The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

We were able to purchase some heavily sought after tickets for a premium during pre-sale for the Ed Sherran concert.
I was able to purchase tickets for this concert that my friends and I wanted to go to. We were lucky that we were able to get the tickets through this site because the presale for the show sold out pretty quickly.
It took me a while to get register with flash seats and i tried many of time by calling but never gotten any one to ask a question.
My tickets came the next day, which I was not expecting. I'd purchase from this site again for the next time I'm looking for good seat.
Had the cheapest tickets I could find, but still had high quality of service! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my tickets.
What I didn't like is my seats said TBA... that is frustrating to not know exactly where you will be in the arena. That might not be your problem so if not I don't really have an opinion.
I found it fairly easy and straightforward while still seeming trustworthy. Not a fan of sales in USD, though.
Thought I was on Red Rocks website. Ended up with a $61 ticket with $18.95 service fee and $6.95 email fee. And then printed the ticket out... face value of $39.
Borderline fraud. Not even sure the ticket is real. Place like this are why the term Buyer Beware exist.
I got the tickets for the Disney on ice event. The overall experience was great. The site is very easy to use. I was able to pick the seating I wanted with a very good price. And I got my tickets an hour later in my e-mail.
Getting my tickets was easy as was choosing which seats we wanted. Now that we've printed our tickets, we just have to wait for the event! We are a little concerned with all the controversy surrounding 3rd party ticket purchases, etc. so if we get in and the tickets we purchased are honoured we will be thrilled with the entire process!
Thank you! Getting my tickets through this way is the best for me. Worked out great! Thank you for being accurate and quick. It makes the sale a whole lot easier.
Do you guys really need to charge $47 service charge on a ticket. This is a web based business. It not like the old ticketmaster locations were their was overhead for a shop to pay for. The ticket is not even printed on the nice paper any more I used my printer toner and paper. Way to charge more and cheep out.
Ordering was really easy and felt it was a safe site esp with PayPal. I'll for sure be letting you (and them) if my tickets do not arrive.
Really easy get the tickets the proces is really simple and easy to do although it's an inconvenience that the review has to be 100 characters
This was easy peasy to order! Got my e tickets immediately with a follow up email to make sure I did get them.
Easy-to-use and purchase tickets with no problems and hassle free. Chose the downloadable tickets and was able to print with out any issues. Great way to get tickets to venues and will purchase again for future events.
After they already took their 200 bucks out of my account AND sent me an email saying my order had been accepted AND told me I'd be sent the tickets via email 48 hours before the event, another woman called me two days before I was to get my tickets and said "oh, the seller sold more tickets then they actually had, but we can give you tickets if you'll pay an extra 70 per ticket." What an utter scam! How have they not been shut down?! The worst part was that the tickets were a gift for my parents and I had to call them and tell them that they weren't going to the concert they'd really wanted to see afterall. I'm so upset!
Found the tickets I was looking for at a reasonable price. Had them digitally downloaded within an hour. Easy peasy.
More info I got a VIP platinum package but no info on what time I need to be there as there is a dinner as well as a meet and greet.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
