Buyer beware. I purchased a pair of shoes that were too tight and held onto them knowing that I had "365 days to return them as advertised" and exchange for another shoe in the future. This evening, I finally found a pair of shoes that I liked and wanted to exchange them and purchase the new ones. When I placed my order # it kept bouncing back and after digging I learned that the shoes I have are now considered not eligible for return or exchange. Now I'm stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that don't fit and cost $64.98.
I found the perfect shoes for my wedding here. Fast free delivery and I got my dyeable silk shoes for less than $100. To make sure I would not end up with blistered feet on my wedding day I have worn them around the house for a number of hours and they are so comfortable. Now I can't wait to try dancing in them but that will have to wait.
Found a pair of Asics I really wanted. Expensive for me, but for the brand/shoe label they were decent. I bough Asics Mexico 66s. Classic. They have a lot of different shoe choices. My specific size and colour choice wasn't in their warehouse, so they said it would ship 2-3 days (my guess they had to get the shoes from the manufacturer then ship out). I received my shoes very fast, considering, and great packaging. Exactly what I ordered, maybe half a size too big--but that could easily be because they are "unisex" shoes (in male sizes) so the size had to be converted for female. I prefer their site layout to Zappos. They also have free shipping and returns.
I have bought several pairs of shoes from Online Shoes and have never had a bad experience. One pair didn't fit, I went online for return instructions. I then prepaid for a return label for UPS. I put the label on the box and dropped them off at a UPS store. NO problems. My refund was processed back into my bank account in a timely matter
I have placed an order for shoes through online shoes.com. Despite receiving the shoes, I am unable to inquire about my refund. Their online website is unavailable and their 1-800 no. Is invalid!
I was looking for dr marten's clarissa sandals and this site was the only one which had my size.
However, because the ratings were quite low, I was a little worried.
But anyway, I ordered them on monday, and receive ved it today(friday). It just took 4days and I think this is so fast.
Also, I used a 20% off coupon, so I paid only 95.96 dollars(the orginal price is 120 dollars).
I chose the free economy shipping option, and there was no tax.
Well, I really like this site. I'm definitely willing to use this site again.
I ordered shoes the middle of January 2017. Received them three days later. Had to return them and I found out the company is out of business. Have been reading reviews and people were having problems with them in December 2016. But they took my order. Why? Now my return has been held in Obetz, Ohio since the last week in January. UPS rep told me the company is out of business. How nice.
I ordered the shoes on Friday. It said 1-2 days handling time. It is now Tuesday afternoon and the order is still "processing". I also paid $10 for " 2 day shipping" which means once it leaves the warehouse 10 days later. This is the 2nd time this had happened. I'm NEVER using this crap site again!
The coat I purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband stated in the product description that it was down/feather filled. This jacket is thin and is polyester filled. It was made in China, so I guess that is the problem. I will never order from this company again.

They do not honor their price guarantee. Even when you contact them within the 10 day period. I wouldn't have even bothered but it was such a significant price difference I had to. They have ignored all communication. Do not use this site.
I ordered a pair of converse two weeks ago. Their website is not opening any more and their contact number is not working. I did not receive my order. I feel I was subjected to a theft act. What should I do?
I have not ordered shoes from this site but have ordered handbags. They were from the outlet category and I had no issues at all from placing the order to receiving the items. They were shipped for free, no tax, and arrived in a timely manner.
It wasn't until I wanted to return my three different shoe orders that I discovered free return shipping meant only if I use store credit. If I wanted MY money back in My credit card account I had to pay $7.95 times 3 orders. So now, I have no new shoes and a deficit of $23.85. Zappos never messed with my mind like this.
So I ordered a pair of Brooks Ghost 7 Shoes $120, and it had been 4 days and my order was still pending. I sent them an nice email simply asking why my order was still pending and stating how long it had been since I ordered it. They sent me an email saying "we have received your email and will contact you in 24 hours" ya never called or emailed me. I went back on to check my account and see maybe they moved my order to shipping. But, no to my surprise they canceled my order! With out telling me! I checked if the shoe was still in stock and it was. I am so shocked and appalled. Other reviews I have read say that it takes forever for them to ship out products. Don't buy from them stick with other stores/websites.
Online Shoes website and phone number associated are wrong. Online site with non functional website and phone number are very frustrating. I wonder if they are still in business.
Does anyone ever answer your phones? I was caller 289 at one point - left line open for hours... nothing!

"This online company is horrible! I ordered Baffin Iceland boots for my wife and noticed that they kept stalling to give me a tracking number despite my several calls--- never a straight answer. At the day of delivery (7 days after purchase date) the status changed to "canceled/ no longer available" without any explanation or an email from them! So they kept me from buying from another place and I missed all president's day sales --- they basically hijacked the sale making sure I wouldn't be able to buy from no one else. Bad faith! Be aware and do not buy from this place. Order number: X*******
Have been trying to reach this company for months. Finally the website is down and phone disconnected. Contacted my VISA credit card company and opened a disputed charge. The credit card company is following up on my behalf and crediting my credit card for the amt. Paid to Onlineshoes.

I just posted a review for a company that was so bad that I felt the need to inform people of the wonderful experience I recently had with this company.
For Christmas I purchased my husband a pair of Keens and was disappointed that the 20% discount (for almost every brand) didn't apply to the Keens but bought them anyway. 5 days later an email ad comes to my email stating a new sale exclusively for Keens. I couldn't believe it so I sent an email asking if they would honor the sale price to my recently purchased shoes or if I should return them and repurchase. The next day I receive an email telling me Online shoes has credited my account for the 20% discount. So easy and such great customer service and good business practices. This is the kind of company I want to do business with!
I ordered two different pairs of boots on 11/7 it is now 11/19 and was wondering why neither had even be shipped. Well I spent 30 minutes waiting for a customer service representative to tell me "sorry" one of the boots I ordered was actually out of stock and would not EVER be shipped to me and the other boot would ship out ASAP but I still won't get it until later next week! WTF!? That is really poor customer service.
