I ordered a kit in mid January and still haven't received it. The last tracking info showed it "in the states" on Feb. 11 but nothing since.
How do i assemble the frame?- no instructions are included!
Those who filled a contest at their bank, were you able to get a refund ?
Do you fairly compensate your artists? Most of the pieces seem to be from DeviantArt, and given that it ships from China I'm worried the art is stolen
Why is your customer service horrible and why do you refuse to answer your customer? #scam
