The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

These tickets cost a lot more than I expected. I will not be using this site for ticket purchases in the future.
Can't complain so far. 1st time doing this so... I'm waiting to see if everything works out or not. Stay tuned for final review
Everything went well but was a longer process cause my delivery method was only for flash seats. I didn't have an option for regular standard delivery which I would of liked better. This is my first experience with flash seats. I hope it will be a great one.
I went to pick up my tickets and they weren't where i was told they would be. Drove 45 mins for nothing.
Happy to get the e- tickets the day I ordered them. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. Seat selection was also easy. Notification of additional fees was made well in advance of finalizing the order which I appreciated. My review is a good one.
I liked the site and everything wa super easy. Although, I hate that there was a 33 dollar service charge per ticket bought and a 7 dollar shipping fee for tickets that are being delivered by email. A bit ridiculous. But everything else was fine.
Got these ticket for my mom and dad for myy moms birthday. She has been wanting to go so i suprised her with two tickets. Just hope these tickets r the real deal. I want her to enjoy herself and have a great time.
Can't wait to see this concert!
Great Seats and very easy to order!
Very nice to see the seating chart to know whereabout you will be seated!
Thank you so very much!
At the beginning of the transaction were not clear regarding the delay of the shipment.
Then an embarrassing time was indicated, finally it was delivered in a respectable period, and all happy
I am in Mexico city, this is the second time i buy tickets at its site and it is excellent, fast and eficient
Thank you
Never had a problem buying tickets. They are not easily reachable. I was on hold for 45 min and the recorder insists you leave a message or email them as they will call you back immediately and 3 days later i got my first call, they left a message with the number that no one picks up again. And i wait another 3 days and this time i explained the problem and they don't care. I say NEXT... no more business from me.
Online city is definitely one of the best ticket services I have ever used. I wish all the tickets services were as easy to use and more efficient.
They are making me write a review but i bought the tickets no problem so I guess that's cool. Super excited to see Greenday!
Was super easy and i got the tickets emailed to me quickly after purchase. Will use them again for sure.
The online service was quick and efficient however the price per ticket was listed at $244 each. I ordered 4 at that price but instead of being $976 plus a fee of 7.50 to instantly print out my tickets (983.50) Upon check out my total came out to $1281. 18.
$297.68 more than I thought I was paying. I called the customer service number and the woman told me that was a processing fee for the 4 tickets. That comes out to $74.42 per ticket! She said it's written at the bottom left on the check out form but I never saw it. No cancellation allowed either even though I called minutes after my order. Anyway lesson learned. Just giving a heads up to future consumers. Hope I enjoy the concert. I'm having to eat the "processing fees" as I told my friends their ticket cost was $244 not $320 each...
Needed tickets online... easy transaction, quick response. Thanks! I am looking forward to the Chris Tomlin concert in San Antonio in April. I would recommend using Online City Tickets.
I recently purchased tickets for the Game of Thrones concert experience. I initially tried to order from this website but mistakenly purchased one ticket instead of two. When I attempted to immediately right the error, this terrible company told me all sales are final. I wasn't trying to not purchase tickets. I just wanted two. Just went to ticketmaster directly. Don't ever purchase from this $#*!ty organization.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
