The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

The ticket purchased arrived just as promised. The process could not have worked any better. Thank you.
Excited about tickets for U2! Except for this annoying site that keeps telling me I need more characters!
Great website and easy to use for ordering concert tickets. We received the tickets via email same day.
Thanks
Bought GOOD tickets for a show and was called 2 days before and said tickets were "procured" aka purchased and hence not available for me and I could get crappy seats for 20bucks off. No thanks. Waiting now for a refund but now have no tickets. Complete BS. Don't bother with this site.
No problems -- haven't attended the concert yet -- so will so if the tickets present a problem -- ha -- sure they won't -- thank you for the easy online experience!
First time user and I'm very pleased. Thank you for the excellent service. Looking forward to using you in the future
Seems easy. It is a bit confusing as this is my first time to order tickets like this. I have received numerous emails and am trying to make certain they are all safe!
If you're willing to pay the price, it streamlines 'ticket buying' for concerts. In this day and age with most of the best seats already purchased, it's just the way it works.
This was the greatest way to get my tickets now my Baby and I will be enjoying the show I haven't seen Hall and Oats sence I was 18 many moons ago (am 56 now)I know it will be a great show. Thanks
My tickets arrived within seconds! I cant wait for the concert! I would recommend this site to everyone!
Went on line looked at what had left for 2nd best seats. $70.00,5 left. All said and done, tickets cost me $281.00 for 3 seat for Disney on ice. According to chart on their site seat are lower level, E 8-12. When I get my tickets we are level EE, 5 rows from top. Wurst seats in the place. Lots of empty seat much lower. Talked to people in seats below is, said paid $16.00. I know, these second resale sites need $$, but this is a scam. I usually don't write reviews but people need to be aware of places like this. I called to voice my concerns all I can get are recording, then eventually hang up. I took my 7 year old granddaughter 100+ miles in hopes of a fantastic experience. Far from due to this company and there thinking it's OK to rip people off. I could have purchase their $30.00 tickets they offered and got better seating. Talk about 1 very disappointed little girl!
I enjoyed how simple and fast it was to make such an exciting purchase. Tickets are already printed & hanging up for the concert that will be in 6 months.
Rather high service charge and I don't understand why they have to charge $7 for an online download.
These tickets cost a lot more than I expected. I will not be using this site for ticket purchases in the future.
Can't complain so far. 1st time doing this so... I'm waiting to see if everything works out or not. Stay tuned for final review
Everything went well but was a longer process cause my delivery method was only for flash seats. I didn't have an option for regular standard delivery which I would of liked better. This is my first experience with flash seats. I hope it will be a great one.
I went to pick up my tickets and they weren't where i was told they would be. Drove 45 mins for nothing.
Happy to get the e- tickets the day I ordered them. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. Seat selection was also easy. Notification of additional fees was made well in advance of finalizing the order which I appreciated. My review is a good one.
I liked the site and everything wa super easy. Although, I hate that there was a 33 dollar service charge per ticket bought and a 7 dollar shipping fee for tickets that are being delivered by email. A bit ridiculous. But everything else was fine.
Got these ticket for my mom and dad for myy moms birthday. She has been wanting to go so i suprised her with two tickets. Just hope these tickets r the real deal. I want her to enjoy herself and have a great time.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
