SLOW REFUNDS.

Prior to this experience I have exchanged a couple of pairs of shoes with no problems - other than having to pay for the new shoes before being credited for the returned shoes.
This time I decided just to return the two pair I had bought because I just couldn't get the right fit and decided that buying shoes without trying them on was not working out for me.
I called customer service to arrange for a return and was informed that due to a change in the company who handles their credit card transactions that I would have to either have a refund check mailed or I would have to send them a voided check so that they could put the refund money in my checking account. I did not like the idea of mailing them a voided check (seriously - this is ridiculous? Why not be able to read them the routing number and account information over the phone?!) so opted for a check to be mailed to me.
Fast forward to four days after they received the returned shoes I got a call asking how I would like to get my refund. When I explained that the refund had already been arranged for and that my check should have been on the way I was promised an "expedited refund check and expedited shipping" with tracking information soon to follow. Two weeks later with several follow up calls on my part they sent the check out a week later, via snail mail - from Canada to the US. All told, they seem to think that a nearly three week ETA is "expedited". Still no refund check.

Let me just add to the list of terrible reviews. No customer service what so ever. Customer Service phone # provided under the caption "CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM" Not only misleading but it doesn't exist. Waited on hold for over 40 min. With recording that replayed every 15 seconds stating: How important your business is, we are assisting other customers and will be with you shortly" yaaadaaa, yaaadaa, yaadaaa. As I can see with so many other complaints here, don't believe there's actually anyone that handles calls with this company called OnlineShoes. Didn't receive a confirmation e-mail on order placed however, received numerous e-mails regarding new offers from OnlineShoes, finally received e-mail that said confirmation of order must have went into spam e-mail. Hmmm how can that be when offer e-mails come through. So sad that companies don't value customer service since it's the foundation of repeat business. If given the option I wouldn't even give them one star. Not sure who were dealing with here.

I was charged 7.99 for my return. Switch and bait techniques. Do not shop here and instead use Zappos which is completely free.

I first used this site to order a pair of danskos. After charging my card 7 days prior, I wondered why I hadn't received a shipment confirmation. I called about a week later and after waiting on the phone for about 45 minutes to get ahold of someone, the customer service representative told me that the type and size of the shoe I ordered was actually out of stock. He said I could cancel or wait till it comes in. Trying to be patient, I said I would wait. A week after that I was sent an email stating that my order was canceled. They then sent me a $30 off $99 for my experience. Thinking maybe it was just an issue with that particular size and color, I ordered a different shoe. That was a month ago. For about a week my card was charged, never recieving shipment confirmation. They then sent me an email a few days later stating that that shoe in that particular size was not available me but that here are some examples of some that are in my size. Well my card was still charged. So I was not about to order a third pair and have the same thing happen. Just this morning I got an email saying my order has been officially canceled. This site is A JOKE.

I purchased a pair of Dansko shoes from onlineSHoes.com($134). When I received the shoes they were to small. On their invoice, it had instructions on how to exchange their product. They wanted you to fill out what product you are exchanging, why you are exchanging and what product to want in exchange from. I completed the form completed. The next day (05/13/16) I had the product shipped to their exchange address. On 05/27/16, I called their customer service number (*******141) because fedex tracking showed onlineshoes received the shoes 05/17/16 at 12:30 pm. By 05/27/16 I still had not received any shoes. I spoke to Helen who said she was the supervisor for customer service. She informed me because I did not call in the exchange they can not exchange my shoes. WHAT? The best she can do was to refund my money which she can do today but it will take 3 to 5 business days. Or she can sale me another pair of the same shoes which means I need to give her another $134.00 on that day. So, in other words if I had not called in today, I would still be out my money and my shoes. What had they done in the 10 days they had their product back? Helen told me it is up to the customer to track their own finances. When I asked to speak to her manager, she told me she was unable to give out that information but she will have someone call me back today. Like that is going to happen. In summary, I found this company to be very disorganized with a large breakdown in processes. The attitude of their customer service is extremely childish and unprofessional. There are too many other companies out there that take pride in their products and customer service to waste your time with OnlineShoes.

Ordered running shoes NOV 7th joined a gym needed them ASAP. I was given free 2 DAY delivery. Today is the 11th no shoes. Received a email saying they are shipping will be here about Nov 16th... I called Monday the 9th for a update on shipping... no ship and held on line for 11 min hung up. Called Tuesday held 10 min no answer same recording over and over. Called today Held for 26 min... I really was just going to hold tell I got cut off because at this point I'm thinking this is just a recording nobody answers... So to my shock at 26 min hold someone answered... with excuses and blah blah talk... I still have to wait tell the 16th. I requested a new pair be sent out overnight and I return the late ones when they get here. Put on hold, my guess he just took a slow sip of coffee to hold me off then came back on... no surprise that couldn't be done. This is a AWFUL ON LINE BUSINESS BAR NONE! I BUY ALMOST EVERYTHING ON LINE... WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! I highly recommend you search the web for your shoes SHOES WHERE ELSE... Zappos rock's all the way around. But the price is always up there... but I'm thinking very much worth it! Search elsewhere on line. There are many great discount designer shoe stores on line with discounts and promo codes ect... Happy Shoe Shopping... NOT HERE!
