About three weeks ago I purchased a car cover for my classic 1956 Buick Roadmaster. It was at the shop and the power steering box was being sent out of Alaska for rebuilding. It was going to take longer than anticipated so the shop owner asked me to get a cover for the car as it would be outside. I had only an indoor cover on hand, so went to O'Reilly's at 58 College Road in Fairbanks and purchased what was the most expensive cover, one that was supposed to protect the car. No warnings of problems with residue or scuffing damage. Anyone who knows me or my car knows it has excellent care and is babied. I was at the shop when the cover was put on and the car surface (black) was in perfect condition. The part came in and the shop owner took the cover off and was horrified by the scuffing or residue issues caused by the cover. Photo attached showing damage on trunk. Damage also on top, hood and fenders. I talked to the Assistant Manager Dakota at the local O'Reilly store where I purchased the cover and he found the purchase information. Said there had never bee such a problem. He offered no sympathy, no refund of cover cost or help with having the car hopefully able to be professionally buffed out. I would never have purchased or used the cover had I thought there was any chance of such damage. The shop owner and his employees can back this up 100%. I cannot get the right part in skowhegan oreillys. 3 times now i have recieved the wrong part and i, ll take my business back to napa. They can keep there foriegn junk replacement parts!

Gaffney store is the worst 4 trips to do a tune up employee was very rude and hung up on me 3 times.
We've bought several brand new parts that were bad had to take back. That's gas n wear n tear on my vehicle plus the parts aren't cheap at all!

I called and placed an order on7/11/2021 was told to pick up on 7/13/2021, went in to pick up today at ORILEYS on 12th and eastern in moore ok. Was told they returned it because it wasn't picked up in 4 days. By The manger Travis I told him I just placed the order Sunday Travis stated that they count the day the order was placed and he was very rude and said I need to talk to his store manager Jake if I had any issues. I told Travis I was told to pick up said order o 7/13/2021 by Ryan the same person I placed the order with. I have been trading with this store for 25 plus years I have never had a issue before or been treated like this.
I'm writing for my brother came I told him to go here and this what happened he sincerely needs an apology and the person needs to be fired

For the last few Years I've received Great Customer Service
At the 1912 N Main St O'Reilly's in High Point, Nc.
Todays experience was no different, I had 2 bad coils,
I purchased one and the other was covered under warranty
So it was replaced for FREE.
I once shopped at other Automotive parts supplies in the area and got the worst service ever.
When I shopped at O'Reilly's competitors It was always a long wait, was given the wrong or defective part costing me time and money and was just one Big Hassle.
When shopping at My neighbourhood O'Reilly's these customer service representatives always get it right for Me the first time and I love the fact that if a certain automotive part I purchased at any of their locations goes bad I get a replacement part at NO Cost to Me.
Also when I travel to Asheville, NC and purchase parts from the O'Reilly's at 556 Riverside Dr, Asheville, NC *******... I get the same Great service so it's not just the one location In my area which just goes to show O'Reilly's is to me the Number one Neighbourhood public Parts supplier.
I'd like to Thank the Women and Men of O'Reilly's for going the extra mile giving Great customer service something you really have to search for these days and is very hard to find.

I had a part go out in my vehicle that a mechanic shop put it. It failed and they refused to even help.
First off, let me say this, I shopped at O'Reilly for some time and skimped buy with these junk parts they push out the door from who knows where. Anyway I at one time in my head thought that O'Reilly was 1 inch ahead of Auto zone, boy was I wrong about that.
Seems like every time I have been at O'Reilly someone that is bringing back something get refused or not refunded for a product / life time warranty or else, and I always laughed with great humor...
Until it was me,,, lol,, have bought so much from them in the past. This time I purchased 3 dozen cans of spray paint and ended up with 1 extra unused can. Went to the store with receipt and was going to get credit for the 1 can of spray paint and was going to buy 5 more cans of a different color and the counter man thought it looked used. So I opened up the 5 new ones off of his shelf and 3 of his new cans had a drop of paint on the tips. He it willing to take people's money for his NEW but used paint but not give me 1 can credit toward the ones I were buyig,,, pictures show his new cans of his own store shelf... but screw me out of $6.00,

My Battery was only 16 months old and this Battery came with 24 months warranty and THEY REFUSE THE WARRANTY.
