It's not worth mentioning the details of the conversation but I recommended they be honest with their consumers and consider reevaluating their business volume/practices. Only online sellers can get away with this type of behavior.
If you like to do business with a company that is not honest you should deal with this company. I tried to do two reviews. One which was not positive but very straight forward about the issue of how they wrecked four yards of a fabric by surging the additional piece of fabric so poorly that it pulled the pattern of the fabric totally off grid and caused puckering of the middle of the fabric as well. I had checked the first half to 2/3 of the order and thought it was okay until I went to do the project. After chatting with a representative I was offered a 10 percent off coupon because it was not within the 30 day time limit. No problem. However my problem was what came next. When I did the first review I was not crude or accusatory but suggested not to have the additional piece surged in the future. They eliminated the review. Posted another one saying good job removing my poor review. They eliminated the review. Sooooo…put up another one that was very positive. Guess what! They left it up. Dishonest so you cannot trust what the reviews say! So they should get less than one for the service. However I give them a 5 for their dishonest and sneaky approach to reviews and service.
Placed order. Received tracking email on 1/28/2016. As of today 2/6/2016, tracking invoice still shows shipping label issued. I emailed five days ago to inquire and let them know my address was typed wrong. I called them on 2/5 to ask why I had received no return response to email. Was told their computer is having problem communicating with UPS. She said she would call and get back to me. Never received a return call. Today 2/6/2016, I called UPS to ask why they have never picked up package. UPS said they have never received order to pick up and there is no record of them calling and UPS records all inquires! This could be a problem with cash flow? Will call Monday and request a cancellation of order.
Poor Customer Service. Bought 7 yards of fabric and two of those yards were misprinted. I sent pictures and wanted a replacement. I was willing to send the damaged fabric back. The customer service rep. Blew me off, basically. She told me that she would have to contact the manufacturer to see what they could do for me. I ended up purchasing 4 more yards in order to finish my curtains. They closed my complaint case, calling it "resolved:, and I haven't heard from them since. I won't do business with them again because I do not trust them any longer. My understanding from this transaction is that if they send damaged fabric, the customer is stuck with it. This was an expensive lesson to learn.
This company's website has misleading product descriptions, and they will not pay for return shipping. I bought a product labelled 'shipping foam' which was actually memory foam that retains compression and will not protect anything. They made me pay for returns shipping, despite an incorrect (false) product description.
It's been weeks and I have yet to receive any updates with regards to my order. I've emailed, I've been on hold for an hour, I've left voicemails, I've asked on facebook (but you had time to delete those comments?)
I'd steer clear of this company, folks. Super shady business practices.

I really regret my stupit purchase.
I wasn't all that impressed with their fabric quality and selection. The prices are tempting, but in my opinion, what you get is not worth spending money on. What prompted me to write a review was their terrible customer service. The agent was not polite and had more of an accusatory and annoyed "tone". In my opinion, my issue was easy to fix, but because they seemed like the had more important things to do, it became prolonged. I will not be shopping there again.
I really wish I had read the reviews of this place before ordering from here... I was looking everywhere for some fabric dye, and the colors I needed were only in stock on here, so I thought ‘wow! How convenient!' And placed my order. BIG mistake! I gave them my email, got an order confirmation email, but never anything else. It has been 20 days since I placed my order, and still nothing. I tried to track my package but I had to sign in, but I had never made an account. I tried everything to track my package but nothing worked. I'm starting to think my package will never come and they have just taken my money. Also, shipping was 9 bucks!
WORST. ABSOLUTE WORST. Rudest people ever, i'm beyond serious. They do not apologize for your issue, they give you nothing but attitude when you're simply asking a question. Had one costumer service lady named Amanda actually raise her voice at me. Do not order anything from this place, you'll have nothing but issues and when you call to get it fixed they are worthless. It doesn't matter how calm and collected you are towards the costumer service people, they are horrible. I would give them zero stars but that's unfortunately not an option.
After a few attempts to order this fabric back in May I finally got my order placed it showed shipped the same week but I never received it and the tracking was never updated. After many emails messages and phone calls I can never speak to anyone or get a reply. Now the end of July I finally got through on the phone to have them tell me it's been backordered and was never shipped even though it showed that it had and they've had a hold on my credit card all this time. This was my third and final order ever. They are incredibly shady. As a professional I deal with many fabric companies in a few different countries that have never had an experience this poor. I would recommend that no one use this company if you want your product to show up.
Called the customer (no) care a few times. Terrible customer service if any. They do not want to listen or god forbids resolve your issue. No flexibility or any art of attracting lifetime value customer. Glad not do business with you guys ever.
I placed a $100+ order on May 2. Everything Covid delayed, they asked for patience and understanding. TODAY (July 22) they finally responded to my question that they had cancelled the order. So much for patiently waiting.
I ran into a problem after receiving fabric, via this site. My yardage was short. Their staff resolved a messy situation, complicated by a lengthy process. I cannot recommend online fabricstore.com enough.
I had a very large order with them received two shipments and am still trying to get two items missing from the order. I have called and left messages, i have emailed several times with no response. It has been close to a month and still no word on my missing items! Their service sucks! I will be looking elsewhere for my products in the future! They continue to use COVID as an excuse but online orders should still have been processed even during the worst of it!
I happen to like the material, but they shorted the amount sent, and when I contacted them - I was told I might have cut some off. Ridiculous. They would do nothing about it. If you can't trust a company, they are not worth dealing with...
I ordered 4 fabrics for costumes for an event that is coming up in a few weeks. Half of the order shipped fairly promptly but the other half did not and after waiting a week I emailed a query about it. No response, finally called and found out those fabrics are backordered for another two months. No notice from them at all. Will not order from them again.
This is a unprofessional company. Waiting up to 4 months for material that never showed. When company was contacted, no remorse or help was offered. Prices may be a little lower. But you get what you pay for. And this company is of low quality.
I placed a $450 order two weeks ago. I think that would qualify this as a fairly important order for their business. It has now been two weeks. I didn't receive any confirmation that they are processing the order. I logged into the order number and it simply says tracking is unavailable. I have called three times and never reached a live person. I also emailed their help email yesterday and after 24 hours have heard nothing. I referenced the order number so it should be easy for someone to followup.
I will now check to see if they grabbed my $450 or not. I would say I would never use them again. They should not be allowed to do business online if they are not reachable.

First, they had not arrived, I contacted them and they mentioned they will resend them. Another month has passed by and I requested a full refund since nothing has arrived! They still did not return the money or made any notice of my request.
