In really difficult times this year, I have had nothing but a positive experience with Paint Plot. The orders I placed arrived within a week each time. The kits arrived in great condition and the canvases and paints were of an excellent quality - great to paint with. The email and tracking back up has also been excellent. I commend such a great set up here in Australia for doing so well in such trying times. Great job & great company! I will continue to recommend and use this company. Thank you.
I have done 3 so far and have 2 more on the way. Great for gifts for someone special a very personal gift from you to them. My mum was touched when I gave her a painting. All in time for Christmas so get painting
Paint Plot has great products and easy customer service. The canvases and paint are always protected during shipping so there are no chances of a broken set. The only "negative" is that so many if their options sell out! So buy it when you see it! Otherwise you might not be able to get it for a while. Shipping can be slow, but it is always exciting when it arrives!
It has been over two months, and I still have not received anything. The tracking information is also worthless - the package is apparently in China for months. Customer service doesn't even provide a personalized response - just vague excuses. Wish I had gone with another product, as their entire approach feels very disrespectful to customers.
I ordered my paint by numbers kit almost a month ago. I've received many emails about how to use this product and even a shipping link for this item that comes up with an invalid tracking number! Tova and Mike are scam artists, please do not waste your money on this product you won't receive!
I had some reservations ordering from an online only company but emailed their support team and they eased my anxieties, I purchased the Collecting Moons kit from paintplot.com and was actually surprised with how much I loved completing it, in these dark times its fantastic to put your mind to creating a special peace of art.
Love them, I look forward to them every month. The communication with Tova and Mick has always made ordering their products a no brainer. They've sent replacement paints at no extra charge when I've left lids off of pots. If you enjoy painting but don't always have the creative flow, these have been my wind down from work projects each night
I love these, there are so many fantastic new pictures coming through and it's always such a thrill picking my next one to do! Coming into Christmas - they have me covered for presents! I highly recommend this amazing company.
I was very pleased with quality of paint and canvas that was provided. I have already ordered 2 more paintings before I even completed my first one because I enjoyed it so much. It's a great stress reliever after work or chill time on the weekend.
Ordered four on 4/8 and they still haven't arrived. I've emailed them several times and get the run around if I even get a reply which takes days. The tracking # shows the package coming from China but no status. This is such a scam, pick a different company if you want paint by number! They delete any negative comments from their Facebook page. I would give zero stars if possible.
I chose to order from PaintPlot specifically because they claimed on their website 3-8 days shipping. I needed the canvases for a scheduled event some 20 days later. The product did not arrive for 28 days. Well past the event. Then came the poor customer service I have read about in previous reviews. After sending several kind emails requesting postage-paid-return label, they just ignored me. Now I am stuck with the canvases ordered for the event. If you need your items in a timely manner, buyer beware… they will not honor their website's advertised 3-8 days. Sadly, They cast blame elsewhere and demanded that I honor their rerun policy and pay for return shipping of their extremely late product.
They do everything to hide the fact that it's shipping from outside of the USA when you order. It's been over 6 weeks since I ordered and I've still not received it. I tried to get my money back thru paypal but paint plot keeps throwing up the same excuses and useless tracking number that didn't update for weeks. Every message back from them reads the same: COVID delay! Worldwide pandemic! Beyond our control! It's been way too long to blame COVID delay now. My next steps are contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges. Stay away from this company and order paint by number kits from Amazon, they are better quality and much cheaper.
I ordered 3 get one free painting projects and even with shipment "problems" created by our elitist world leaders, I was able to get it within 3 weeks. Kept informed of the entire shipping route, too. Was also thanked for my purchase.
I ordered two months ago and never received anything. Emails give me a BS tracking number and once they said I would get a refund but then nothing. Don't believe the positive reviews here, it is the company giving false reviews for themselves. They delete any negative comments and block you from their social media. It's a scam.
The website is customer friendly with awesome picture s and where customers can also comment towards new arrival selection. A great hobby and I would recommend you check it out. Love the fast friendly service.
3+ months to arrive - communication with support tardy, brief and unhelpful. Package arrived like a crumpled sleeping bag rolled up and absolutely wreaking of cigarette smoke. All materials inside were also wreaking of cigarette smoke - after 3 days of airing out not much change to odour. Horrible experience and I no longer wish to paint with this product with my kids as was the plan. Buyer beware!
Bought my kit December 4th and expected it by Christmas because that's what was promised if purchased before December 12th. Still waiting a month later and no response when I emailed asking about my order.
It's a great quality kit. I can't fault that. I was very worried about whether it was going to arrive, which it did, albeit late. The pandemic was a definite factor however, better communication would have helped my anxiety. Purely based on shipping I could only give 3-4 stars.
I have no painting experience at all and was looking to learn a new hobby. The paintings looked beautiful and the concept sounded easy. My order arrived within a few days and came with everything I needed to get started. I was amazed with the quality of the product and I loved watching my painting come together. I found it very relaxing and I was amazed at the end result. Paint plot have been very helpful when contacted.
I ordered three kits totaling $99+dollars on March 5,2021. It is now April 4... still no shipment. No notice when I ordered that these would be coming from outside the USA, so NO warning of delayed shipment. Communication from company had been slow and "just give it a few more days". Seriously? It's been a month. Refund my money already!
