Fast delivery within less than 3 minutes. Registration was super easy.No hassles. Sometimes online purchases can be a hassle but this one was without any incident, smooth as it can. Now i am looking forward to the concert, will definitely use this service again in the future.
Service Fees per ticket $25. Won't buy thru Online City Tickets ever again! A scam website. Also, two days before the show I learned I was not going to be able to go... I asked if they'd refund me... said "no, sell it on your own."
This new way of ordering tickets is confusing as I'm old school and had trouble at the beginning filling out order form but once I caught on it worked okay. Now my next test is to retrieve tickets from our i phone when they arrive.
Will never use again! Very disappointing. After purchasing tickets, I found another site that offered them for cheaper. Service fees were way to high especially since delivery of tickets was via email and not even mail!
Besides the service fee, $50.00 per ticket (ending up to be an extra $100 bucks on top of my tickets), I found some really awesome seats at a really reasonable price. I definitely would buy through OnlineCityTickets again. I even checked StubHub and the prices were crazy expensive.
Not where did they tell me this transaction was in American Funds. So what I thought was a GREAT deal ended up being more expensive... they charge you just to email the tickets... save your money and use another site!
Easy to purchase. E-mails were a little confusing, because I didn't quite understand how it worked, but customer service was very helpful. Regular E-mail updates about shipping and delivery were comforting. Tickets arrived safe and sound, and fairly quickly. Overall, smooth, hassle free process.
When you are all done with entering your info, they finally mention outrageous service fees. It was much over $100.00 for 2 tickets, and of course another convenience fee for the instant download, which is not an option.
I'm relieved they offer ticket insurance - winter in the midwest is always a roll of the dice! We got really great seats and it was super fast & easy. I can't wait to surprise my daughter who will maybe put me in the "Cool Mom" category after this! ;)

I must say that my experience buying tickets to the upcoming Billy Joel concert was a very pleasing, easy, fast one. So much easier than any of the ticket resellers out there and significantly cheaper in cost.
Good experience, user friendly website. I have not yet received my tickets through email, but hopefully I will receive better seats than what was purchased originally. I am excited about attending the play and look forward to future purchases

Over 30$ in fees and electronic charges for 2 tickets seems like robbery when I'm already paying 90$ but it was under a week away so I was expecting some fees just not that much. Will definitely weigh my options about using this service in the future.
When prompted to secure tickets, nothing was mentioned about travel insurance. You never informed me there would be a price. I don't know if I'll use this particular site again as you do not inform the customer of all the costs associated with buying tickets.

Its little different than other resale agencies, because seats assignments are not available until couple days before the events. Im sure it will work out fine? Told tickets purchased on same transaction will be seated together. Taking little ones, so it was a bit of concern. Answer to my satisfaction!
The process is smooth but $66 for two tickets is a bit excessive - oh well I am sure you are smiling. Its the 2 Cellos that should be angry - they are missing out on great revenue due to your incredible greedy attitude.
Paying these exceptionally higher prices plus fees feels like highway robbery. WHen you search for tickets this is only sight that comes up. Could somebody tell us how to buy the tickets direct for face price.
Why are we still paying for "convenience" and "service"? When online shopping was new and unique it made sense. Now it's just a money grab. Horrible business practice. I will never order from here again.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
