I ordered a very expensive pair of Dansko shoes which were too big. I have been trying for over a month to return them. Website is down, phones are disconnected, and no answer from emails!
I have purchased many pairs of shoes from Online Shoes over the past several years with no problems until the past few months (I'm wondering if the company is having financial difficulties). Like other customers, I am trying to exchange shoes, but am not able to. I have gone through the process several times on their website, but when I go to put the new pair of shoes I want into my shopping cart, they don't go into the cart. I have tried several different times and have even tried just ordering a pair of shoes without going through the exchange process and nothing will go into the cart. I have also tried calling customer service on at least 2 occasions and cannot get through to a real person. Something is VERY wrong at this company! Don't order from here!
I have ordered shoes from OnlineShoes.com for a few years. I would go back to their site because I was pleased with product quality, customer service, and ease of returns/exchanges. However, my most recent order in January 2017 includes 2 pairs of shoes that do not fit properly. When I went online to initiate a return, I found out that the site is now out of business. This is unfortunate. I liked the site. But now I am stuck with 2 expensive pairs of shoes that do not fit. Very disappointed.
Putting in an order with onlineshoes is the equivalent to begging for a tsunami of email spam. Emails daily, twice daily, it's hard to keep track. The "unsubscribe" is the same as those "close door" buttons on an elevator, they give you something to do and make you feel like you have some control over the situation, but they aren't really connected to anything. Send an email to customer service you might say, that should solve the problem. Not so, Grasshopper, they will whisper sweet nothings to your monitor in reply, but the next tsunami wave of spam still comes.
I ordered a bag next day air. Status stated that in was processing for 7 days. No contact from anyone so I called. Customer service stated they email shipper to check status. Still no response so 30 plus hours called again with still no information for me I ask to cancel the order. Was told I couldn't because it was already processing. After asking to speak to someone who could cancel the representative told me that it had been cancelled the day before and I would receive notice the next day. Instead I received notice of the shipment that I would be receiving the "overnight" shipment next business day, 12 days after order. I have bought from online shoes for years. Repeat buyers and customer service mean nothing anymore. They lost a good paying customer for sure. Sad.
I have used this site twice, and I have been really happy with the shoes I purchased. I got some hiking boots like six months ago, and they are very comfortable. They were more affordable than I could find elsewhere. Since I liked them so much, I also got a pair of running shoes from the same website just recently. Both shoes arrived quickly, and I was pleased with their quality.
They can't get it done - I have been trying to get three refunds that were due to me back in September. Not one person over the phone has been able to get anything figured out, so it leads me to believe they need a better accounting system. Big thumbs down!
I ordered shoes, delivery was fine problem they did not fit. I returned as instructed, never got a refund. Sent 2 emails, the last one stated that the refund was processed 11-5-2015 and to give it time to be processed by my bank. Today is December 9 and I still do not have my money back. Like other people I have called several times and no matter what time of day or night I call, you get a recording and no one ever answers. So, I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend anyone else to. They have the shoes and my money.

Ordered a pair of Hi Tec hiking boots at "Online Shoes.com" the delivery says 4-5 business days. After 7days going on 8 still no shoes in the mail, keep checking my e-mail but nothing not even a tracking number to keep track of your delivery. Tried calling customer service but no answer. Tried calling day and night, early morning even late at night no luck, called a dozen times just the same audio recording. Even wrote my complaint to customer feedback but no reply on their end. Lost money and no shoes. "Do NOT" do business with this company, they're a fraud.

Purchased a pair of Daniel green slippers for AUD75+AUD20 postage from Rachelguy.com.au and got sent a cheap knockoff pair of Chanel scuffs from Shanghai. Contacted them several times an got absolutely no response. Plus you can only contact them through their website, no address, no phone number.
I called and cancelled an order I had with them almost a month ago. I had paid for next day delivery and it was already 2 weeks in when I had called to see what was going on. Girl was apologetic when they FINALLY answered the first time I contacted to cancel. I thought we were done, but NOPE. The boots showed up a couple of days ago. Call them and decided to just wait on hold while I was cleaning up the house. On hold for over 1.5 hours. Okay, ill leave my number for call back. Still no call back. Been two hours since the initial call back. I mean, come on people. Paypal dispute is next in order.

Worst online buying experience you can imagine. Returned a pair of shoes because of a bad fit & after 60 days from the date they received the return I still hadn't received a refund. Called several times during this time period only to have to wait over 40 minutes each time to get a rep who only gave me the run around. Had to file a claim with my credit card & have them get the funds back.

Phone service is terrible after 1/2 hr. I got disconnected twice.The recording and on my shipping conf. They said to go to website if you didn't want to hold. There would be conf. Or my account inf.to click on across top.no such choices. Needless to say, I am furious. Don't know if I will use them again. They need to get there act together. M. witter
I have done business with onlineshoes.com for many years. Obviously, if I had not been satisfied and confident in dealing with them I wouldn't have continued to do so for years. Now, without any forewarning, they are offline and not answering phones. They sent me an exchange label, even though they knew they would not be able to fill my order. They even sent me a VIP promo code and I ordered another pair of shoes although they were closing down. I suppose I am out of luck ever seeing my exchange pair. I've been cheated out of $50 and there's no chance of receiving my latest order for a shoe I am now unable to find elsewhere in my size and preferred color. Now I am reluctant to order at other online sites, even though I've been doing business with them for years. I don't have to say "Stay away," as you can't connect with onlineshoes.com anyway. What an absolute letdown and betrayal of their faithful customers' trust!
Bought about 3 pairs of shoes from this retailer. Kept one and returned two. Easy returns and the shoes looked good. Just bought another pair... this time a pair of black shoes that are supposed to feel like sneakers. Box is not opened yet, but I am sure they are fantastic! However, if not, not a problem with easy returns. Yup, they are a keeper!
Ordered shoes and needed to exchange for a size larger. The website only directed me to purchase more shoes. No responses from numerous emails. Waited on phone for an hour then gave up. Now I have two pairs of shoes and no way to exchange them.
Ordered a pair of boots on 11/20. Transaction was paid with Paypal on the 24th but the boots still have not been shipped. Attempted to email Online shoes and have yet to receive a response. I tried calling over 5 times and the hold time is well over 30 minutes and nobody answers. I ordered a different pair of boots on Cyber Monday for cheaper and now 4 days later it still says the item is "in process" and still no answer from Customer service.
I will never shop at Online shoes again.
I bought two pairs of sandals from this company. Luckily i liked both pair, so I'm keeping them.
I was told i was getting FREE 2 day shipping, meaning i think that will ship order iin two days, Not That WE will GET THEM in 2 days!
On pair arrived as they stated "before Christmas " which was 5 days. I never got a estimated arrival time on the second pair, and i could not track it. The second pair arrived in 11 days. Including a holiday. They are cheaper than Zappos,. Delivery is a lot slower than Zappos too.
Im glad I did not have to deal with returns or customer service.
I am trying to return a pair of shoes I just got and their website is down. When I call I am told I am number 80 or higher in the queue and asked to leave my phone number. No one ever calls me back. I need to return these shoes and will do so at my own expense if necessary. If I don't receive a refund I will initiate a chargeback. At this point I will never do business with these people again.
Ordered a pair of shoes. Ad said FREE Shipping. When I placed the order, the summary invoice said free shipping $5.00. How can shipping be free when there is a $5 charge. Did order the shoes because it was a good deal. Tried to call customer service to get a $5 refund and left a call back number because wait was too long. Received call back and put on hold again. After 15 minutes gave up. Will never order again from On Line Shoes again. Intend to file complaint with Better Business Bureau.
