Considering everything is being processed online, I'm shocked to pay an addition $40+ for fees. This should be more clearly stated upfront and not just added as an afterthought at checkout to create sticker shock and a bad experience. In the future, I will deal directly with the venue and avoid the extra cost gauging.

When they offer tickets for $19 it's an obvious fraud, because total you pay is $32. Besides they do not guarantee an order fulfillment and can cancel it just 4 hours before the event (just like it happened to me today)!
Please, stay away!

Do some research before purchasing. I paid $88.00 for a for a $27.00 ticket. Fees were double what they should've been. The one star is for the fast service. To top it off, my credit card was compromised within an hour since making this purchase, charging $3,500.00 to my account, so someone in the business is untrustworthy. Thank goodness my credit card company notified me before the charges went through, and said it's very likely the fraud came from this site. I'll never use this website again.

Scam
December 27, 2015

NO mention of the exorbitant service charge per ticket ($35 per ticket x 8 tickets!) until AFTER you put in your credit card info at checkout. Hopefully I stopped the sale in time - but anxious that they have my info. Shame on me for not checking this site out online in advance. Beware!

This was easy and hassle free would do it again for another show absolutely. I would prefer a more specific description of the seating, like the actual rows are not pictured but other than that everything was great.

Easy process.

I wish all tickets had a digital option. I had no way of printing my tickets. That should be informed up front. Site gives no other option but to pay for 'special delivery' method at checkout. Which I didn't find out what it meant until the day before the show. So basically I paid an extra $14+ to print tickets myself.
And if you have any question prior to finalizing the purchase (in other words, you don't have yet an order # generated) good luck contacting customer service!
Other than that it is a trustworthy/ reliable company to buy from.

Not enough information on where the seats are located. Fees could be better explained. Excellent that paypal is able to be used for purchase. Email delivery was flawless. But it's really much better than 2 pro and 2 con especially when compared to purchasing via ticketmaster. Their site looked better but had no paypal and botched my purchase (which is how i got here). Still ~30% fee seems a bit high to me.

Buying tickets on this website was simple and easy, but they really should tell you up front that the tickets need to be printed. Thank God I was home because the event Im going too is in 4 hours! And like other online ticket purchasing websites, the service charges are high, but no higher than others. Just have to bend over and say please sir, can I have some more...

Please do not order tickets from this organization. They will take your money and will not give you a confirmation number. Even when I attempted to call their customer service, they constantly hung up on me. Be careful.

Watch out for these guys! Their at the top of your search engine like they represent the event but their ticket resellers and they mark the tickets up horribly. Plus the hidden fees you dont see until your card is processed. Then it's not even guaranteed that your tickets will be where you want. What a $#*!ty company that I hope goes bankrupt soon. Fire the CEO and his/her's poor customer service policies. They do not care about you or your business so why are you going to give it to them? Be very careful dealing with this site, you'll be sorry if you do. The good reviews you see have to be fakes.

Totally a rip off

Doesn't deserve any stars. Total con game. Thought we were on theatres web site but tricked into this company's web site. Paid 3 times ticket value. When we complained manager was a jerk. Will never do business with this company again. Please be warned!

TIckets selected, ordered, and delivered in minutes. Crystal clear and ready to roll. Obviously not a fan of the excessive fees, but that's the trouble when you make money off ticket sales. Still baffling that the ticket price itself just isn't enough. You need another 30% mark-up on each.

Extra Fees!

I just bought 2 tickets for Jersey Boys in Austin at the Bass Concert Hall. I was assessed a $51 surcharge plus a $7.50 handling fee. None of these fees were listed on the previous screen prior to pressing the purchase button! Wow, what a shady site. I then checked the reviews... not surprisingly similar reviews. I did receive the e-tickets immediately as promised. I hope all goes well once my daughter and I go to see the show Saturday night!

Paid too much

Paid 167 for tickets with face value of 59.50 Add to that over 50+ per ticket processing fee. Very disappointed. Hope the seats are as good as we expect them to be based upon the venues seating chart.

First off, read carefully. I didn't. I followed a link which my excited wife sent and didn't realize this was a third party resale site until after I bought. They tacked on an 84$ service fee and another 7$ to email the tickets, which were overpriced. The site is designed to mislead you and there is no way to ask for a refund, exchange or speak with a live person except through chat. No help if you have a problem, or in my case leave the web page and return and fail to notice that the date reset and your tickets became a Thursday night outing rather than use Friday night you originally selected. Buyer beware! Check your normal vendor sites and the venue first and save yourself the embarrassment and irritation which I experienced.

We couldnt buy tickets with any argentinian card, so one friend of mine that lives on the United States had to buy the Tickets for me, you must fix this problem soon. However it was a nice experience.

Fees fees fees

Th website is easy to use and simplistic. Although you buy a set of tickets each ticket (which is digital) has its own fees attached so a $184.00 transaction turns into a little over $250 with the fees. How convenient there should be less fee and more actual service provided. How something that is 100% digital turns out to cost more than physical tickets with shipping Ill never understand.

I would not use this site again. Rather call box office for pricing and skip the online convince

Bait and switch

Avoid this platform! I want to give zero stars. My first time using this site and they don't honor the rate they sold me the tickets at. Horrible customer service. No one will talk to you if an issue is on their end...
