The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Where the $#*! are my mother $#*!ing $#*!-sucking tickets you sons of $#*!es mother $#*!ers $#*! you you $#*!ing cocksuckers
The fee was at least half of the ticket price! Excessive if you ask me! They don't show all the fees and charges until you give them your credit card information. I bought three tickets and it cost me the price of four!
It is not well communicated that these are non-refundable pre-sold tickets that are then re-sold at what in hindsight is found to be a highly inflated and non-competative price compared to a direct seller.
Es la primera vez que compró por este medio pero creo y siento que es muy buena ob ion y tambien se los cementarios son para mejorar el servicio. Gracias
All these concert ticket resalers should show transparency with regards to these service charges. Who do they go to and what is the service they provide? I and I'm sure many others would like to know.
Very nice experience. I am looking forward to purchasing more tickets from online city tickets.com. Do you have more tickets for sale for any other concerts?
This is the site the venue used to buy tickets online. I paid $190/ticket and when I received them, the price on the tickets was $65 each. Shame on your company for cheating innocent people out of their hard earned money. Will advise anyone to never use or trust this site.
My mistake for not researching prior to buying, but I really thought I was buying from a reputable ticketmaster. Somehow I get redirected when trying to purchase online. I received an e-mail that tickets would be e-mailed to me 3 days before event and didn't have any seat numbers. I knew something was wrong. I called and they could not refund me, even when it was same day cancellation. I disputed with my credit card right away and hopefully it will be taken care of. I called the event venue and was able to purchase tickets for half the price of this site. Just don't do it!
Easy to use. Took me 5-6 minutes to order and print off tickets. Would probably use this service again. I do think the resale price of $100 more than actual price is a bit excessive, however the process itself is easy to do.
They told me I could get a refund because the tickets I purchased were no longer available... then when I tried to get a refund the kept putting me on hold! I'm literally on hold now! Their tickets are also crazy overpriced... google online city tickets reviews and you'll see all the negative feedback!
Your $28 service fees for a $90 ticket that someone else paid $73 with $14 fees was robbery! I didn't like being forced to buy 3rd party tickets. I would prefer to be allowed to be the original ticket purchaser. I tried backing out of the deal and going back to the facility web site to see if I could purchase tickets directly, but then was routed back to your agency. I will think twice about every buying a ticket through your company again, or I may stop buying tickets for events at the Brady Theater if they don't change vendors.
This was very easy to get theses tickets and very quick! It was my first time ordering tickets and I will for sure do it again.
I paid twice the ticket price shown on the actual ticket. I feel like I got ripped off but this is the sight the venue sent me to.
I won't use this sight again.
Quick and easy process, this is the sight that Fiserv Forum sends you to when you click on buy tickets and then there are $20.00 service fees per tickets that are not shown ANYWHERE except in the total! Pissed off that I am spending as much per ticket as I would have for an upgraded seat for the PBR Ariat Rodeo! I wish I was more ticket savvy!
Why can't I just buy them at the gates this is more than flustating makes me want a refund that's what I feel about this online. Force me to write a stupid review here you go
Everything was quickly and easily done; website is manageable with no trouble, but I would have liked to have been able to find an image of actual seat location rather than general orchestra area.
"Choose a delivery option" offers only one option--and that comes with a ridiculous service charge (a couple of hundred dollars for delivery to a smart phone?) which wouldn't be quite so bad if we were at least warned about it when checking ticket prices.
Bought tickets for a concert in January 2018... it is now the day of the concert (September 2018) - still no tickets! When I call they say the "seller" will resend the tickets. They haven't. When I ask for a refund the guy says I can only get a refund if the concert cancels.
I am told to go to the venue - if I still don't have tickets they will help me.
Complete Bull$#*!! This is a big evening for me and my wife; hotel by the venue, date night etc. Its a F++king Scam!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
