So far I have been billed for 4 months of the subscription. April was great, May came with dry paint that was unusable. I did not purchase in June due to just receiving the replacement for May. I paid for both July and August and did not recieve anything. I had to reach out to have them sent, the representative assured me she would mail both months and provided a tracking number. When I finally received a shipment at the end of September it was only one product not both missed months. I emailed yet again and she asked for photos of the product. The bag it was mailed in was not big enough for two, it's not like they mailed it and it fell out or was stolen. It was never sent after they were advised me it would be.

The packaging was great and the service was fast as l put my order in on the 18th and it arrived early and l am defiantly be order from paint plot again real soon
And l am really enjoying painting the waterfall

This company has a dishonest strategies to lead you subscribing their membership. They will first offer you one month membership for free. When they provide you this opportunity, they didn't say anything about the terms of this membership. It is like they are kind to let you try their products. However, when you are unsatisfied with their products, they then tell you that you have no chance to cancel the subscription until you pay the next month membership. What's important, their paintings are shoddy. It is different from their picture on website. I prefer to buy the similar product on Amazon rather than this dishonest company.

I ordered a painting kit from Paint Plot Australia. I received a diamond kit which is completely different - there are no paints or brushes included. Have tried to contact the company via phone and email and had no response. Very disappointed as it wasn't cheap. Avoid this company.

I have been purchasing paint by number projects from this company for over 2 years now having completed 5 paintings and they are very good quality. The canvases are rolled not folded which is very important, the brushes are good quality and last throughout each painting and the paints are also high quality. I have purchased from 2 other PBN companies in the past and the canvases were low quality and the paints were chalky and had low pigmentation. I would highly recommend Paint Plot if you are new to PBN or a seasoned painter.

Love the kits that you can get from Paint Plot. Only ever had one issue with one of the canvases being ripped but the customer support team is amazing and solved the problem by sending a new one. Thank you!

Nice store. The store sells only quality products, no fakes. Work clearly. The goods come to the pickup point in the shortest possible time.

Die Website ist einfach zu navigieren. Ich kann einzelne Bleistiftfarben finden, um meinen Vorrat aufzufüllen. Die Lieferung erfolgt schnell und die Verpackung ist sehr sorgfältig - meine Stifte gehen beim Transport nicht kaputt.

Have now bought 2 diamond paintings and very happy. Packages arrived from Australia within 10 days. Still working on my Wolf picture which is looking great and looking forward to starting the next when time permits.

Love these guys! My kits came quicker than expected. Some of the cells are really small, so I twisted the PDF's for them and within hours I had them in my inbox. The group on Facebook is so supportive and encouraging. The company themselves are fabulous! I will definitely be ordering more. You will not be disappointed. No matter your skill level you can do it!

I bought 4 PBN kits as part of a deal. I loved doing my first one so much (Collecting Moons), I couldn't wait to start on my second! I am new to painting, and was pleased that the kit contained everything I needed. The online store is well laid out, and the grades of easy, medium, difficult and advanced are helpful. There is a great choice of different paintings. My PBN kits arrived within a week (I live in eastern Australia). I also loved the fun order confirmation email and the regular updates I received. I have family and friends that swear by Paint Plot, and I can absolutely see why!

I am new to the painting world, but I feel like Paint Plot is a really good buy. I have bought three of their paint by number canvasses so far. Comes with paintbrushes, and quite clear prints. One of the first canvasses i bought had some very small numbers that are hard to make out, even with a magnifier. But I noticed the next canvass i bought quite recently seems to be a clearer print, so that problem is resolved. The pictures I find are unique and come out really lovely, even from me who has never painted in my life. Other websites i have looked at seem to recycle the same pictures between them, but paint plot has their own unique pictures which I really like.

I would totally recommend buying from them.

I love to paint and they have some pretty canvas which i ordered for myself. They arrived within the week and was in good condition.
