Easy to order from giftshop, and the sales are excellent. Pictures give good visuals of what you are getting. Love the customer favorites.

I've been using them for years. Easy order system, super fast delivery, great selection, and of course good prices.

The good: excellent selection, fairly reliable delivery, good customer service and replacement or credit. The not-so-good: website is a little clunky, and one slip can erase all your selections!

Good cancellation policy. The quality of the streaming is iffy, though. So I don't know how long I'll stay with them.

I ordered a little bookshelf. The charge for "white glove" delivery was very high, but it took over 6 weeks, and they sent it to the wrong address at first! Too much of a hassle and not tremendous value. I'm not rushing back.

Half the deals aren't really good deals; the other half have so many conditions as to make them impossible. I used to like Groupon but have soured on it.

E-delivery of tickets and awesome deals on NYC cultural life make this site a must. If you work for a not-for-profit, are a teacher, or many other qualifications, you can join.

Prices are too high as compared with other sites, but it's always fresh merchandise of high quality.

Usually love what they send, and I def like that one shipping fee is good for a month, return labels are in the boxes, and they have a generous return time frame.
