Was able to put all my information in and had DJ's contacting me, rather then me googling a heap of different companies. We hired from here and look forward to our upcoming event!
If you're a business owner don't waste your time or money! I have been with them for 2 months and not one person has gotten back to me! It wouldn't surprise me at all of he's paying people to pretend they're leads!
I am a Photographer and signed up with OneFlare about 6 weeks ago. I was initially surprised at the number of "so called" leads that came through, however I soon realised that these supposed clients were either non-responsive or inexistent. I tried different pricing strategies but never got a single response to my quotes. In the meantime, similar marketing activities on LinkedIn have netted me several jobs.
Thankfully I only lost $100. My advice to any small business: Stay away.

We've taken a look into your account and can see that you don't have any reviews on your profile. As you'll possibly be in competition with two other businesses when you quote on a customer's job request, it's crucial you gain as many reviews as possible to stand out. You can get these reviews from past customers external to Oneflare, simply give them your profile link so they can write you an original review. We would recommend getting at least 5 onto your profile before spending the rest of your credits.
Another great strategy to increase your chance of getting in touch with customers, is to only quote on leads with Verified mobile numbers and email addresses. This means the customer has made the effort to verify their details with Oneflare and are more likely to be responsive.
We hope you have more success with Oneflare when you use the rest of your credits.
Esigned up to Oneflare for 3 months only, during this time had no luck getting jobs, but was charged for every quote I did, the leads seem to be all duds. This company is very hard to communicate with. After 3 months I rang (Monica) four times and she did not return any calls or leave messages, now 6 months later they have charged me another 3 months subscription without informing me, they said they sent an email of invoice but can't find anywhere. Stay away from this site as they are misleading, thieves and rip offs. The site does not make money for a business just looses them money

When signing up to our Premium Listing we advise businesses need to get in touch with us prior to the renewal date to cancel, as it is an automatic monthly renewal. We require you to acknowledge and agree to this before we place the Premium Listing on your account.
As we did not hear from you until we contacted you in the fourth month of your Premium Listing subscription and you failed to call us before the renewal date, your monthly renewal had already been processed for the fourth month.
Regarding your invoice, we resent this to you after the discussion we had with your partner this morning, before you called in yourself. We can resend this again if you need us to.

2 jobs back to back cancelled or put on hold, when i accepted quotations, site inspection needed?, rang office no response, cost $25 per lead not to mention tyre kickers, are these quotes legit? And as for screening the clients riddle me this one

This was so easy. Calling every tradie to see has the best price or who is available is such a hassle. I had 3 different guys call me and I went with the cheapest one. Whole process took about 15 mins and my door was unlocked within 40. Would use again.
If you are involved in any industry and have some sort of basic level of customer service standards, stay away from this site.
As a removalist my experience involved paying for expensive leads and constantly receiving the frustrating news that the leads were unqualified (just looking for general prices and quotes) or extremely cheap customers that accepted quotes that would not even cover basic operating costs and wages.
If you have a business you're much better off using the money you waste on platforms like this to do your own online ads.

Due to the nature of the platform, customers do come on to Oneflare to seek the lowest price by getting a few different quotes but we've found that great reviews will sway the majority of our customers who will lean towards a more reputable business instead of the lowest price.
I understand it's not a one size fits all, but our Featured Listing is an excellent way of giving your business some extra exposure with boosted advertising on the platform so you can take advantage of our already established SEO and SEM. With the Featured Listing you'll also get the refund request feature which allows you to request and receive refunds for unresponsive customers, meaning you can use the returned credits on another customer. God I wish I had of read these reviews before subjecting myself to this morally bankrupt company. Signing up for 3 free months, then had to buy $100 worth of credits. In my honest opinion, less than 30% of leads are even genuine, the other are completely fake. No business at all, then got slugged $99 for not cancelling my subscription after 3 months, even after emailing to cancel my involvement. I've sent all correspondence, contract, recording of phone conversation etc. to ACCC. This should hopefully shine a light on this scam of a business. I did contact Oneflare to have my subscription money re-credited but they refused. They picked the wrong guy this time and I will make it my business to expose this horrible business.

