even worse, they send almost daily sales emails will all kinds of giveaways, sales, personal information. Weird. All I want is my order or a refund. Can't get either. My sister also ordered over $100.00 with of paintings and has had the same experience. This is beyond a shipping delay to COVID delay. Sad.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I've had with an online retailer. After months of back and forth and confirming that my order was sent to the wrong place, this company refuses to offer a refund or resend the order. It's incredibly disappointing that my money was wasted on something that I will never even get to enjoy. I was looking forward to starting my painting and had already picked out the next one I wanted to order, but not anymore.
Do better for people who actually WANT to give you their business.
I've bought several Paint by Numbers kits from PaintPlot and I'm about to buy some more. They are high quality canvas and paints and are posted so that they turn up pristine and not all creased like most online sellers. The group Facebook page for customers is brilliant and provides lots of support and plenty of great feedback about how Paintplot provide brilliant service. Why would you buy from China and wait months? Great little Aussie business do a fantastic job.
I'm an artist, who specialized in portraits. T think it could be a great gift for my close friednds, who don't hae drawing skills. Especially for my friend's wife, who has a child. As I understand the wife needed more colors, but it's not problem for me. In general it's a good company.)
