I ordered a product from them over a week and a half ago and I'm supposed to receive my product tomorrow. I was not told how long it was going to take to get my product to me or given the courtesy of being able to cancel my order and there was someone that could ship it faster. Was told by customer service there was nothing they could do about the shipping time. Very dissatisfied and will not be doing business with them again.
The site is great... easy to maneuver through and great options. Customer service is wonderful. Highly recommend.
I ordered a mattress from overstock. They notified me I had been delivered to the delivery company. The delivery company set up a date to have it delivered to my house and they called that morning to confirm. I had my old mattress taken away and then the delivery company called an hour before they were supposed to be there and said they could not find the mattress. I have called four different times and heard four different stories so overstock and the delivery company are lying to me. It has been four weeks and still no mattress, I have a newborn and I'm sleeping on the floor. No compensation from overstock and when they say they will call me back they never do. Worst experience ever!
We have ordered all of our living room tables, 2 bedroom sets and a fire pit from Overstock, and we couldn't be more pleased! Everything is absolutely beautiful and of the highest quality as far as the materials and construction go. We only had one issue with our fire pit, as it had a dent in it when we took it out of the box, but after contacting their customer support team, we received a $40 refund on our purchase. (We didn't even ask for one, only wanted them to be aware of the damage). Great company, highly recommend!

I've given up on them. Stuff isn't like it looks in picture sometimes and mistakes were a hassle to correct. I hope it's gotten better I did write complaint letters. They had a lot of kewl stuff. It's just it wasn't described properly and left me disappointed a lot. But I did get a few things that were better than expected. So it washes out the let downs. Don't expect a lot and you will be ok.,. Never ever use your own credit cards or debit cards for paying online. Get prepaid gift cards only or use PayPal

I'm still happy with the goods I shopped-for from Overstock.com! I found draperies for hard-to-fit window walls. It was important to get insulating coverage on south-facing window walls that would block cold and heat when needed while appearing to be conventional draping curtains. I was delighted to find the exact items when I was looking for them almost two years later. Their site is set up to let me locate the same goods by going back to my own orders.
We had to contact the supplier and had no trouble talking with them by phone in a very short time - same day or next day.
Their reviews are very useful and the happy buyers and unhappy ones provide good reference points to decide whether a particular item is one that we want.

I did a lot of shopping around on some dog ramps/stairs. Overstock had the best deal over amazon, wayfair and other pet supply specific sites. Free shipping too. Scheduled to be delivered within 4 days of purchase.
Easy to shop at and find what you need. Emails often have discount codes. Not much, but something. Quality is generally good. Decent return policy. Cheap shipping.

I mainly come here for furniture or home furnishing stuff, not clothes or shoes. You can find some great deals and some items not find on other site.

Their O club is great if you shop quite a lot but for once in a while shopping like I do, I do not need that.