When you sign up to a Premium Listing, you are required to let us know before renewal if you wish to cancel as it is a monthly renewing subscription. This is outlined to you before you sign up and you are required to acknowledge this before we proceed with placing the Premium Listing on your account. We listened to the call recording and have confirmed you acknowledged and agreed to this in the initial phone call you had with our New Business Consultant when signing up to the Premium Listing. As you notified us you wanted to cancel after your renewal had already been processed, we are unable to provide a refund.
We understand how frustrating it is when customers don't respond, which is why we send them periodic emails and SMS to request an update on the job. We are also happy to follow up with them manually if you let us know you haven't heard from them after 7 days of sending through your initial expression of interest to the customer.
We will automatically refund your quote if the customer indicates they're no longer going ahead with the job, or if the quote hasn't been seen within 48 hours and you haven't attempted to contact the customer.
Great experience. I needed a painter pronto as selling house. Had 3 replies for quotes on the same day as posted job. All quality painters. Painter that was given the job was able to start within the week and is highly proffessional. One flare has followed up incase l required more quotes. Cannot fault this company
Absolute rubbish service from a worker's point of view. Do not fall for this scam. Fake leads that are a waste of my time and money, plus they won't let me cancel my account until all my credits are used up. If you're looking for work, just use Airtasker. At least 95% of the jobs on there are real.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel you aren't receiving genuine leads through Oneflare. Our purpose as a business is to match customers to experts across Australia, so we too share your frustration when customer aren't responsive.
To combat disingenuous leads we have designed a detailed job form that requires thought-through information from the customer. We also ask for the customers' contact details so that you may contact them directly to gain a better understanding of their needs. If a lead displays that the email or phone number has been Verified, this means the customer has gone out of their way to confirm their contact details are correct and will be more likely to respond.
If you're a Premium business, you can request refunds for unresponsive customers. All businesses will also receive a refund if the customer indicates they're no longer going ahead with their job.
You can definitely close your account if it still has credits on it, however, we would have advised you to use them up before you closed your account so that you didn't waste the credits you paid for. If you're still wanting to close your account now, please let us know at support@oneflare.com and we can get that completed for you.
This site has been a bit of a god send. It's made it a lot easier organising our wedding from interstate, wasn't sure where to start or what services were available, but with just a few questions filled out on this site I had vendors coming to me with quotes and offers within 24 hours.
My family recently used Brilliance removals to assist in relocating a family member to a country town near Perth. I've had help from Oneflare a few times, and honestly it has helped and saved me big time! Mostly last minute drop outs for services has lead me to Oneflare and within the day I have sorted my problem out thanks to being able to choose from a list of potential help here!
I needed a makeup artist on very short notice. I immediately got a reply from Eva and I couldn't of been happier with her. I had tried emailing and phoning a few salons to see if they could get me in but they were all busy. At least with Oneflare only those who were available responded so I didn't waste anymore time. For me, Oneflare was an amazing result. Thank you!
Oneflare is not good at customer service, ie the businesses and tradesmen who actually pay for the service get treated badly.
If you are a genuine business looking for quality leads I would spend your hard earned money on different marketing as the fake leads and terrible refund policy will quickly leave you short of "Oneflare Credits" and frustrated with the whole experience.
Rarely do you end up with quality work or clients and the experience is underwhelming to say the least, even if it looks good at first, be warned.

You can always tell if a customer is genuine by the updates we send you if they view your profile, reviews or website. And you'll know if they're interacting with your quote as it will say "Seen" or "Unseen".
We can't guarantee the customers will get in touch with you every time, however, if they advise us they're not going ahead with the job anymore or if the quote is unseen for 48 hours and you haven't revealed the customer's contact details, then we will refund the credits automatically.

I wanted a cost indication, I made a general inquiry, Oneflare published publically the wrong email address for a connected but unrelated business. With information not related or mentioned in the inquiry. The phone and emails ran hot for the wrong business and web site. The wrong services were offered and the replies were aggressive and offensive when told they were responding to the wrong information.
I tried to contact Oneflare and found that also extremely difficult/impossible. Frustration leads me to make this review.

I've taken a look at your account and can see you've incorrectly input your business email where your name was supposed to be entered when posting your job request which is why your email address went out to all businesses. I've now rectified this for you.
I can't find a record of you trying to contact us but we have a 'Contact Us' page at the bottom of each page on our site if you're ever looking for our contact details in the future, and a Live Chat button on most pages so you can contact us instantly.

Its a waste of money for the tradesmen. We pay between $5 to $20 to quote an job that's worth between $100 to $200 but the customer doesn't even answer their phone or reply. I'm not even sure anyone is getting the job because the customers are not even answering their phones. The whole system seems to only favour oneflare

At this time, depending on your category, leads will be priced based on a number of factors such as the value and location of the job. Lower priced leads means lower value jobs and vice versa - but the cost to quote will also be specified to you before you quote so you can pick and choose which leads to spend your money on.
At Oneflare we provide you with the opportunity to quote on leads posted by customers who are looking at getting jobs done. If, at any point, the customer indicates they no longer want to go ahead with the job anymore we are more than happy to refund your quote to you. Additionally, if the customer has not seen your quote within 48 hours and you haven't tried to contact them, we will refund these quotes automatically.
In an effort to ensure our customers are genuine, we are now implementing verified mobile numbers and email addresses on leads. You will be shown if either of these contact details are verified on a lead before you quote so be sure to look out for those!

I'm always happy to be associated with this organisation. They ensure that as a Celebrant business I get leads to jobs and they follow up with you regarding your experience.
Likewise as a customer - when I have posted jobs for myself personally such as pet grooming and/or plumbing etc - I have found quick efficient replies from very reputable businesses and always been very, very pleased with the responses. Recently we have employed a Garden Maintenance business on a regular basis as we were so impressed with their work.
If it wasn't for OneFlare I would never have known they were in our area!

I had a great experience with OneFlare. I had multiple quotes and was able to get the work done that same day for a good price. This is greatly improved the experience a couple of yrs ago. Well worth using this simple effective service!
I used OneFlare to find an accountant. Being new to the site I was a little nervous, however, OneFlare exceeded my expectations!
