I have been making purchases from Online Shoes for 6-8 years and always had great service on exchanges or returns every time. I purchased a good majority of my shoes from them and never saw any hint of fraud.
My 91 year old mother wears a very narrow shoe. In trying to find shoes to fit I ordered 4 pair from Online Shoes. They did not fit, slipped on her heels. I returned them over a month ago. In checking my Visa I found I had not been credited, yet! I tried to contact them and found their site was down and all of these negative comments. I sent a note to Visa but have not heard back from them. Today I go to my mailbox and there is the package returned to me unopened. Now what do I do? I will contact Visa. Am I out $228? If anyone out their is getting their money back please comment what you did to do so... anyone interested in some 7/7 1/2 narrow black slip on leather shoes?
I bought a pair of shoes, my size. They came... it said my size but they I had to be 3 sizes bigger so I returned them with the address given ($9 shipping). It took about 6, or so weeks and I got them back because there's no one at that address. What am I suppose to do? I spent $85 on these shoes.
They should be put away for fraud stealing. It is sad people make a living to screw other people. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they don't have children they are setting an example for there children so sad! Sorry not entering my password
I purchased shoe last year in mid and I love them a lot. Size and quality is perfect and reasonable price. But this year I am trying open this site was not able... I came to know its shutdown. But I really miss good collection.

Then we should have been notified, or at least a phone message with some info! I've used them for 10 plus years & had excellent service.
Glad I'm not one that is "stuck" with poor quality, won't fit, money not refunded, etc.

I spent 15 minutes one day and 30 minutes the next day waiting for someone to talk to me on the phone and nothing but a recording telling me to do it online. Online try says my PO number does not exist which I have a copy of. Two emails sent to them with no response back except an automated one saying they will respond within 24 hours. It has been almost a month now with none..
I worked for this place and it was horrible. I have friends who still work there. They walked into work on 1/27/17 only to be told to go home. The company closed immediately with no warning and is filing bankruptcy. Mr Hardy should be ashamed of treating employees this way many of whom are single parents. They are devastated! Had the company not put dirty shoes back on the shelf for resale and actually answered the phones when customers called they might still be in business!
Stay away from this company. So much of their language is misleading and deceptive. Big example, they say what you ordered will be shipping pretty quickly; but shipping is not the same as delivery. They use low cost shipping and you will not get your shoes any time soon. They also do not honestly reveal exactly what you must do to exchange or return shoes, including paying for shipping. They did not refund to my credit card company in a timely way. Customer service totally unimpressive.
Bought a pair of shoes in Jan 2017... then wanted to return and suddenly all their lines are disconnected - emails and website are unreachable. What's going on? I still have the item and I am now stuck with it. Sad,. Beware of this store. This is shameful and they give online buying a bad taste.
Ordered shoes and paid for expedited shipping. Never arrived. "Customer service" emailed that they would send right away & waive shipping fee. Still no shoes and my date I needed them by passed. Had to scramble to find shoes for my son. This company is a piece of crap. Buyer beware!
Ordered size 10 shoes for my husband and got a (left) 9.5 and a (left) 8.5. Won't answer phone calls or emails about my issue. Now it is less then a week until Christmas and I have no gift and money tied up in the wrong item with no response from this company.
I ordered a pair of shoes took over two weeks to get, they were too small so they say on their website you can exchange for free or send back and be charged 7.99 so I opted for the exchange took the first pair back to UPS and they are charging me for the second pair, I never saved my account information on their website which really bothers me that put through the second pair of shoes as a purchase without me giving them any information. Tried calling on hold for over 30 minutes twice, keep getting redundant emails that fail to address the issue. Won't purchase from them again and will warn friends.
I ordered 2 pairs of boots that were delivered to my house at the end of January, 2017. One was used and the other does not fit. When I tried to return for a refund the site was down. I thought it was temporary so I kept trying until I googled them and learned they had gone out of business. I filed a claim with Paypal (which is who I used to buy the boots). When I just googled onlineshoes.com again, I was redirected to Shoebuy.com. So the same company that has just screwed all of these folk out of money just started up another business selling shoes. I think the best revenge is to flood the internet with bad reviews for Shoebuy and let everyone know what they've done.
I tried to place an order late at night. When My credit card info was rejected so I tried again and rejected. The next morning I placed the order again and received confirmation. Then I received 2 more confirmations! Just Great, now they're billing and mailing 3 pair of the same shoes.It will be interesting who this turns out. I will only use Zappos from now on. Online shoes suck!
This is absurd! Mine was for a pair of shoes meant to be an international delivery yet they sent it to Franklin IL! And they refuse to reply when I asked about where my shoes were or if I will get a refund.
This company is a scam. I suggest you avoid them at all costs.

I purchased shoes - they turned out not to fit. OK. This happens. Tried to use their online return function and the site refuses to recognize the PO and zip even though I entered them EXACTLY as those appear on the packing slip.
Web functionalities fail - this happens.
Sent an email via their contact us page - no reply.
Called Onlineshoes.com to get a printed label. Agent takes my email address - seems to confirm it correctly based on the order. Nothing appears in my email even 2 days later.
Now, I have to wait until they are open in order to try again to get the label emailed to me.
BIG mistake - never again with onlineshoes.com. It's not like what I bought from them was cheap or discounted."

No return to emails, have been on hold for 2.5 hours on phone. Will never buy from them again. Their price guarentee, coupons and service are total bull$#*!. Would love to meet the owner in a dark alley some time.
I ordered a very expensive pair of Dansko shoes which were too big. I have been trying for over a month to return them. Website is down, phones are disconnected, and no answer from emails!
I have purchased many pairs of shoes from Online Shoes over the past several years with no problems until the past few months (I'm wondering if the company is having financial difficulties). Like other customers, I am trying to exchange shoes, but am not able to. I have gone through the process several times on their website, but when I go to put the new pair of shoes I want into my shopping cart, they don't go into the cart. I have tried several different times and have even tried just ordering a pair of shoes without going through the exchange process and nothing will go into the cart. I have also tried calling customer service on at least 2 occasions and cannot get through to a real person. Something is VERY wrong at this company! Don't order from here!
