At the beginning they explain and said all positive words and the package included everything and we will help you for your business growth but actually after purchasing package their team force us to purchase upgraded packages and if you denied they upfront started saying that now you take care of your things, we are not going to support you.

Never get trapped in exporters India. You will never get even a single call. All are made up fake calls by their agent. No body is having whatsapp. I lost *******. One Viswanathan may call you with great explanation. Please cut the phone immediately to avoid losing money.

Worst behavior ever experienced. If your not going to purchase their product they started talking in a very ill mannered and a very rude way. Don't purchase their product.

Extracting money from business owners step by step. Once you make min payment then ur stuck, they won't start the process if you don't take their additional service. They'll stop answering your call and delaying your work and their arrogant staff is just so ignorant of your views and will constantly try to manipulate you to buy their services.

I wish i saw more reviews before going into business with this company. I have an export company and all the enquiries I get are domestic. Initially they provided with a few enquiries which also turned out to be useless. A few days later they started to bug us with calls regarding upgrading the package. They are basically cheating us and providing with wrong information in the beginning just to get customers. On top of it, their employees have zero manners. They misbehave on call and talk in a very insulting manner.

This is the worst platform ever.

So basically signed up on the page, after a day started getting constant phone calls to message "the business manager" named Neto and started persistently told me to register as a special member and pay fees, when told him would have to discuss with my parents. Said my old man doesn't know the reality of business and later on went to say that maybe 235 USD is all I earned in life and how we don't know how to do business. A very unprofessional customer service provided excluding the actual online platform. Although actual good service may be provided but they prioritize customers or sellers who would pay to upgrade their profiles to expensive plans.

I will just pin point the issues:
- Took 1 year platinum membership
- rarely received 5-7 inquiries a month
- 70% were fake
- rest were just for the sake
- 6 months already passed
- no promotion was done by them as said
- weekly POC person gets changed or on leave
- No response on mails

When I first hired about the firm, I always though it would like one of those big portals where your complaints get lost easily and it is exactly just the same. The team of exporters india proved me right. After purchasing a platinum package for business.

Very cheap and arrogant people are doing job there as an employee and i have felt second time and it was my another bad experience, if you will not take paid membership then they will annoying you and threatened about delete your account or deactivate your profile on exporters india. What is going on? We are not from that cheap background that everytime you will answer with thier all $#*! questions. Very poor customer services

Extracting money frm biz owners step by step. Once u make min payment then ur stuck, they won't let u till u make the complete payment. If something goes wrong they will put it on ur head & wash their hands. Pathetic ppl! Worst part is calling me after 2 yrs of shutting down the business & asking for money. Pls don't fall into this trap! It will kill u if u fail in ur business. If u don't respond they will call on all the alternate numbers provided. Go with them only if u r well established, new comers pls stay away from them.
