Me and my daughter visited the store located in the Old Orchard mall in Skokie IL - we spent approximately 25 minutes in the store looking through out their clothing and no one greeted us no one spoke to us, and no one offered any assistance - I ultimately purchased 3 items but I will never return there
I order a hoodie worth $110 but i didn't recieve it! The merchant said is already delivered! So I email them it said i need to get a police report for the items. They do this to me not once but twice. This is a big scam.
Never buying from here again. Every time they mess up my order and send me my stuff late even though i pay for expedited shipping to avoid it. Their customer service is terrible too. They also never load your rewards. 0/10
I purchased online what I thought would be a normal, cute sweater. The model showed the sweater tucked in. When I received it, it was a crop top! It measured 16 inches from the shoulder, just a little over the length of a ruler! Yet it had gorilla arms that hung down almost to my knees. Now I have to pay $7 to ship it back. The rest of the quality was also terrible. The stitching around the cutout was all torn and ragged. Lesson learned, I will never order from them again.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Took six weeks to receive all products however in the meantime I called customer service and one day I was literally on the phone with them for four hours not only that but they were rude and disrespectful, they would leave me on the phone on hold for a half an hour pretending to double check my order and this went on for like four hours. I'll never spend another dollar ever again with this company.
The particular customer service person I was speaking to her name was Lody I politely told her that I couldn't understand what was being said if I could speak to another agent ( strong Filipino accent that I could not understand and their mode of speaking English does not make sense in the conversational world) anyways she sent me a Survey to fill out but on the survey as you can see posted in the pictures it says" tough times never last but tough people do " implying I was tough. So of course I gave her a one star. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was really worried about when my package was going to arrive every receiving all kinds of fake emails but I wasn't sure if they were really real emails or fake emails in regards to FedEx. In the end Lody kept dodging my request to speak to a supervisor kept putting me on hold saying the supervisor was busy and this carried on for four hours. In total I spent $380.30, $40 of those dollars was for duties as I am Canadian so they charge us extra tax not a lot of money however not worth the trouble and horrible horrible service.
I ordered some t-shirts, it took over a month for the them to arrive. One of them did not fit, tried returning it and my order number wouldn't work online.
Called the customer service line the girl put me on hold twice never came back. The third time the girls was so rude couldn't find my order once she did she had all of my info wrong. Including the email and told me I gave her the wrong email.
The whole thing felt so wrong it felt like a big scam.
I gave her all of my info about 6 times and she kept asking for it over and over again.

Don't try to return anything with a receipt they refuse to give me my money back and it would not go back on to my debit card I paid with. She said my only option was a gift card. Well I didn't want a gift card my daughter didn't find one thing she liked here. And than the manager got rude me. Told me I needed to call customer service myself and deal with it. Really are you kidding me. Terrible customer service and very rude manager
I bought a pair of jeans for my teenage daughter for work. The first pair lasted 3 months and the crotch literally unraveled. Not on the seam. I thought it was a fluke so bought another pair. THE EXACT THING HAPPENED AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WEARING THE JEANS MAYBE ONCE A WEEK. I went into the store with the jeans expecting some action and instead was told - there is a 30 day return policy regardless of whether they are defective and if worn, no warranty. I was dumbfounded and made sure I heard it right and they did not give 2 $#*!s about me or the jeans. Very very disappointing. We will not shop there again.
Went into the Woodbury, MN store to buy a shirt, saw the same shirt online at PacSun for $5 less, I asked if they honored online price matching, the girl behind the counter rudely said "no", I asked her to explain why, she just looked at me dumbfounded. I asked to speak with a manager and of course there were none available. Because the shirt was a christmas gift I purchased it anyway, in reviewing the receipt I found printed on the back the PacSun online price match statement stating yes they do indeed honor a one time online price match. PacSun needs to train and attitude check their employees better. I did contact customer service the next day and they said they will refund me the difference, however reading reviews I am not holding my breath. Will not shop at PacSun again.
I ordered a sweat suit a week ago, when my package arrived it had my address and name on the outside and billing paper. However, all the items in the package were completely someone else's. It took me a day and a half to finally get in contact with someone on the help line, just for them to tell me it may take 20 business days to receive my correct package. My package will have no guarantee of being here before Christmas, which is really pissing me off because I ordered it in advance, giving time for delays. This is unacceptable and I will never order from them again.
For Cyber Monday I received a text saying $15 Jeans and 50% off site wide. When I went to make a purchase, after giving all the marketing information they wanted from me (e.g. My Name, Email, Phone) they tell me that the item I want to buy is excluded. What does site wide mean if you're going to exclude items? Very misleading. Be careful not to give them what they want until they verify that you can take advantage of their discounts.
