I ordered over a month ago. I have called them numerous times and left email messages. Haven't received items that I was to receive in a weeks time, no email back and no phone call back. Nothing.
I ordered my fabric on 4/24/20 and received and email with order confirmation and that's it. Nothing since. I've emailed twice and now on the phone for over 30 minutes and can't get anyone to answer emails or my call. Status of order shows it's still not shipped. The world is coming back into order so this should NOT be such a back up for fabric or customer service. I'm appalled at their customer service. Especially during this time. I have no idea how to get my money back either. Terrible company and I'll make sure every review site knows it.
My order was probably worth less than most other purchases made on the site, but eventually everything arrived exactly as promised, in one box, and in decent time considering the current circumstances and warnings from the site that delays were likely. The only thing is that after about four or five weeks there was still no shipping confirmation, and I started to get worried. However, when I emailed customer service that I would like to cancel my order they did respond within one business day and sent me my tracking number so I could start following the progress of my package. I have experienced similar shipping delays with art supplies and craft stores online. I feel like the current pandemic is hitting these kinds of stores extra hard and online sales might be way different for them in comparison to fashion stores and thrifting sites.
My order took over a month and customer service never responded to my emails. I'm also missing a zipper i ordered. Don't waste your time.
I placed an order on 3/31 and have received nothing as of 4/28. I've reached out several times via email and over a dozen times on the phone, they haven't responded. My money has been on hold, "processing" making it unable to dispute the charge with the bank. This is very frustrating especially since I ordered the supplies to make masks/PPE to donate to health care workers. Odered approximately $500 worth of fabric and other materials, we only recieved partial order. We left several voise messages and at least 5 emails requesting status. No calls or emails have been returned on 30 days. During these trying times, I'm surprised people aren't being more decent towards each other. We're out more than $200.00 and there's no recourse. Shame on them. I recommend everyone stay clear of this site, especially when there are many more reputable.
It has been almost a month since I placed my order, I have not received any communication other than that my card has been charged. I reached out via email over a week ago and still no response. I requested a refund via email on 4/26, I'm not confident this will be responded to. If I don't hear from them in three days I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called multiple times, sat on hold for hours, chat is never open, finally got a blurb on an email saying order will ship on 4/18 at it did not. You cannot call, email chat or communicate with these guys in any way. It's like buying from a ghost. The charges on my credit card "moved" every day to a new date, now it's gone altogether so I cannot dispute the charge with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD!
This is the worse website to order from and they should be reported. I ordered $90 worth of items late March 2020 and its April 18th and still no items. Now they are not taking any calls and not responding to emails. They have taken my money for much needed Masks making items. I should have ordered from Joanns. I will never order from this company again. I need my money back!
I bought materials to make masks. Unfortunately I didn't read reviews from this site first. I have yet to receive my order WEEKS later. The processing time was supposed to be up to 5 days. After over a week of not hearing from them I contacted customer service. Their online chat is NEVER online, and they never responded to my email. I was finally able to get someone on the phone, who removed an item that was not in stock (which was apparently holding up my whole order) and assured me she'd send a confirmation to my email and that it would ship the following Monday. 6 days past that I still have not received a shipping notification or any update on my order. When I checked the site again, they now have updated their processing time to "5 to 14 business day processing time." DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINEFABRICSTORE.NET if you're expecting items in a reasonable time. Hopefully I'll still receive the order and not have to dispute this with my credit card.

Sometimes customer service has real life impact. THIS is one of those times. Not only did they fail to inform the fabric was on back order for 6 weeks (at least) they just randomly decided not to send me the interfacing that was in stock. Why? I have no idea. Had they sent me THAT I could be on my way to making masks out of some old blouses. Not only did I have to ASK them to send it, they just DIDN'T send it! AND by the time I figured out these a-holes aren't going to send me my stuff it's sold out everywhere. So Online fabric store can pretty much SUCK it because it's a goddam pandemic in my town where 700 people are dying every day on average at the moment and it would be nice to have been able to make a MF mask out of substantial broadcloth they said was in stock on their website 3 weeks ago when I ordered it, and to line it with the interfacing I BOUGHT that is sitting on a shelf gathering dust.
I ordered elastic and cotton material for masks. I got 4 of the 5 pieces of material. Missing the 5th and none of the elastic. There was nothing in the order that stated anything was back ordered. If they didn't have the items available, they should mark them 'out of stock'. When I go to the site, it states that my entire order has shipped. I have emailed, tried to do live chat (no one is on line) and waited for over an hour on the phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

I ordered 2 10x10 and 2 8x8 pillows. The latter are under 6x6, not 8x8 as I ordered. Additionally, the two '8x8' pillows are different from each other in sizee, as are the 10x10's. While the quality initially appears to be good, they also are not square - so no good quality control nor inpection used before shipping. There was no documentation, shipping papers, nor return information included either in or on the package for me to send them back. When they sent me a review e-mail today, it was impossible to fill out because the rating window did not ahve a send visible from my screen and was not moveable. What a great way to avoid bad reviews!
I made an order online and was told would be delivered in 5 days. After 5 days, I didn't receive it so I sent an email. At that point I was told the fabric was back ordered and yet nobody told me. I asked for the order to be cancelled and was given a cancellation#. Then I get charged on my credit card and received the order I had cancelled. I sent another email and was told I would be refunded in 2 days. It's been more than a week and I still don't have a refund. I have sent 3 follow up emails and nobody even has the decency to respond. Absolutely terrible customer service and awful company. First time ordering here and I completely regret it.
My wife ordered $150 worth of fabric on February 28th, and by March 19th and we still didn't have it. They never told us it was out of stock before ordering, or notified us of any backorder afterwards. They never told us a thing. But the order was listed in order history when we logged into the site. No tracking number, no explanation. Due to the coronavirus my wife changed her travel plans and we no longer actually wanted this fabric. We tried to contact them twice by email... the second time they did respond saying the order is cancelled, but logging into the site now I see the order still there. Still no note or explanation, it still appears the same as a pending order. Their live chat is never online. Maybe I should be thankful our debit card was never charged yet, but I don't want this order hanging over my head forever, to suddenly be charged when I no longer expect it, and cause me to have to pay an overdraft fee at my bank. If their order history does not say cancelled, are they really going to remember? I could dispute the charge afterwards, but that probably is not going to recover any overdraft fee. This is all really thoughtless and inconsiderate towards the customer.
