The address on file doesnt include my apartment number for billing or shipping (in this case the shipping doesnt matter since they are downloadable tickets). My apartment number for billing is 203. I wasnt able to edit it during order review.

So far an easy experience. There is a service charge that is not listed when you buy the tickets and also an E-ticket fee. Over all though, I printed my tickets with-in minutes of buying them.

I have received confirmation of my order. The info says I can download my tickets on the 14th. So far, selecting tickets online went well. If valid tickets arrive, Im a happy camper!

THIS service is ridiculously expensive! Horrible. Robbery. Almost $16 plus a $7.50 "electronic transfer fee" per $51 ticket! For what?! I will be avoiding future events in Columbus thanks to these crooks...

Easy process & guarantee

I was skeptical at first with the ordering process of tickets and some of the bad reviews. We had a great experience with the purchase of tickets and receiving them immediately through download. We attended the Imagine Dragons concert in Orlando and had a great experience. Customer service followed up immediately with some of my initial concerns to confirm that they guaranteed the validity of the tickets.
