I ordered a comforter set. I had originally found the comforter at Kohls for $400 and found on Overstock for $99. The quality isn't as good as what it would've been from Kohl's, but def worth what I paid for. I change up décor enough that it was worth the purchase for me. The cotton in the comforter doesn't stay in place, kind of loses its shape. But overall I'm pleased. Shipping was fast and I will def order from this company again!

I shop pretty often a Overstock... and i find the prices a little all over the place. Sometimes the prices are outstanding for extraordinary quality, sometimes not so much. Perhaps if I had the patience to wait until the prices were what i'd like them to be...
Recently i ordered sofa on this site. I thought they will be shipping soon, after 3rd day, without any notice the order was not appeared in the site and money has not charged. So hereafter i wont trust this site. So many fakes!
Amazon may have better prices but Overstock has the best customer service.
Received a very poor quality, but expensive piece of furniture that was botched heavily with different colored stain. Made in Vietnam. It made me feel sad, because I realized that a child or a slave could have fabricated it hastily. I contacted Overstock with pictures, and they offered a pathetic 15.00 "store credit" or to resend another POS piece of furniture and to "schedule" a pickup time with UPS to get the other one. Really? Some compensation! Time off work for a UPS pickup, and I have to accept another one? Um, no thank you. My business goes elsewhere!
It seems as though the buy products from manufacturers that they were unable to sell and resell them at price that is much to high for its quality.
You can find pretty decent deals on there. Not a frequented site, but still good deals on overstocked and the like products
I ordered a nighty from a site that was a joke and never received it. So i got on overstock and they had the same nighty as the other site. And overstock had it in sizes the other site claims the nighty was not even made in. It was a bit more expensive. But it came on time and in the correct size. I was completely satisfied.
Prices are generally low. Quick delivery. Everything I've ordered is as-advertised. I've never had to deal with their customer service.
I've purchased a few things from Overstock. It's similar to an Amazon, but I find most of the time the price isn't the best you can find. I do check here for different products, but I never make a purchase without checking Amazon and other places to make sure I am getting a good deal. They look nice, but they are not wood as advertised, and after two years and numerous fixes because they deteriorate ( have to have the underframe rebuilt each time), they are now no good. They cannot be rebuilt anymore as the wood(?) is crumbling and a screw won't hold.
When i called i was told i should have bought insurance. Never heard of a store saying that when their product falls apart. Maybe overstock makes all their money on insurance.
Then i decided to write the president of the company.
