Only problem was it was hard to tell if I had actual seat numbers and unable to tell until I purchased tickets that it is the barstool area which in assuming is first come first serve

I went to purchase tickets for the Chris Brown concert in Philadelphia and the Wells Fargo website lead me to here. I bought 4 tickets for $415. When we got the concert they said they were false tickets and to go to customer service. Come to find out the tickets I bought were re sold on this website with a stolen credit card. They could not do anything for us and I have to contact them to get my money back. I will never buy again from here and I will get ever penny back. This is the worst experience ever with ticket purchasing.

These folks evidently don't have the tickets in hand when they send them. Mine arrived a day later than promised, which is probably not that big of a deal, except i was supposed to be on the road to Nashville tonight but had to wait on the tickets. Still resolved without getting the company involved, so I give 4 stars. The fees charged are higher than I'd expect & not revealed until you've already agreed to the purchase. This should be the other way around.

Ordering was easy. And hassle free. Although when ordering the tickets it was hard to know exactly where the seats were. It gave you just the section and row. No # of the seat in the row. A d the diagram of the arena doesn't show you the rows is in section

Had I known the service charges on these tickets would increase the total charge by nearly 1/3, i might have looked elsewhere. That's too much for the service to buy tickets to a local show.

$10 charge per ticket is waaayy out of line and then another $7 just to send an email! This was 33% of the ticket cost. Just too much.

I searched for a band tour dates and this site came up. I thought this site was the sole ticket agent for the venue. I was wrong. Tickets are priced 20 bucks more than the venue and the service fee over 20 bucks for each ticket purchased. Go to the venue site before purchasing here unless you are desperate for hard to get tickets. For this particular show, plenty of tickets were still available in the section I wanted.
