I purchase all of my Audi car parts from O'Reilly. Their rewards plan is one of the best and prices are always competitive and fair. Customer service can help you find even the rarest of parts.

I would not recommend buying anything from O'Reilly's Online Store (I'm OK with the local stores). The online shopping experience with O'Reilly is totally a disaster and nightmare.

I ordered a Jeep Hitch but they shipped me a pump instead. I called back and told them I can ship the pump back or drop it at their local store and asked them to ship me a hitch. However, their customer service was quite impatient and told me that they will never ship my hitch to me unless they found the missing one.

I argued that it was not my fault shipping the hitch to a wrong place. Moreover, it's not my responsibility to wait for an unknown period of time because of their fault.

However, the customer service kept saying that I have to wait till they found "MY" hitch. Their logic is quite stupid because: before I receive hitch, it's not mine. All duty is lay upon the O'Reilly store or the carrier.

I asked the store the ship me another hitch or give me an estimation on when they can find "MY" missing hitch but they told me, impatiently, they won't ship me anything and, there is no maximum waiting time before they can find "MY" hitch.

Now I required for a refund and will buy the hitch from their competitor.

I do online shopping for over 15 years. O'Reily Online Store is the worst one I ever met. If you want to buy something from them, you'd better stop.

I went in for 200 dollar battery. One man behind counter on the phone... smiled and i waited. I set the heavy battery in plane sight... and waited. I could hear several people in the back talking about their weekends... i waited. Then i made eye contact with one older guy, no smile... no nothing but walking past doorway... i waited yet still. So i go over to batteries on the rack...$189 has the cranking amps i need... i make eye contact with another guy in the back. He stops looks at guy on phone... then walks away. Again i wait more. Now i pace back an forth listening to a woman talking about her time off... i make more eye contact with 2 guys in the back... nothing. Guy on phone is doing his best to help person on the phone... he looks as the people in the back... then at me... again i wait. Now they laugh an joke in the back so i will go to NAPA. NAPA took care of me in the amount of time i stood there waiting... i was in and out for 3 dollars less to boot! I know where ill be spending my money from now on!

Review for store at 1350 US 27 in Clermont
August 23, 2021

On a Sunday late afternoon my son was at a friends house about an hour from us when his car wouldn't start. Because of the heat, we assumed it was the battery. I called O'Reilly Auto Parts in Clermont and spoke to Kevin to make sure they had the battery and would install it for him - fortunately they were open until 9pm. They had the battery so we called for a jump. While my son was on his way, I called back and ordered the battery on line - as I was paying, Kevin made sure he had the battery in his hand before I completed the order and said it would be ready when my son arrived. He also said they would check the car to make sure it was indeed the battery that needed to be replaced. My son arrived, Luis helped him. Battery was installed and my son was able to drive away. So thankful for the wonderful help at this store. Saved me driving hours and I felt he was in very capable hands with these employees. Thank you to those who helped us out! So refreshing to have employees truly care and take pride in their occupation.

I was replacing the water pump on a 2018 Ford F150,2.7 L turbo. I purchased the water pump from Ford as it was the same price as the aftermarket pump from Oreilly's. The factory pump didn't have the gasket with it. I went to the Oreilly's on 19th and Santa Fe in Moore Oklahoma. Spoke with a young man buy the name of Cash. I gave him the vin to the vehicle, always take the vin when I buy parts.
I returned home only to defined the parts were incorrect. At that point I returned to the O'Reillys to get the correct part and was told I opened the package it's now nonrefundable. How do I know a gaskets right or wrong if I don't open the package to see if it fits. Regardless, they said it was mine and they'd be glad to sell me the correct gasket. I've done thousands of dollars worth of business with O'Reillys. I'm a fixed operations manager for 2 dealerships. I will cancel your contract tomorrow with both of my stores. I will never grace a parking lot with the name Oreilly's again. I will tell my story to every person I ever talk to.

