Arrangement that arrived was barely 8x8x6 with 3 very small flowers and minimal foliage. Returned and had to pay restocking fee. Will never purchase anything from them again..
I wanted a classic English roll-arm sofa. The Hayes looked gorgeous in the photos, and I was encouraged by bloggers who recommended it, even though I was concerned that One King's Lane doesn't allow buyers to post actual reviews or offer refunds if you are dissatisfied, like other internet retailers where I have bought quality furniture in the past. I should have stayed away. The sofa is comfortable, but it looks cheap and overstuffed. I am annoyed every time I look at it, and there is nothing I can do but live with it for years until we can afford to replace it. I also had a bad experience with the delivery person, who wanted to leave it on my porch because I didn't pay for white glove delivery. I wrote to customer service but did not get a reply. I will not buy anything from One King's Lane again.

Placed an order on July 5th. It was supposed to be delivered more than a week ago. I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions, but the matter remains unresolved. Apparently their moving sale is prohibiting a response via email, and they are currently unable to answer their phones. This is definitely my last order with OKL. Let's hope the item is PERFECT. I can only imagine the return process.

I've done a lot of furniture shopping in the last couple of years. Comparatively OKL has nice, modern products and decent prices (for what you're buying). My experience with customer service was always top notch.
Unfortunately I had too many interactions with their customer service because almost everything I bought was damaged or did not match the description in the listing. After receiving SO many damaged items I suspect that they are in fact selling "seconds", items that could not be sold in retail. Fortunately they were always very accommodating with refunds for anything I had issues with, even though they clearly state all sales are final. They were never able to replace. I will not use this company anymore because if I take the time to research and buy something I actually WANT that item. It's a waste of my time and energy, even with the refunds.

I ordered a dresser and had cancelled my order due to it not being able to be delivered for 2 months. They then said it would be delivered earlier so I told them to go ahead with the order. Upon the truck's arrival with the delivery lo and behold they forgot to put it on the truck. I then called One Kings Lane to resolve the problem but no help there. I then just emailed them to say "forget the order." A dresser is not worth the aggravation! Too hard to deal with!

I purchased an $85.00 coffee table book as a gift for a friend. I had to return the book when I learned that my friend already had a copy. I called to find out the return policy and was told (after a very long wait on hold) that the only way to return the book was with their Fedex label that has a flat rate of $20.00 I asked if I could return it by USPS if I could add tracking and insurance since the cost would be more reasonable. I was told absolutely not, the only return method being Fedex with their $20.00 label (the amount to be deducted from my refund). I spoke with both a customer service rep and her supervisor. What a waste of time since this company could care less that their return policy is patently unreasonable when no other options are made available. What an awful (and expensive) experience for such a small item. I will never purchase anything from One Kings Lane. Caveat emptor. I learned my lesson.

Purchased multiple items on 6/2/2017. First package arrived, second package arrived but shorted one item. Spoke with two different customer reps who said they would reorder but instead received an e-mailing telling me to look harder for the item and basically were telling me I lied, still not resolved, very disappointing.
Stay away! I too got sucked in to this website. Item was advertised as an oil painting in good condition. All I could see was the online image. No way to contact seller for further information What I received was a canvas print in poor condition for $400+. Art fraud! A garage sale reject. No recourse to contact seller Don't get conned like I did!

I found an amazing deal on Tourance blankets. When they arrived, the labels were marked with a big black "D" indicating defective. Every time they are washed they either shrink or contort (and will no longer be useable).
I eventually ordered an upholstered ottoman that is strictly for looks, never touched. The buttons were not sewn on, but glued. After 3 months, the "folds" in the fabric that give the tufted look is cut and the backing is coming out.
The ottoman was ordered with regular shipping. But when my order was "shipping confirmed", "white glove shipping" of $60 was required. I contacted One Kings Lane and explained that it was not needed since the ottoman would be 3 feet from my front door and there are no steps to my house. One Kings Lane still required me to pay the extra shipping charge. The total shipping: $120.
Spent over 500dollars for a living room chair which is so poorly made that you can't sit on it. Looks pretty, but that is it. Legs do not fit properly in holes. Never will I order from this company. Sorry I did not read reviews first

I was willing to wait 2 months for some sconces, but when I called after those 2 months were up to make sure they were coming, I was strung along for 2.5 more weeks before they finally told me they were out of stock. Mind you, I was speaking with a Supervisor every other day and she just kept saying they were coming any day now.
This co. Used to be good several years ago, but they've gone way downhill. They are no longer reliable. Avoid at all costs1
Shipping takes FOREVER! It was more than a MONTH before I got all the items I ordered. The basically have no return policy unless the item you order is damaged or broke... so forget changing your mind or deciding the value isn't there... you are stuck with it. I found I could have gotten the things I ordered elsewhere for a competitive price, and faster shipping, and a more generous return policy. I will never buy anything from them again. I will just look, find what I like, then search until I find it somewhere else.
I am writing this as I sit on the phone waiting for a One Kings Lane customer service representative. I ordered two chenoiserie vases over Black Friday weekend, and returned them in December because they were much smaller than described on the website. I was sent a FedEx label and returned the package promptly. I have now sent four emails inquiring as to the status of my refund and cannot get a live person on the phone. This is the most frustrating return experience of my life and they are stealing money from customers. I will never do business with this company again after I get my refund.

I bought a rug from them at the end of March, they sent the wrong rug. I then spent two weeks trying to get them to pick up the rug and return my money to me. It is 4 weeks later and I still have not been reimburse for my $700. I had three other rugs I was going to buy, and I have decide to use Joss and Main instead.

Ordered one item over the 4th of July weekend. I am under the understanding that they only offer limited items at limited times. So why then will my item purchased not ship until Aug 3rd? This seems really a long time. Very disappointed and that info was not given until I received the confirmation email.

Item never received after order went through, waited 2 weeks, then contacted customer service and was told it would be another week to ten days to get a reply to my request for info. They took my order and my payment info, have my contact info but did not send an email informing me of any problem. However, since I signed on to the OKL site I have received a ridiculous amount of advertising emails, it would have been nice if at least one of the messages concerned my unfulfilled order.

Ordered Westport Bar Cart but it was extremely difficult to assemble. Very poor directions and very poor fit of parts. It was awful to assemble and my husband is extremely talented so it is not the person doing the assembly. He has never had as much trouble assembling anything and is very annoyed that I purchased this item.
I have currently been on hold trying to reach customer service for over 24 minutes and counting. It should not be this difficult to get in contact with someone over an incorrect order, especially when they can only gaurantee to change your order if you contact customer service within 15 minutes... This is my second day of trying. I gave up last night because of the hold-time.

Just like many other reviews, we too were screwed over by One Kings Lane.
Ordered a 800$ glass top dining table. First it takes a few weeks longer than anticipated, then the shipping people put off delivery because they "lost one of the pieces." Once they found said piece, the table came and the glass top was broken in half. It's unclear who is to blame for the broken glass, but OKL says that we cannot get a new one (apparently it was a "one of a kind" table) but, and here is the best part, they will let us keep the broken table for 20% off. How kind.
