I've shopped here for the last time. My last ordered was placed on May 4 and was just mailed on May 25. I tried calling to cancel the order and the recording said they were so busy I'd have to call back at another time. I then sent an email to Customer Service & got no response. So, I finally bit the bullet and sat on hold for 50 minutes, only to be told that the order was in process so it could no longer be canceled. That the warehouse doesn't look at notes in the computer, take phone calls or emails. What a way to run a business! Well they've lost mine.

I love the dresses I have been buying there for years. But they are just cotton. I only buy them on sale because of the high price. Now, with half the country out of work, they have raised their price. Only on this dress, though, long and short versions. Even "on sale" they are $10 more than the old price. Ridiculous.

Bad business
August 4, 2021

I ordered from this company in April 2021. Merchandise didn't come until the end of May. I had 60 days to return improper fitting material and I mailed them back within that time. I returned them the end of June. A month later August 4, they returned the merchandise saying I was too late returning them for a refund. They even told me when I called I could stay on the line all day but they will not give me a refund. I was disappointed with some of the material that was used in the capris also. This is a company I would recommend not using their size chart. Needless to say I will never order from them again.

One Stop Plus has ridiculous and excessive shipping times. Cardholders are supposed to get free or discounted shipping and then are made to wait 2 to 4 weeks for shipping of orders, when One Stop Plus is giving priority to those who pay for expedited shipping. Total Scam.

Can anyone offer advice to me for a good online shopping site for above average women? I'm about 5'7 and a size 16/18. I cannot find a long coat around here to save my life...

Service has gone down since OPS bought out FullBeauty. I recently received an e-mail telling me that my Shopper's club would be renewed on a certain date. When I went to make a purchase after that date, I noticed the shipping didn't change to $2.99, so I contacted them. I was told that my credit card was declined and therefore the membership was not renewed. There is no reason my card would have been declined, as we pay the balance in full every month. There was no attempt to contact me about this. I was told that I was grandfathered in when they bought the company and there is no way I can rejoin. It sounds to me like they are trying to do away with the shopper's club. I've been a member of the Shopper's Club for seven years and I'm really disgusted with the business practices of the current owners. (This concern does not involve a complaint about a product.)

I ordered a throw and hoped to receive it by Christmas. It has been 14 days and still haven't got an e-mail saying my item shipped. When I click on my order number it says there is no order. Haven't received my item. BEWARE of this site.
I will hope to get a refund.

Price seitch

I ordered items out of the clearance catalog that was enclosed with my purchase. The company switched the price to the full cost. I was told the cost would be adjusted then the items shipped. My change card was charged the full price. I am still fighting with them plan to dispute the cost with the credit card company

STAY AWAY!
September 23, 2024

- I bought over $1000 of merchandise and returned all but one item. After washing the item I kept (following washing instructions exactly) the item is a complete wrinkled mess and unwearable.
- This has been the WORST shopping experience ever!
- Shipping charges are Outrageous!
- Marketing Strategies are deceiving, in my opinion.
- Merchandise, in my opinion, is very poor quality!
- Returns are a nightmare! With lots of "Processing Fees" added for doing so. $11 for items returned from Each order #, And another $11 for having refund money put back on original form of payment. And, when I called to check on the status of a refund, they said my account showed only one refund for 2 items, but I had returned 4 items in the same return. They argued with me and said I only returned 2. I had to give them the date I sent the package out, the date they emailed me that they received it, the date they emailed me stating they finished processing it, and to watch for another email with the email details. That email never came. I got one for the other two items, but not for the missing two items. Finally... the Customer Service Rep said he found it, but said I bought it from a partner retailer FullBeauty and would have to contact them about it. FullBeauty is the Umbrella name for all the retailers that partner together, I bought from a retailer under the umbrella. He argued with me again when I told him this. I told him I could send him proof of all the emails, he finally processed the return after hearing that I had every email ever received from them, including advertisements. Thank God I did!
- Notifications for Gift Card Returns were hidden within Advertising emails so that I missed one and had to fight to get my money back as described above.
- Worst Company(ies) I have ever had to deal with! I will never shop with any affiliate retailers in the future and would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!
- I did not see their rating score of 1.5 until today. I never would have shopped with them in the first if I had. With the experience I had with them, I am honestly surprised their rating isn't lower than 1.5!

