Stay away. There prices are too high and then the shipping. I ordered 2 items and got 2 separate items there were other peoples orders with their names, address ect in the packing info. One of the customer service people I spoke with was at least apologetic. When I ask for a supervisor when the second box was not my order he was more concerned about getting back their merchandise which they had charged me for, not crediting me for "stuff" I did not order. Last time will purchase from them.
Purchased a bamboo cheese board and after one year of very light use it split apart. Although expensive, the board was poorly made. One Kings Lane would not accept responsibility for the product. I will not do business with them again.
A few days after posting this review Kings Lane offered a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised. Their effort has changed my opinion about their willingness to take responsibility.

This company is a nightmare avoid at all costs! They told me they'd give me the correct price on a couch I ordered, correct price was $692. However they continued to charge my card $1538 for the entire month of July. This charge would appear then disappear leaving my account with this huge hit of $1538 at random times.
Thankfully my bank has been awesome with helping me resolve this matter. But not having access to your money is a devastating experience especially when it's randomly taken out several times a month.
I've since placed a stop payment with this merchant so I can stop reliving this nightmare. The customer service is a joke and could not/would not help at all. It's like they contract remote employees who just pick up their cell phone and pretend to assist you.
I hate this company and I've done business with thousands. This is the only company I can say I truly hate. I hope they are shut down!

I ordered a little bookshelf. The charge for "white glove" delivery was very high, but it took over 6 weeks, and they sent it to the wrong address at first! Too much of a hassle and not tremendous value. I'm not rushing back.
They will cancel your order and not notify you that its been cancelled, even after you try to email their customer service about where your order is. Trust all the bad reviews. This company does not have it together at all.

Ordered flatware on August 28 for $150 - supposed to arrived by September 3. Never arrived. Many calls to customer service, which was polite and assured me every time that order would be fulfilled, but kept stalling. Item always remained on website at same price. A month after order, website price changed to $295, and customer service told me they would not honor my order. Lies, deceptive business practices, etc. I will never order from them again, and advise others not to.
I ordered a sheep skin rug online in September 2016. I requested that the order be cancelled after delayed shipping with no information on when to expect delivery. Despite this request the rug was inadvertently shipped to me. I contacted the company to get return authorization since I no longer wanted the rug. I returned the unused rug in original shipping package. Company received package and indicated they'd issue a refund. After numerous telephone calls and emails as of April 2017 I've still not received the $289.00 refund as promised. Stay away from this company. Very poor business practices.
I love the stuff they have on this site but was afraid to risk buying from them since most of their stuff is a bit pricey. To try them out, I recently purchased some kids toys and clothes (nothing very expensive) and was pleased. They do take a while to process/ship, but I remember they list the expected arrival dates on the items before I purchased them so I knew that ahead of time, and they don't charge you until your stuff ships. I like this site and would use them again, but I'm not sure I'd ever buy a $6000 dresser from them or anything.
I have never had such a bad experience with an online purchase in my life. Their customer service department is horrible and they have no desire of helping a customer resolve any issues to getting your product sent in a timely manner. Their inability to work effectively with the actual vendor sending the product is all but useless. I will never shop with them again and highly discourage anyone else from doing so.

The libby bed, which we waited 2 months for, doesn't assemble like it shows on the website. The bed is taller than shown, the headboard is unstable. The base is very good. But the headboard ruined it all. Customer service did nothing to rectify the situation - they just gave us a return. So we have wasted enormous amounts of time assembling, disassembling and waiting for this basically unusable bed. These black bars stick up if you assemble as shown on the website

If I could give no stars I would. I bought a bed for almost 3k that was delivered damaged and dirty. After almost 2 months of being told something different by customers service and emails they are picking the best up and giving a refund but no replacement. I will have to reorder. It took 6 months for this to arrive! They offered 15% refund if I would fix it myself. They have lied on several occasions. Never order from them!
Recently purchased a lamp. Upon inspection, it was clear that the base portion of the lamp was painted in a shoddy, absolutely unprofessional, attempt to cover an error in production. After communicating with companies customer service three times, was informed that I needed to take a picture of the product and send to customer service for review. Suspecting this company attempts to sell "seconds" or "irregular" products. Decided to keep lamp. Not worth the frustration to jump through their "hoops" for an exchange or refund. Caveat emptor.

