I used OneFlare to find an accountant. Being new to the site I was a little nervous, however, OneFlare exceeded my expectations! Leads just dont go anywhere. You will get send lead after lead. But the majority are just testing the waters re-price. You will spend hours chasing them up for no result. Total waste of time and money
Oneflare is simply a connecting point between a buyer and seller. They take no responsibility for the service being offered.
I was quoted for a job and paid a deposit. The company then failed to do the job or refund the money. Oneflare could only say go to VCAT (in Victoria) and reminded me of their terms and conditions that exclude them any responsibility.
Don't recommend using this site - provides no assurances of not being ripped off / outright fraud.

I have used Oneflare for carpet cleaning and gardening, in the last 12 months. I received 3 quotes for the carpets but only one for the gardening job which was pruning about 70 roses.
Carpet cleaning was quality service and a good price.
Genesis Landscape responded very quickly to my request for quote, rang me the same day and arranged a meeting to view, discuss and quote. The job was completed the next day beyond my expectation. I highly recommend the contractors I have used and the responsiveness of Oneflare.
Very quickly got 3 quotes for my cleaning job. Got them out to have a look at what was involved and within a few days was able to choose the best quote from those 3.

Oneflare don't have a sufficient leads, also i have observed the lead says " Be the first" and when you pay and call customer then customer will say already done, refund policy is just fooling policy for business,

This site is nothing short of a scam. Job offers are sent to service providers and then the service provider has to pay to lodge a quote whether they get the work or not, in my experience, usually not. Hard to fathom that a site like this is allowed to operate. Stay away from all the bull$#*! promises

On Oneflare, every job request that comes through is checked for validity by our team to ensure it is real and then it is sent out to nearby businesses that qualify to complete the job. There are some cases where the customer doesn't see a quote that a business has sent and paid for, or the customer no longer needs the job done. In that instance, it is possible to have the quote refunded to you.

Over all I'm generally quite happy with Oneflare.
Just a few issues with refunds - ie: when I customer acknowledges a quote via email, doesn't mean they have not already hired someone.
Also is the customer aware that the Tradie is paying for every quote? If not they should be made aware.
The recent arrangement of requesting for 6 quotes is not what we signed up for.
Otherwise, keep up the good work and keep improving.
No more refunds for unseen quotes[i tried with a oneflare rep!] and quote prices went up by 1/2 as well as quote numbers, constantly getting leeds for more quotes required/6 quotes required and so on.
The original oneflare format of 40 quotes for $200 each month was a winner for my bussiness and ive gained many repeat loyal customers from then. Now oneflare is an expensive waste of time and money, Now spending the same money on SEO for much better results. Oneflare lost the plot and my support
Hi Richard, Thanks for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that your recent experience with Oneflare has been negative. We created the credits system and the new plans as the vast majority of our businesses provided feedback that they needed more flexible ways to purchase job leads. Whilst we no longer refund unseen quotes automatically this refund system was replaced by a better system that allows featured businesses to request refunds for any customer that is completely unresponsive. Even if they have seen your quote.

Ive been using oneflare for the last 5 or so years[Houseguard Pest Management- you can check my reviews] Sometimes i have a good strike rate on quotes and other times i cant win a quote but at the end of the tally i come out in front and stick with them because it works for my bussiness
I had the pleasure recently to use Oneflare to find a quality painter to repaint my mothers unit. I found some excellent painters who cam around to review and quote on the job. Once we selected the right painter they finished the job on time, on budget and met our quality requirements.

Please stay away Oneflare.com to promote your business. The projects were fake leads and not genuinely in helping the business owners to get works and validate the customers. I have spent $500 a month without a single close deal. I have called contacted the customers and most of them do not answer the call and reply to my emails. I have wasted my time, money and create a quote through Oneflare. This company is a scam and so stay away from them.

We also automatically refund your credits if the customer indicates they're no longer going ahead with the job, or if the quote hasn't been seen within 48 hours and you haven't attempted to contact the customer.
The support team leader Ewan, sent me a screenshot of scammers posting on the site and suggested it was my problem to watch out for them. After losing $200 to no answers and scamming I've told them to F off.

Fast response from businesses. Liked the links to click through to their websites and contact details easy to find. Once a business is picked it is easy to close off the job so no more quotes are necessary.
