I am enrolled in their auto delivery for all my cat and dog foods and supplies. It is so convenient. About four days before they ship, you get an email asking if you want to make any changes to you order. You can even change the shipping date each time to whatever works best for you. Their prices are very good and shipping is fast and free if you spend $49. I have been ordering from Chewy.com for a year now and am 100 percent satisfied. Who needs to lug home heavy kitty litter from the store when you can have it delivered!

I purchased two one-pound bags of Missing Link, a vitamin supplement for dogs. When it arrived, it had an expiration date that was only six weeks after the delivery date. This was a six-month supply for my dogs. I called and spoke with a supervisor and was told that I could return it, but would have to pay for shipping. She said that " their policy for shipping was to send whatever they had as long as the item was not past the expiration date." I asked where this was stated on their website and was told that it was under "frequently asked questions." I cannot even find a section like this anywhere on their website. This means that you cannot trust the site to send fresh products.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR RIDICULOUS EXPIRATION DATE POLICY!

The last few times that I purchased bulk bird food here, it was so infested with bugs and huge amounts of cob webs that I cringed. I only go here now if I absolutely need to, but the foods that I use are out of stock 50% of the time.

A few years ago I fed five of my birds bulk food that I had purchased there that day. Within 24 hours, I had FIVE DEAD BIRDS and a $2400 vet bill. I called the store and spoke with the owners wife who said that he would call me back. I was very nice and did not accuse anyone, but he never had the decency to call me back.

THIS OWNER OBVIOUSLY ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND NOT ABOUT YOUR PETS. HIS EMPLOYEES THAT I HAVE TALKED TO OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS DO NOT LIKE HIM AT ALL.

I SHOP ONLINE QUITE FREQUENTLY AT MACYS. I AM ALWAYS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR STANDARDS. I ALWAYS GET THE MERCHANDISE IN THE RIGHT COLOR AND SIZE, NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN DEFECTIVE (INCLUDING SMALL APPLIANCES.) AND EVERYTHING IS PACKAGED SO WELL. I NEVER HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR.

I WISH THAT YOU GOT THE SAME SERVICE EVERYWHERE!

While I like the Kohls stores; the online shopping is terrible. I probably return 50% due to mistakes on their part.

The shipping department is as bad as it can get. The cardboard boxes are always falling apart and they use so little tape that they are usually partly open. I have had things stolen because the products are so easily accessible.

I BOUGHT A $375 BLENDER AND THEY SENT UP A BEAT-UP OPENED BOX WHICH LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN ON A CLEARANCE TABLE. WE COULDN'T EVEN PICK IT UP WITHOUT IT FALLING APART. THIS WAS INEXCUSABLE.

If you have a problem online and need to telephone--beware. They have changed my orders many times--changing quantities or eliminating items completely.

If you hate to return things--DO NOT USE KOHLS ONLINE. Thank goodness that they have such a great return policy.

Tip for consumers: SHOP IN-STORE ONLY UNLESS YOU LOVE TO RETURN THINGS.

The website offered Paypal, which I used. They sent an email saying that my payment had been declined, so I called Paypal only to find out that Online Shoes had not collected the money and that it was waiting in my account. I emailed them back and they responded that they no longer accepted Paypal. My money got tied up in Paypal for almost three weeks and I was nervous the whole time that they would collect it even though they cancelled my order. THEIR WEBSITE STILL OFFERS PAYPAL.

My second order went thru alright since I used a credit card. The box arrived with the correct size stamped on it but the shoes were a different size.

I will not use this site again.