Be very careful! I have recently found that the returns/refunds that should been credited to my account have just VANISHED into thin air. They can't account for the funds that should have been credited to my account and are according to their customer service "they are investigating the matter". Meanwhile I am paying interest on monies that should long ago been credited/removed from the account balance.

They very rarely have all sizes of everything they offer in catalogs OR on their website. When you order, their normal SOP seems to be to back-order things.
Ordered two pieces of a bathing suit that were separates on 6/6/11. Was told the bottom was ordered and shipped, but the top was back-ordered until 7/18/11.
Just went to check to see when the top would be coming, and found in Order History that the back-order of the top had been cancelled, without them ever sending me a single notification at all.
So now I'm stuck with a bathing suit bottom, and no matching top to go with it.
THEY SUCK!

Refund... discounts
September 30, 2015

I went through the process of placing my order but did not see where to enter my discount codes. The order was accepted but still no place to add discount codes. I immediately contacted them and they said they could not add the codes to my order because I am in international customer... but they can do so after the order has shipped. Seriously? This is a substantial amount of money to me and the value of the order affects such things as duty and taxes.

Similar to above. Order item for Christmas, received confirmation. Item didn't arrive for Christmas like they said. Called after Christmas. Company said they canceled order. Did not inform me of such, so my friend did not receive her gift. Very embarrassing. Also, charged my credit card for item and had to dispute the charge with bank. Beware! I do not recommend doing business with them.

Put a order in last year and tried to update the address. But they were updating their system and when I thought it was it never did, so my order went to a address that I haven't lived in for 4 years! When they split the shipment into 2. When they sent me a message saying that the order was delivered, it was to the old address! When I called them they said that it was my problem even though I changed the information it still showed up to the old address! They said to ck and see if it was there. No luck at all and called back and spoke to someone in one of the departments, can't remember the department. But they told me to do a affidavit about not receiving the order and that it should take about a month to get the money back. Sent it back in October and not 1 word since. Sent them a email about it. Nothing. Called today to find out about it and was told that it was denied? Asked for a supervisor, none around! Will never order again. $100 wasted. No clue about who ever got it but it was never me. They said that they will have a supervisor and the email or call. Yeah right. What B. S.! When I ordered from women within before didn't have a problem. Now, no way. Next time I'll do mine with Amazon or the Avenue. Anything that has to do with them. Nope they already got my money, no more.

When you order from this company it takes forever to receive your package... that is of your lucky enough to actually receive it. I have had two orders "go missing" in the past two months. It is also almost impossible to get intouch with customer service. Also watch your credit card statements this company is notorious for not crediting accounts.

Customer Service stinks. Placed an order Monday at noon for two pairs of pants. By evening I changed my mind and called to cancel. Was told it was too late already shipped. I emailed Customer Service and they said it was too late. Called Customer Service again Tue morning and they said it is in process and can't be canceled. I told them I was only shipping it back and the only ones gaining were the Post Office - but no matter. On Wed rec'd an email saying it had been shipped. They have certainly LOST a customer here.

Shipping is bad

Shipping is bad. Customer service is bad. Those two make the entire experience very frustrating. Will not order from them again. I was supposed to get my item today (Friday) and will not receive till Wednesday. Even though its actually IN the city I live in. I don't live in that big of a city...

Wow are they BAD!

Wow are they BAD! So far they have charged my credit card 4 times for the same items. My bank has had to be conferenced in for the most recent call and my bank finally stopped it. This company hung up on me while my bank was on the phone with me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They have given me a different excuse with each charge. I can't believe it. I want to return everything, but I'm worried that I won't get ANY of my money back. Beware of ordering anything fron this company! If I could give less than one star I would be more satisfied.

This company is the WORST! I ordered $700 worth of clothing and never received the package and they want to send a collections company for their money because my credit card company refunded my money back to me... why would I pay for items that I never received!

This company is deceitful. I have been waiting for a refund for months. Every time I call to see why I have not received the credit, there is a new story. The first time, I was told my credit card had been refunded--there must be a problem with my bank. The next time I was told that actually the refund had gone to a gift card (never received). The next time it was, oh sorry, the refund was never made--it will be made within 24 hours. The next time it was, oh, that isn't 24 hours in real time. It is 24 -72 BUSINESS hours. I have yet to see my refund and it has been months. NEVER AGAIN (and I was a regular customer.)
