This company sucks. They don't honor promises. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Since they have been bought by another company they are awful. There are fewer brands and absolutely NO customer service
They'll sell you shoes, but try to return and they can't help. Won't send me a return label. Lots of calls, emails to them. They don't answer phone (ever), don't send label (say they did) send canned responses days later, that don't address the issue or solve the problem. I guess they try to outlast you, but having expensive shoes in the wrong size that I can't wear is not acceptable. I will not give up. If they are reading this; just finally do the right thing. Send return label for X*******001. No, you haven't, even tho you claim you have. Send it to *******@sbcglobal.net. I am retired and have all the time in the world to work on this.
The quality of the leather was poor especially for the price.$112.00 for one pair and $99.00 for the 2nd pair. I ordered 2 pair of short boots each the leather was hard and shoes not very comfortable. I will not order again.
I sent a pair of shoes for exchange, sent in the shoes and have talked to two different customer service reps saying the issue that they found the problem and the issue is now resolved. That was December 2016. I still do not have the exchanged pair of shoes or credit (shoes cost me $167.00). This has been the worst experience I have had to date and from what has been posted I have lost the cash and have to fiqure out where I can get my husband size 12 6E work shoes. So disappointed.
I am so frustrated with the poor customer service provided at OnlineShoes.com. I have purchased several times from their site and have been satisfied with the product and promptness of order fulfillment. However, I needed to exchange one purchase because the size charts were not accurate. I did the exchange online and it refunded my original purchase and charged me for a second time for the exchange but did not apply the promotional code I used on the first order. It was 20% off on a $250 purchase so I tried to contact customer service to see if they could make an adjustment but after three attempts to call and hold for 30+ minutes each time plus email with no response, I ultimately paid the higher price and let it go. Today I needed to reach customer service about a recent order and waited for over an hour before I finally reached someone. Although I like many of the brands carried on their sites (shoes.com and onlineshoes.com) I probably will not order from them again because their customer service is so poor. After reading more reviews I can see my experience is typical -- shop at your own risk because they do not offer customer support!

I'm still waiting... it's now day 2 and no one has called me back. I ordered a pair of 9.5 Narrow sandals and they sent me a BOX that said 9.5 BUT in the box was size 9 Medium. So I figure I'll just PRINT a label HAHAHA! No way. So I call several times and then I leave my number for call back line. What a joke! I notice they did debit my checking account though! So they CAN be fast when money is involved! I WANT my sandals PLEASE. I'm mailing at my OWN expense the wrong ones back to you. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK IN THE BLOODY BOX! Something has gone very wrong with OnlineShoes. It used to be easy to do exchanges and now it's impossible. There is no link on the order history any more to do an exchange. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact OnlineShoes. I've tried calling NUMEROUS times over the past 2 months and the line is either busy or they never pick up. I tried to leave my number and never got a call back. I've emailed numerous times with no response. This business will go under if they continue this terrible customer service. At this point, I'm going to have to keep these shoes and NEVER DO BUSINESS with ONLINE SHOES again.

I purchases a pair of shoes on 1/8. They don't fit correctly and are damaged. I cannot reach them online or by phone for return. The previous review says they are out of business? NEVER AGAIN!
The website offered Paypal, which I used. They sent an email saying that my payment had been declined, so I called Paypal only to find out that Online Shoes had not collected the money and that it was waiting in my account. I emailed them back and they responded that they no longer accepted Paypal. My money got tied up in Paypal for almost three weeks and I was nervous the whole time that they would collect it even though they cancelled my order. THEIR WEBSITE STILL OFFERS PAYPAL.
My second order went thru alright since I used a credit card. The box arrived with the correct size stamped on it but the shoes were a different size.
I will not use this site again.
I order probably 20 shoes online a year from Zappos for my family. I was having a hard time finding a specific type of slipper so thought I'd give onlineshoes.com a try and really regret it. First, they offered a promotion of 10% off a purchase of $99 or more which I couldn't get to work for my order of over $300. Oh well I ordered anyway. Then another promotion said I'd get free 2-day shipping. One pair of shoes came after 2 days the others I still haven't received, nor even received a shipping notice after over a week. Multiple attempts to contact the company via email and phone have been unsuccessful. The final straw came when I went to return the first pair that actually arrived, and didn't fit, and found out I'm being charged $7.99 for return shipping. BE AWARE - when they advertise free exchanges, they just mean they take the merchandise back (big deal) BUT you still pay for return shipping! I could have been a great customer for them but I'll definitely never use anything but ZAPPOS again. Feel completely ripped off. I'm going to be even madder if I have to fight for a refund on all of this mess.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes, one is the wrong size but have stayed on line 3 times for over 45 minutes all different times of the day. NO ONE EVER
COMES ON THE LINE. I even pushed #1 to place an order and nothing. I tried to do a return on line and it doesn't recognize my order number or purchase number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ill never go through these guys again and I suggest everyone else the same! Search elsewhere. I have an incredibly long story with the service I received but ill keep it short and say stay away
I am so sad this company is out of business. I always found them reliable and efficient and provided good value.
Avoid this online seller. Even if they ship what you ordered, you will never ever be able to return or exchange it. They NEVER, NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE.
The Attorney General and FBI should investigate this fraudulent the seller.

I have been calling onlineshoes all day. I have tried each of their "Press one for...,", Press two for...", etc. For each one I sat on the phone for a half hour. No customer service.
A solid alternative to Zappos. If you don't find it on Zappos, you might find it here. The interface is pretty much the same and so is their service. Definitely a 'Cool' site
