It was good I really miss paper tickets though because saving a receipt isn't as fun as saving a ticket and putting it in a book. That said I was impressed with the efficiency of doing the entire process online.
The site was easy to navigate, the order was easy to place, payment process was easy to go through and my tickets arrived the next day! Great!

I purchased tickets to a concert and the next day I realized I wouldn't be able to make the concert. I know my fault. So I contacted the customer service because their website says they give refunds, the customer service person told me that they couldn't give a refund because my tickets had already shipped. Okay, if you say you give refunds don't tell my you can't give me a refund. I bought the tickets the day before! They also don't give any description or pricing on the UPS shipping so you go in blind and end up like I did $14 wasted on shipping for tickets for a concert that wouldn't begin for 2 months... worst experience ever, if I could give 0 stars I would.

This site would not allow us to have tickets at will call, or deliver any other way but via electronic on the computer. Because we are captured to buy our tickets it cost an additional $42.50 per ticket to deliver the tickets on the computer. WHY! This is insane! There is no reason why it should cost so much per ticket! I could MAYBE wrap my head around $42.50 per transaction, but per ticket? You all are thief's of the captive audience. You should be ashamed but you won't because you're a empty conglomerate!

This site was easy and manageable to manevere. They were quick to respond with the order. This is extremely important for mature people who are not accustomed to technolgy and sometimes freak out with it all.
I purchased tickets two months before the event and was promised that when I received my tickets (5 days prior to the event) that the seats would be in the section (214) that I chose, but possibly anywhere between rows A through R. When I received the emailed tickets, they were in a different section, (204) which was to the side of the stage and much of the show was out of our view. It appeared to me that this section was full of comped ticket holders. I will beware to never use onlinecitytickets again. The service fees were the highest I have ever paid also. We asked ushers if we could be moved. They said we could stand in another area that was not acceptable. They said we should have bought our tickets from Ticketmaster. I did not know I had a choice at the time because the onlinecitytickets site popped up when I started the process to buy tickets. I just thought they were the only site to purchase tickets for theTSO show. I was Ripped off. The final ticket prices were each about $30 less than the site had originally shown on the day I purchased them also.
When I got the tickets it turns out they were originally $100 each. Not the $150 per that I paid. Plus $45 in fees. Absurd trying to make money off of face value tickets.
I liked everything about the process other than being required to write this review. A one-hundred letter response is excessive.
