It was good they were good seats I just did not like the Lightning of the show it was to much you could not really see the performers but I know that has noting to do with the seats but once again the seats where awesome

The tickets I thought I was buying in a "club" seating area was not the ones I received - I called them and supposedly they were "reselling" tickets and those seats where not available so I was given seats supposedly as good. We will see as we have not attended this venue yet for the show.

Although the service is great and tickets are delivered by email promptly, having to pay 50% of the ticket price (over $100) to get the tickets is ABUSIVE. On top of that $6.25 to receive it on email, which is automated.
It is total BS that you have to buy tickets this way, since they get dibs from the venue before the same opens for sale.
I wish you could still go to the venue window and pay the fair price for it.
I only used this method because of Iron Maiden, but these abusive fees were what scored ticketmaster a class action law suit. Just saying.

Definitely use again for concert tickets. Usually don't shop online for anything, this site was simple to use.
Unfortunately bought tickets here thinking it was a good place, but I have to paid 5 times more than they really cost for 5 tickets. I payed over $1100 for 5 tickets when they should be not more or around $200 for all 5 tickets. Tried to cancel transaction once I realized of the scam, but they say no refunds or devolutions. Stay away for this place they are scammers. This was a month before the event when the tickets should have been cheaper and not that expensive.
I tried to use PayPal to purchase my tickets but could not get the order to complete once signing into PayPal. Then I was told the tickets I had tried to order on Row G were no longer available. The next available I could find in that section was Row O. Therefore, I did not find your site very user friendly but frustrating instead.
I was looking for Neil Diamond tickets and I was able to get what I wanted on this site. I loved being able to put in the amounts I wanted to spend and the available seats came up along with the seating map. It was a great experience.
When picking seats it should have stayed behind goal. My son can't even see around speakers. We see nothing but equipment. Sad for the price of the ticket.