I bought an $850 chandelier on One Kings Lane. The item was defective and I sent it back. It took them way over a month to process my refund (did it via phone). Then I get a gift card instead of a refund in my original form of payment (credit card)! So now I am stuck with a gift card that I don't need (i already bought a good quality chandelier). They claim I chose that method of refund, which is not true, that was entered by the agent. Now they can't process the change because of their finance systems... as if that was my fault.
I am telling you, this is a scam. You are better off buying from reputable stores like Crate and Barrel or Restoration Hardware, they have processed my refunds in the past super fast and in my original form of payment.
Now, I might have to sell this unwanted gift card at a discount and lose money...
I ordered a Christmas gift for my son in law in mid November. With the initial confirmation, I was told that it would ship Dec. 10. Then I was told later in December (can't remember the exact date), but still before Christmas. Checked the status today and now it says it will ship January 9. Nearly 2 months after placing the order? After contacting them, I received an email apologizing for "any inconvenience this may have caused". No explanation, no offer to help speed it up, no offer to find out what the delay might be... nothing! I am so mad I could scream. Sorry, sorry shipping policies and sorry, sorry, sorry customer service!
Very happy with this site! I ordered 135.00 worth of glasses and two came broken. Because they could not replace them (they were no longer available), they gave me a complete refund and let me keep the other glasses. I did not even have to mail the broken ones in. With all the bad reviews it makes me wonder if it's even the same company! The customer service was very polite and very expeditious. I will definitely do more business with them until I find differently.
I ordered a sculpture from this company in late April. After emailing them (no less than 5 times) about the item being badly damaged in shipping I got the run around for three weeks month. I finally had to go to Amex to get reimbursed. I called to see if I could get to the bottom of what was going on and I was told sorry but your wait to get a response of 3 weeks is actually short and some people have had to wait a month. This company is terrible and I can quite honestly say I have have never been treated so poorly by a company as One Kings Lane! In addition items are full price and you can go online and find them somewhere else, often for less so I highly recommend you stay away!
Their customer service is unbelievably rude, they actually hung up on me and oh they charged me $40 shipping fee to return two things that I ordered together. Awful. Spend your money elsewhere. Oh and they might give you a packaging slip that tells you to use the same returns info as Bed Bath and Beyond... the thing is you can't. They are an absolute miss.

After posting this review I had a customer service rep contact me and resolve the issue. They contacted the manufacturer and after seeing pictures agreed the item was defective. I just wish it didn't take so long to resolve; however, the important thing was that it was. I am happy now and would consider doing business with this company again in the future based on my latest experience.

I purchased two pillows that were $155 EACH. They are down and beautiful; however, I have feathers all over my living room. For that amount of money you would hope the feathers would stay inside the pillows. Contacted customer service and the best they could do is give me a $40 credit since it was outside the return window. I won't be buying anything here going forward.
I ordered a desk - the base came but the top is no where to be found. I got a base - which was USED, filled with scratches and wrapped in a blanket shipped by Metropolitan Home. No box, no packing except for an old box for baby items wrapped in tape - labelled as Christmas Warehouse and bed bath beyond. Totally ridiculous and spoke with someone at customer service - they could totally care less. They said I ordered a table and the ETA is September - i ordered it in May. So They said i should wait till September to get everything else since those were the dates. On top of that it was a dropped off at my
House at the front door. The base is 150lbs and they said this is not an in home delivery. This is literally the worst company - I don't know how they got all these celebrities endorsement - it's such a joke - they need to start working on their orders instead of focusing on their marketing.
Be prepared to spend a LOT of time on the phone with customer service to fix brazen, unacceptable lapses in quality. 2 $300 ceramic lamps in massive boxes arrived crushed, completely broken and predictably so, with zero protective packing inside of them. In minute 15 of hold with someone trying to get the boxes picked up and my money refunded.
