The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Terrible pricing! All tickets are more than tripled in price from their original face value after you're done with everything. Wont be buying tickets here again.
I am not the most tech-savvy person and\I also don't like processes that require a lot of your time. Not only was this process easy, it was very speedy and manageable.
It was easy to purchase my tickets through OnlineCityTickets, but I waited a little longer than expected to receive my email tickets. The expectation was that I would receive them the day I placed the order and it was a couple of days before they were emailed. This was my first time using a 3rd party to purchase event tickets so I was a little worried at first, but was happy to see them a couple days later. I would definitely consider using this again.
Service was good. Would order tickets from here again and tell others about it. Thank you for making it a good and easy to order the tickets. I will definitely order from here again and recommend it to others.
Great its was a good and easy site to use I will use again highly recommend for anybody else thank you again for your service
It's been awhile since I've had it this easy in purchasing tickets and not have a run around experience. But, confirming that I've got my order is abit much. Shouldn't have to type out an essay for this. What if I don't want to write a review?
The service fee is extremely high for getting tickets emailed to me. Use of the site was pretty easy to use
I got the tickets I wanted but the website was confusing and it was not user friendly. I feel the service fees were very expensive as well.
Have yet to see the show. Got tickets for Janet Jackson through you guys and was very satisfied We're looking forward to seeing another great show. Thanks for giving folks like us the opportunity to see so many great artist
I recieved an order but its clearly someone elses tickets. Im worried that my tickets are in someone elses inbox. I tried calling City Tickets but the answering service is not helpful. Please can someone call me back with some info? My number is*******603
Very easy to use! Will use this site again! Tickets came to my email in less than twenty four hours.
I thought this show was sold out but, This site found my tickets easily and delivered them quickly! Just a little more expensive than buying at the venue. Service fees but convenient!:~)
A little outrageous on the fees. I spent $125.00 in just fees alone.
E tickets was nice but it was the only option I was given.
The no. Given on venue website was these ripoffs. I called to order tickets at 10 am which when went on sale and was given seats and cost was 220for 2 then told card was declined 2 times I told woman no way then she comes back says not declined seats were taken then finally gives me worse seats and total was 550.if not for wife's bday wouldn't have done it I thought only one show so took them. Was told they would be emailed. Finally got email and tickets were purchased by someone from ticketmasterstr and has someone's name on them tickets must be printed and no way of knowing if were they were printed by someone else alreadyr and they state if more then one all are denied and if they refund its only face value and orig purchase price was 69.00 on ORIGINAL ticket. So will be going not knowing if will be admitted andthe who is responsible since originally bought through ticket master and they don't disclose this when you call and don't know until they have your money The venue should not allow them to do that since they are reselling and don't tell you and OVER 100% THE ORIGINAL Cost. Shouldn't have to go there not knowing what will happen and then only get back face value. Not once did anyone state anything. Expensive lesson and never again.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
