Nice merchandise. Website is clumsy
Stopped ordering from them two years ago when my order arrived literally 'frozen'. Frozen shampoo, frozen skin cleaners.
I contacted them, and they basically told me 'it's winter'.
I ordered $3000 worth of appliances last year.
Somehow their truck broke down, and weren't delivered as promised.
I said no problem, cancel the order. They called and gave me a 15% discount.
Prices are good. Check the specials.
Get to know the store manager. I know our local one well.
Ordered four rugs from them four years ago.
Look nice. Wool, they said.
Still shedding four years later.
You get what you pay for.
I probably order from Amazon every day.
Spent literally thousands.
TVs, computers, other electronics.
Even clothes.
Think what you want about them, but when you need help, they will fix it.
As any Costco customer knows, it's value, great employees, and a (usually) great shopping experience that keeps us coming back.
Besides the cheap hot dogs. :)
Low cost, no bs cellphone service.
Service quality is excellent.
If you're a senior like me, and are not surgically attached to your phone, these guys are great.
I've bought at least two A/V receivers, two TVs and one Tivo from Crutchfield.
Great people, and honest customer advice you won't get from other retailers.

Their service team is awesome. Several years ago they fixed my LED tv, under warranty, and did some extra maintenance on it while they were there.
My last purchase was a $4,500 65" plasma. Since they had a manufacturer's promotion, they called me and offered me a credit.
Instead, I decided the have the TV professionally calibrated.
He was there two hours.
The results are stunning.
If you want the best in electronics, this is the place. They know what they're selling, and they back it up completely.
I went from an ACA plan to a new one, because I didn't qualify. With the same provider.
Despite the fact they had four prescriptions, from the same doctor, on file, they said I needed new prescription numbers for all of them. New account, they said.
Would have been nice if someone told me.
I called and spoke to a rep who promised to send the scrip I needed. Then when I saw no sign of it shipping, I called, and they said no scrip was ever ordered.
Spoke to a supervisor who promised to check the call logs and get back to me. LOL.
Called my health plan, and wrote a letter to their CEO. Probably will do no good.
Cheap is not always good.
Just place an order where they screw it up, and you'll find out what 'wonderful' people they are.
My order never arrived, and they say check the address (which was correct), and then 'hug your furry friends'.
They don't care at all about you or your dogs.
3/7: The order was placed Feb. 23. When I didn't receive the order, all I got was suggestions to 'call the post office' and 'are you sure the address is correct'. This is three more days arguing with them. Only when I got angry did they offer to reship it, which I did not want.
My dog needs this medicine for her syringomylia, which could kill her without proper maintenance.
Do you think I would trust them to re-ship the order, when I need it NOW?
These people are a marketing scam with terrible, terrible customer service.
I get e-mails from them constantly.
When I have a problem, they deflect and blame someone else.
Stay far, far away from this company.
Oh, and the review I posted on their website 'didn't meet their standards'.
Uh-huh.
I've probably spent a couple thousand on ths website and my two girls give it eight paws up.
Great selection, great prices, incredibly fast shipping (usually two days) and customer service that will fix anything, or refund your money immediately. I bought some food my little gourmets didn't like, they refunded my money and asked me to donate it to my local shelter.
They make taking care of my two little girls very easy.
Try them, can't go wrong.

Scott, we are indeed sorry that you did not receive your order. We checked the tracking number, which does show that the parcel was delivered. However, since you did not receive the package, we offered to ship you a replacement, although you elected to receive a full refund which we have issued.
