Macy's products and customer service are alway excellent.
The "Dark Spot Remover" is totally useless! When I complained and cancelled my account I was told that what I "really" needed was their "Clarifying Mask". There was no compensation offered for the product that is guaranteed to work. Also the rotating brush offered as a free gift with purchase cracks and the rotating brush will not remain in place after just 30 days.
Why are your customers so unsatisfied? I was about to place an order but checked the reviews and your automated responses. I am glad I did. I will not order until you improve your tactics and your products. I know you will not post my comments but I am writing anyway just to see if you have any scruples at all. M. Bennett
