Paint Plot was the first company I ever ordered from, back in Feb. I got the subscription package as there were just too many lovely paintings to choose from. I have found them to be always great with no issues - delivery time is usually within a week also even with the slow downs caused by covid. Great company and would recommend to anyone.
I stumbled across Paintplot.com while I was looking on social media, their site has lots of styles and it was really easy to order. I received my colourful rain kit in around 3 weeks which was a little long but I hear they have moved to a new warehouse in Australia and the postage times are a lot quicker... I will order another one from them soon and let you now how it goes.
Buyer Beware! I've been waiting on my order for almost 2 months, and it's just being shipped now. I placed an order on June 17, and still have not received it. Apparently it was not processed and no one noticed or cared. I've reached out to them several times over the last couple of months. They told me don't worry, it's on the way, be patient, there are shipping delays. Several weeks later I reached out again, and it was, I'm sorry, it appears your order was never processed. I requested a refund, and they tell me they can't. It's more like they won't. I don't even want it anymore. It was supposed to be a gift for my daughter to give her something to do over the summer & quarantine. Now she is heading back to school... What a horrible experience, with lousy customer service.
Loved doing my first painting. It was so therapeutic. Sent an email request about an out of stock painting and got a very quick, positive response. My second order took a while to arrive due to Covid delays but I'm excited to get started on my next one. Thoroughly recommend Paint Plot.

Finally received painting after 6 months of waiting, emails, etc, the pictures are to small for seniors in healthcare to paint, bout 3 and 1 free 72.00 now to ship back to them to get a refund the cost will be 89.00 dollars getting no where with them
I'm in the us and my shipment arrived a little before it said it would which was a nice surprise! I have finished my first and already on the second because I am hooked. Great quality and great design. I love the tutorials you guys send out in the emails so I can improve faster than just self teaching. Keep it up!
I have completed 1 Paint Plot paint by number kit so far and am half way through my second. The quality of materials is great - canvas, paint and brushes all good. I have had no problem with ordering or delivery, even in these Covid times.
I suspect that the negative reviews on this site do NOT relate to Paint Plot but other companies (of which there are many not so reliable as this one).
I recommend Paint Plot wholeheartedly. My wife and I have another 3 kits each to paint in our stash!

I ordered this weeks ago for Christmas gift. Was supposed to arrive UPto 15 days, it's been well over, almost a month now. I didn't know it was shipping from China, that is not mentioned in any details of order. Customer service has not responded to my inquiries. I am beginning to think this is a hoax. Pissed
Ordered well over two months ago, product never arrived. Tried to contact customer service MULTIPLE times, phone goes straight to voice mail and no one returns call.
We requested a refund, and got a response to that, telling us that the refund is on its way - but it's been over a week and nothing has been reversed on my daughter's credit card.
Next step - reporting this scam of a company to the proper authorities.
I ordered the "Sunny Sunflowers Kit" for my wife for her birthday. It arrived without any fuss, she was thrilled and it gave me time to myself as she was totally engrossed. Highly recommend purchasing from Paint Plot
I received my purchase in a timely response. My only fault is numbers are unreadable even with magnifier. As a result of poor quality small colour picture and equally illegible numbers on paper print, a lot of artistic license was required. Perhaps larger colour pics would be beneficial or paper that you can correlate numbers with canvas.
Ordered March 31, they charged my credit card on April 1, package hasn't arrived and today is May 13. Numerous emails have given different tracking info. One said it arrived it Washington State. On May 3, it said arrived in New York. Package was to be delivered to New York City, but still not here. Do not order from this company. Also, painting cost $25, but with shipping it was almost $50! Rip-off.
I was wondering if you could get bigger paintings to try? Also I was thinking about doing something for younger people like star wars or superhero types and being a musical person I love guitar themed paintings to try. Thanks
I purchased two paint by numbers kits from Paint Plot on April 20,2020 and have yet to receive them. When I first contacted the company, they told me it looked like my order was lost in transit and they would send a new one. That order has still not been received and now when I contact the company they do not respond. I have asked for a refund three times and no response or refund of my money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Came from Australia so it took several weeks to arrive, but I thought that was pretty fast. My first paint by number, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Tova and Michael checked in frequently and pointed me to several good videos. Very good experience.
Love these paint by numbers. My daughter and I do them together. Got what I wanted and shipped to New Zealand quickly. Love these. The only recommendation is having a magnifying glass or app because some of the numbers are really small and hard to read.
It's been over two months since I ordered and they didn't even send it yet but they refuse to give me a refund. I'll never get my painting kits. This company is a scam and Michelle is the worst customer service agent ever. Refund me!
I just love Paint Plot PBN's! I've purchased a few times now over the last few months, and have found it to be nothing but a positive experience! Its very easy to order (apart from tough choices selecting which one's to buy!), postage and delivery accurate and prompt, and the actual packaging is strong and tough, which keeps your paintings neat and crease free. I'm now a one company purchaser now!