I received a $50 gift card from my cousin for my birthday, and last Friday (11/18/22), I tried to place an order for two pairs of jeans using my gift card. I received the message "We're sorry your order can't be placed due to technical or connection errors. Your method of payment has not been charged. Please wait a few minutes before resubmitting your order." However, when checking my gift card balance, it had gone to $0. I thought that there must've been a mistake due to connection errors, so I contacted customer service. They essentially said that there was a pending authorization on my gift card that needed to be removed, and I would receive my money back within 8 hours---this did not happen. The next day, I contacted customer service AGAIN, and the pending authorization still wasn't removed within the next 24 hours. So I called customer service (this is my THIRD time contacting customer service to get my money back), and I finally received the money back on my gift card.
However, today I tried to place an order with it and the same issue occurred---it said that there were connection issues and my order couldn't be placed, and the money from my gift card was gone. I contacted customer service for the FOURTH time, and the only response I received was that the pending authorization will be removed in 8 hours (which is doubtful since this didn't happen the first time), and I should try placing an order from a different account.
It seems non-coincidental that an order with my gift card was unable to go through twice, but the money from my gift card was taken. Either 1) PacSun's website is terrible and/or 2) PacSun runs their Gift Cards on the business model where you buy them, but they try to prevent you from spending the money, so they can gain money while their customers aren't able to purchase any products. This would make them a profit easily, since I'm sure not everybody has time to talk to Customer Service for 2 hours out of their week.
They delivered the shirts we ordered to the wrong address and when we complained they said, "too bad, we delivered them, not our fault." No refund, no replacement, no apology. Absolutely terrible company.
Was a little worried about buying from all the reviews but I ordered 3 shirts and they shipped it internationally within 2 weeks, which is fast compared to other companies.
We are now living in 2022 about to go into 2023 and with everything going on due to Covid and how the stores are evolving, I just feel Pacsun should honor online sales and prices in store. We all like to save a little and this generation multitask, you will catch us shopping in store and online at the same time, why should I have to wait 5 to 7 days for product that's right here in front of me that I can take home and enjoy to day for a lower price majority of clothing stores are doing it, I just think Pacsun should keep up with how the fashion world is going.
I have never been told to file a police report for merchandise not received… This is a total waste of law enforcements time, not to mention my own… will not be going back here to shop
I ordered two Adidas tennis skirts in 2 different sizes one was delivered in an opened package and instead of sending what I asked and paid for they decided I needed a shirt, an ugly pac sun muscle shirt at that, so they had the NERVE to tell me to send the shirt back and I would then receive a refund of the skirt that's no longer in stock. NOT HAPPENING! So then they say will send u a gift cert for 30% off guess what on Pac sun merchandise Only! I am over it, WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP OR RECOMMEND
I used the size recommendation tool on the site to pick my shoe size when the shoes arrived they didn't fit. Went to the store to return them no refunds or exchanges! Called customer support only to be told theirs nothing they can do. I will never shop at pacsun ever again! $#*! PACSUN
Got a text message from PacSun about a great promo/sale - but ONE pair of shorts, get TWO free. Wow! Awesome. I click the link. I put three pairs of shorts in the cart but nothing happens. I open a chat and explain what happened. She tells me the promo expired but she would honor it because the link still worked. I expected the price to reflect correctly then but she said that I would pay the full price and then once the order shipped, I could chat again and ask them to refund me my money. She also said she put notes in the system so i had no reason to worry. I didn't like this but she assured me many times that everything would be fine. I agreed to take her word for it and because I had screenshots of everything to back me up. The shorts shipped and I contacted chat again and I got called a liar. I sent screenshots of the text message and the chat with previous person. This new person called me a liar and said that they NEVER had such a promo. I sent proof. I sent chats. I sent the text messages from their company. Nope. He didn't believe me and said he would need to start an internal investigation. I called and spoke to someone else and that person looked at the notes and LO AND BEHOLD they were able to see the notes from the previous person and refunded me for the two shorts that were supposed to be free. Tony, the chat customer rep, is TERRIBLE and shouldn't be working in customer service. So mad!

Answer: I wouldn't risk it... a lot of people including me experience really slow, bad shipping from pacsun. I ordered 2 bags in the middle of June and they didn't arrive until the beginning of august. I don't know if that was because of the sale they had that day, but from the other bad reviews on this page I can see this happens often no matter what day it is. I'm pretty dissapointed because I ordered a backpack for school last week and still haven't received it yet... next time I'll probbaly order from another company, I've learned from my mistakes.
Answer: YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
