Answer:

They don't tell their customers anything, they just want to take their money. It's a scam. I should have read REAL reviews before purchasing.

Answer:

I did finally did via PayPal which was how I paid and was able to get my money back! I was unsuccessful getting it back directly through the company but thankfully was able to through PayPal.

I ordered a kit in mid january and still haven't received it. the last tracking info showed it "in the states" on feb. 11 but nothing since.
