The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I bought my miss saigon tickets over at onlinecitytickets.com. And i found out that they overpriced the tickets for more 133$ after calling the kennedy center. Plus. They dont have refunds at onlinecitytickets.
It seems like it's good at first until you get towards the end of your order and they charge an excessive service fee. The reviews are great when you are in the process of buying the tickets until you have bought them and then all of the "real" reviews come out after the whole experience. So there are two places where you submit your reviews.
This was easy. Had a difficult time with Tickets Now as the seller backed out last minute. Went back forth e-mails to their representative with no luck. A total refund of purchase price is pending. The price through your site was cheaper than theirs. Would recommend this site to family and friends.
Thanks
Had to call, the web site kept telling me the tickets I selected were unavailable. The rep made the experience calming and resolved my order.
I have purchased tickets online numerous times. It took me 3 or 4 attempts to place this order. I first tried to use this gmail address. Your site gave me the error message that my two addresses "did not match" -- even though they clearly did. I tried again, typing in the address correctly each time. Received the same error message. Switched to my AOL address. "Your email addresses do not match." It took me at least 2 more attempts for me to satisfy your site's need for perfection, even though I entered the email address correctly each time. So why am I receiving this survey on my Gmail address? I had to return to AOL to download and print my tickets -- and even then, I had to sort through 3 or 4 screens before I could. It just doesn't work.
Paid over 4 times the face value? Never again! There is no listing of fees or how you got to this amount charged on my card!
Found out too late the tickets I purchased for $47 a piece were actually $25 seats. And the service charge was exorbitant.
I will never use this company again and will be telling all my friends too watch out for this site and avoid it. You have a license to steal from the public. Amazing. Found out that a watchdog site in NJ found this company "... has 187 complaints against it,...". How are you still in business?
$60 is just too much. It is.
Monopoly?
There is a 100 character minimum to post a review?
Why is there a minimum length to this review? Brevity is the soul of wit.
Alright service. It's hard to access your tickets and on top you have to submit a request like the one I'm tyoinf. It's annoying, you guys need to make this warier to access.
Nice easy process, but definitely part of the issue with the Ticketmaster being greedy. Bit of an unfair model, the tickets should be sold to people, not robots and not scalpers.
I Bought Tickets on this page and they charged me $73 plus services charges that they never say on your page then you realize when they charge you and then you can not anything
Love getting to see Lauren Daigle!
Birthday present for my daughter!
Last minute decision but the e-ticket made it easy!
This company paid to come up at the top of a google search result about concert tickets and lists themselves as the name of the desired venue. They include much smaller font saying they are overcharging you and that you aren't contracting with the actual venue, but it is hard to understand this. They charged me a huge premium on tickets and refused to refund me. It's a complete scam. I then called customer service and was stonewalled and lectured by a completely rude associate. Be warned. You are overpaying by a HUGE amount when you use this site.
I was very pleased with the interaction with the agent, not pleased that the price on your website was $167, but the actual price was $212. That is false advertising, bait and switch, whatever. Also, when I asked which actual seats we would be getting, the agent was unable to tell me, he was only authorized to tell me the row and that the seats were together.
Thanks really worked well. Will do it again soon. Cant wait to see the monster trucks. My kids are so excited.
Quick and easy, I had no problems purchasing and downloading my ticket. Will definitely use this service again.
I told them that I wanted insurance, because I bought these tickets in February. My mom was dying, and I did not want to go. I wouldn't have enjoyed myself, and I didn't want to leave, for fear that my mother would die. Now that I am trying to get my ticket money back,($127) they will not even talk to me!
I have received the notification that YOU have my order. I am waiting on the tickets that I understand will be just a few days before the event. Unhappy that the wait for the actual tickets should take this much time.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
