I purchased a cute white cotton Morgan bed, but when it was professionally put together the fake wood under the fabric would not hold the screws. The side panel is hanging down and the head board is tilted.
I cannot return it!

Evidently, One Kings Lane changed over their computer system and they cannot process returns. I have been trying to return 2 pillows for over 2 months. There is no computer problem in the world that would take 2 months to remedy. I've talked to customer service multiple times and they keep saying I will get an email for the return shortly. NEVER happens. I love their items but I can't see EVER ordering from them again!
I own a retail company in another category, so I understand the complexities of customer service. I would shut down all my shops if we treated our customers like this. I have never seen such bad customer service. Between the rudeness of the manager and then the lack of response from customer service. My problems are much like other reviews, Double charging, no customer service and finally settling by a charge back. Just An awful experience.
I ordered two two Ralph Lauren picnic bags that were supposed to hold upwards of approximately 4 gallons that I wanted to use in my personal chef business,
What I got was tiny lunch bags that may have held a sandwich at most, from a company called " business
& pleasure." of the worst quality.
Now the company wants pictures or I have to pay a restocking fee.

If your seeking comfort in terms of customer service don't buy from this company their policies are way to conduct business is unacceptable. Placed an order called next day to cancel and they would not cancel and after 7 days of placing order they will still not cancel and order has not even shipped just to make sure they charge me their restocking fee on an item that as I stated has not shipped and that I will not even open! What kind of service is this no notifications nothing they can do but glad to charge me a stocking fee and told me I should have read their policies who does that!

I ordered two bar stools that looked beautiful on the website. I got a confirmation email from One Kings Lane that my items had shipped - but they were clearly something different. I wrote back right away and never heard back. They arrived and were a different brand that was easily searchable on pretty much every other website. Clearly, they fake-branded cheaper seats on their site and increased the price by $100/piece. I emailed the help desk and never heard back. I finally got someone on the phone, who asked me to send pictures and she'd address. I never heard back. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered an outdoor umbrella over 3 weeks ago. I never received any tracking information so I still don't believe the item shipped. I would cancel the item but I am afraid I won't receive the credit. They have no business selling items that they do not stock or from vendors that they don't communicate with. Sad but I think One Kings lane may be a retailer that does not survive the pandemic.

Actual item (Waiting for the Sun Mirror I, White) received is almost a joke compared to the item shown. This is a imaged mirror and the item received would make it appear that either it needed another pass through the printer, half the image was rubbed off, or One Kings Lane has a magical vortex into legendary realms that does not translate once the item arrives at my home. Honestly, $#*! this website. Looks great on the site. Looks like cheap $#*! when it arrives. Please read all the reviews above and do not be tempted.

There is no customer service, items arrived damaged, the returns process has become impossible. 25 emails and hours of phone calls later, the issues are still not resolved. I bought a straw hat from them and after wearing it twice it started to come apart, unfortunately it was after the 14 day return date. They sold me a defective item and refused to take it back.

As at least one other reviewers said, their prices are not discounted. They can be purchased other places for much cheaper than this supposed flash sale site. For example, I found a dog collar on the site marked down to $59.00 from $70.00. The collar is listed at $49.00 (NOT on sale) from the original retailer's website. They straight up lie about the original pricing on things. What a scam.

I ordered a sofa, and it was made-to-order so it took five months to arrive. When it finally got here, I discovered that it's not the color I ordered. It's also non-returnable. When I spend thousands of dollars on a piece of furniture, I expect to get what I ordered. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.

Make sure to read the small print for their return policy (like keep clicking until you've read everything about returns because they don't make it obvious when buying). We bought ceiling lights and when it came, we decided we didn't love them and they were small for our kitchen island. So we returned them right away (3 days after receiving them) and little did we know that they had a restocking fee of 20%. This was frustrating, because we did not get back $200 due to restocking fee. We called customer service and they were no help. We wanted to speak to someone else but the guy in customer service said everyone was in a meeting and that they would call us back. We never got a call back. Disappointed and no longer buying from this company.
Just like everyone says- it took 3 months for the delivery to finally come. It came broken and scratched- and now its been a nightmare trying to get someone to discuss it. They are a terrible terrible company. I wish I read these reviews before my wife ordered this.

I placed an order at the end of May that was due to arrive in July. I used a promo code that I found online (as I often do). At the beginning of July when I had not received a shipment confirmation, I checked the status and my order showed closed. The desk was also showing as no longer available. I sent an email to customer service and after no reply after a week, I sent a follow. Still didn't get any communication. I called 3 times before I was able to talk to someone and they told me the order was cancelled because the producer of the desk ran out of materials for the orders. They said there was system glitch that caused me to not be notified. Then today, almost 3 weeks after my initial email, I receive a reply from customer service saying that my order was cancelled because of the code I used. So two different stories, no notification for either and now the desk is not available. Definitely not impressed with a site that charges so much for their products.
Sofa looked nothing like the photo! Horrible customer service! Plus the paperwork said that it came from Costco I hope I can post the photos for you folks to really see what these people are trying to sell off! It looks like something you would pick up from the swap meet

I ordered an outdoor furniture set costing $10,000 from them. The order was placed on July 10th, 2023 and was said to ship first week in September, which I was fine waiting since the furniture was the main focal point of a larger project. Then, out of the blue, on August 24,2023 they sent an email stating the order was canceled due to 'unforeseen issues'. No reason was given. To make matters worse, they did not process the refund in the '7-10 business days' per their policy. I had to contact them every day to ask about getting my money refunded. The refund was finally processed 16 days later. When I asked if there was anything they could do to help, provide a future discount (since I still needed the furniture), etc., I was flatly told no. We have bought other high-end items from One Kings Lane, but I think those days are over.

Hands down the WORST buying experience I have ever had, furniture or otherwise. Problem after problem, I STILL don't have the couch I ordered 5 months ago. 5 months. A couch. Sort of a fundamental piece of furniture. Delivery date kept changing, when they finally delivered it, wrong couch, and that was over a month ago. Honestly, their prices are not that competitive and the customer service is a nightmare. Too many options to make this mistake again. AVOID.

Description of flower arrangement 12" Snowball in Bubble-Neck Vase, Faux dimensions were given as 10x12x12. Picture showed 6+ flowers with appropriate foliage. Arrangement that arrived was barely 8x8x6 with 3 very small flowers and minimal foliage. Returned and had to pay restocking fee. Will never purchase anything from them again..

I wanted a classic English roll-arm sofa. The Hayes looked gorgeous in the photos, and I was encouraged by bloggers who recommended it, even though I was concerned that One King's Lane doesn't allow buyers to post actual reviews or offer refunds if you are dissatisfied, like other internet retailers where I have bought quality furniture in the past. I should have stayed away. The sofa is comfortable, but it looks cheap and overstuffed. I am annoyed every time I look at it, and there is nothing I can do but live with it for years until we can afford to replace it. I also had a bad experience with the delivery person, who wanted to leave it on my porch because I didn't pay for white glove delivery. I wrote to customer service but did not get a reply. I will not buy anything from One King's Lane again.