25 bucks, cost this company, thousand

GOOD SELLER GOOD PRICES
October 11, 2016

I WENT TO O'REILLY FOR BRAKE PADS. THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK & A VERY GOOD PRICE... THEN I WENT DOWN THE ISLES TO SEE IF I NEEDED ANY OTHER ITEM. A SALES GUY ASKED IF I NEED ANY HELP I SAID I WAS THINKING ABOUT A NEW CAR WAX... THE GUY SPENT 20 MINUTES TELLING ME ABOUT THE DIFFERENT WAXES. HE ASKED ME SPECIFICALLY WHAT CAR WHAT COLOR, AND EVERY OTHER QUESTION KNOWN TO MAN ABOUT MY CAR. THEN I TOLD HIM ABOUT MY OTHER CAR. HE THEN ASK ME ABOUT THAT CAR... ANYWAY I SPENT AROUND $25.00 ON THE RIGHT WAX FOR MY CARS! THEN WE GOT INTO TIRE SHINE. I WAS USING THE WRONG TIRE SHINE... THEN HE TOLD ME BEFORE YOU PUT THE SPRAY ON THE CURVED SPONGE YOU HAVE TO WASH IT WITH A LITTLE DISH DETERGENT, I COULD'NT WAIT TO GET ON MY WAY! I GUESS WE SPENT ABOUT A HALF HOUR. I FINALLY SAID THANKS! HE WAS SO POLITE, HE SHOOK HANDS AND I GOT ON MY WAY! WHAT A GREAT GUY & WHAT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU O'REILLY...

Great service!
December 5, 2021

I want to reach out and extend a thank-you to two O'Reilly's employees.
My mothers engine light came on and long story short the cause was due to battery. I had purchased a battery last year at O'Reilly's and it was still under warranty.
I spoke with Felix at the store on 82nd between University and Indiana Ave. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He said that he would be glad to install a new one. After he chk'd his inventory they were unfortunately out of stock. Felix chk'd to see if other stores had one then asked which location was convenient for me. He then called the location I told him was better for me to ensure they did have the battery.
Once I arrived at the O'Reilly's on 114th and Quaker I was helped by a great employee, Chris. He was also very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I told Chris that Felix had sent me over and instead of being unhappy or having a negative attitude he was totally the opposite. He looked me in the face and said " great, let me take care of this for you." Chris did all the paper work, went and grabbed a battery, tools and installed the battery. He then made sure his installation was 100% in working order.
Each of these men definitely showed a lot of pride in their work and I would highly recommend them for any job.

Please feel free to call with any questions!

Best regards,

Bryan Reeves

When it comes to auto parts, forget overpriced "Napa know how", instead, it is better to go with parts from oreilly's of equal quality for a lesser price.

Rotten company
January 9, 2020

Ordered a new alternator for Pontiac G-6 from Colby Kansas O'Reilly's. I installed the alternator a new belt and started the car. In about 10 minutes the car died. I replaced the battery and the same thing happened. I had to get the car to the shop the next day for a transmission solenoid replacement and was panicking because I had been waiting a while to get it into the shop. The next day, I took the alternator back to O'Reilly's for spin test. The alternator was no good. We had opened the box at O'Rielly's and put my core in the box. The box appeared to have been opened and there was no cardboard protective roll on the pulley. The instructions were oil soaked and nearly illegible. I ended up taking a rebuilt one and installed it. This one worked. The big problem was that the car repair company put me at the back of the line again. We had to wait 2 1/2 weeks before we could get the car back into the shop and complete the repair. ALWAYS make them spin the alternator before you take it out of the store. I lost a whole nights sleep and had to drive 35 miles back to Colby to get the replacement alternator. I should have ordered a new one from S & W supply of Colby. In the long run, it would have been cheaper.

Big "Oooof"
May 8, 2020

I got hired pretty quick due to my experience with auto parts stores. In the first month, store manager promised THREE different people a manager position. As in, he planned on going to a different store, and told all three of us he was training us to be THE manager of the store. This was Dowagiac, MI, if you're wondering. He got fired for sexual harassment to a different employee, not long after I got a job there. So the District Manager came in quite frequently to keep things going. That's Jeremy. Said some pretty sketchy/creepy things to me, I felt obligated to play along' for the sake of my job. It was weird. And, I basically got put in charge of actual Store Manager tasks, for $10 an hour. And one single day off every week. No one in that store actually cared about how it functioned. Everything was OFF. No one put truck away properly. No one answered the phones. That fell on ME. So. Nope. You have to have the absolute least amount of respect for yourself to work at O'Reilly. My best days at O'Reilly were when I was too shaky to drive (panic attacks), and had a broken phone so I couldn't call in sick. Found a job with a consistent schedule that payed $14/hr. The O'Reilly computer system is absolutely outdated. It's hard to use. Phones don't have caller ID and are outdated as well. Whoever is looking into this job, don't. Just don't. Love yourself.
