The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Thumbs up to this web page & i would do it again for another concert in the Future. John Cougar is the alternate bohunk of the 19 eighties and I would willing to take him go see him again this will be my 1st along with my girlfriends to see him in concert
Simple to order and good prices. Love the mobile ticket idea cant wait for my concert and other concerts to buy through this site again
The prices shown is not the price You will be charged!
In Europe this type of selling is not legal - you have to
Show the final price at the start.,
The man who answered my call was hateful obviously didn't like his job was rude and didn't want to help me at all because I only needed 1 ticket! I had bought 2 earlier in the week but needed another ticket and he was a total $#*!!
What should have been an amazing Saturday night, out quickly turned into the most disappointing evening ever! The kids were taken care of spending the night at their aunt and uncles house. Tickets were purchased to see Amy Schumer at the Fox Theatre thru Online City Tickets to celebrate my husband's birthday. Arriving at the venue, we are met at the box office with news that the event has been rescheduled. The new date is on 11-14-18 which is a Wednesday evening at 8:00pm. This is not a date we can make due to school and work. We called Online City Tickets muliple times and were met with a automated system. The system looped us around many times and was not helpful. After a ridiculous amount of time mashing buttons we were connected with a first layer of customer service. This representative was unable to refund or exchange the tickets. He then transferred us to a senior customer care specialist by the name of Jay J. Who told us we could not get a refund or exchange tickets. Our only notification about this change was a email sent only two hours before the scheduled event. We did not see this until after it was too late. We spent the rest of the evening trying to resolve with no avail. Lesson learned. Do not buy tickets from this company. They have lost us as a customer forever.
Very expensive, I should have shopped around.
Will not be buying from here again.
Very very pricey! Wish I would have looked at the reviews first.
I purchased two tickets for Joan Baez. The total of both tickets was over $600.00.
For that price, I assumed I was getting good seats. When I printed out my tickets, the face value of each one was $89.00. I paid triple the amount of the face value of the ticket. The face value is not disclosed until the ticket is printed out. Very pricey!
Not sure why when i downloaded my tickets and printed them out i have someone elses name at top.Not sure if its a scam site or not.
Final purchase price was 30 percent more than ticket price. I ordered these thinking the price that the ticket was would be the final price. Boy was I wrong. Make sure you can cover the surcharge that they add.
Was fast and easy. No confusing small hidden print. Straight to option and detailed choices. Simple. Like it alot
Leagalized scalping! They're just paying a local government to have the privilege to do it. Why can't they be purchased right from the source? If it wasn't Jeff Dunham we are going to see, I would not have gotten them.
I can't wait to have fun! The website made very easy to buy the tickets at a convenient price. One of the things was cool is to fun the website very fast on Google and know about this amazing concert.
While the process to purchase the tickets was easy, the service charges are outrageously high and unexplained. I will never use this company again.
Operator helpful. I could find the quality seats I wanted without his help. Couldn't tell sold out areas. Different days offered better seats. Other then seat availablity process was easy.
It was very easy to use. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Good prices and easy to navigate. Very happy overall with the service.
I was very pleased with the speed of my ticket delivery and ease of use. 10/10 would recommend this site to my friends and family and I will be back.
Easy to buy the tickets. Didn't know about the fee until it was too late. Will never use them again.
Helpful and friendly representative. Had to wait on hold for 5-8 minutes listening to very bad, loud music. Turned the volume down as low as it would go but it was still really loud and annoying.
Awesome experience simple clean fast. I had my tickets in less than 10 minutes
Will defo use again.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
