I wanted a fun, relaxing project that was more engaging than just coloring, but not as involved as a puzzle. I decided to go with a paint by numbers and found a picture I loved and couldn't wait to paint! I joined the online group and I was so glad I did! I bought the recommended gesso and flow aid, which arrived the same day as my canvas! I worked on it about an hour every night. Some of the numbers were very faded or didn't fit all the way within the lines, so I just went with what I felt looked right. They proved a paper with the numbers, but my painting was so detailed, it was almost impossible to match up. Overall, I got the exact challenge of a project I was looking for and a beautiful picture out of it!

I have now three PBN from Paint Plot. Easy to order and quick delivery. One of the painting wasn't available when I ordered and I was kept up to date with my option. Love painting and the great quality of the paint as well as the brushes included. I did buy one of their other set. Very helpful company..

This has been a really positive experience for me. There was some shipping delays, but with the current events, this is fairly normal for international shipments. Also, of the sites I have visited, I like their selection the best.

I purchased a paint kit - it never arrived. I've been waiting over a month. Went to the wrong province and was told it was delivered. Do not recommend - clearly is a skam!

This is my first time, as an adult, doing paint by number. I really liked how easy paint plot made it for me. I don't think it turned out too bad for my first time.

I highly recommend purchasing PBN's from Paint Plot. I have dealt with a couple other PBN suppliers and I must say Paint Plot's products are the best. I received the parcel in only a couple days, which was surprising as living in a regional area even pre Covid deliveries usually took forever.
Paint Plot also has excellent customer service. I had an enquiry and emailed and received a prompt response.

I love working on the paint by number. Paint Plot had the best designs compared to similar companies. I choose paintings that I would buy as a print. I can't tell you how much calm and peace they have given me during the pandemic when my two kids are home all trying to do online school. I wake up looking forward to working on the painting. I'm not very crafty but these are foolproof and make beautiful pieces for our home.

I ordered from this company April 2020 and never received anything. I repeatedly asked for a refund but was told I needed to send their product back (which again, never received). Eventually a different customer rep (there was a new name every time) agreed to give me a refund but said they were not able to as it had been more than 6 months. I told them to simply send me back my $ via PayPal. I was finally issued a refund and thought the whole thing was over. A month after, they disputed my refund saying it was an unauthorized transaction. It was sent from Mike's (the so called owner) Paypal. I had to contact Paypal about it and they eventually decided in my favor but it took nearly a year & some legal fights to get a refund. Save your time and money. This entire company is fraudulent & looking into the company, it doesn't even seem real.

Love the paint kit so much. A better paint brush would work much better as the one they give is terrible but overall pretty happy. The paint actually covers the numbers so you don't have to paint 4-5 times

Paint plot Australia is fantastic. I get my items within 5 days every email I send gets responded to within a day or two. Thay always try to help where thay can. I love doing my paintings and love dealing with paint plot Australia. A+ 100/100

I ordered four unique Paint Plot sets to be given as gifts. The order came combined in two boxes that were crushed in shipment. I have gone back and forth with customer service multiple times - asking for replacement boxes to be sent AND that an appropriate number of boxes to be sent to accompany the four unique sets ordered. I understand combining kits to save themselves on international shipping, but this is not something that is made clear during the ordering process (I would have never ordered them had I know that in ordering four unique sets I wouldn't actually get four individually packaged sets). Further, customer service's initial response was that I should just repackage their product myself and go find another gift box, which would have meant losing the information and instructions that are provided on the box itself. I have gone back and forth five times now with customer service and am still no where near getting the boxes replaced or receiving return instructions. I have no idea if the paints or the canvases are any good as I haven't been able to gift them and the customer service, while polite, is not intent on actually solving anything. If you're ordering a kit for yourself, this might be okay. However, I tend to believe that how a company treats you and the way they package their product speaks volumes, and what this company has said is that they just don't care. I would not recommend this company or its products.

Great quality paints and canvases. Lovely images. Some sets can be quite challenging but they will provide a PDF and excellent customer support. They also have a friendly and supportive facebook page. A great company with an excellent product.

I have purchased 6 paintings so far and have loved each one. Each order has arrived within a week (I reside in Geelong, Victoria) of my ordering them and the quality of each painting has been fantastic. I recently ordered some of the fine detail brushes and when I received the order one of the brushes was broken. I emailed Paintplot and Michelle was most helpful. She organised a replacement brush and I received it in under a week. I also bought a painting for my sister and one of the pots was empty. Again Michelle organised a replacement which my sister received within a few days. I highly rate this company for its service and products and recommend them to all my friends and family. 5 star for me!

I started painting paint by numbers at Christmas time, had saw an ad on Facebook and tagged my husband for a gift idea. After the first one I became addicted. They are so much fun, and a great distraction from my anxiety. I get lost in my paintings. They are great as decor around the house.
