I took there premium service through Executive name Deepak, He promsed me a lot of things like you can talk with executives which specially assign to your account and it will be informed to you via your registered email id. After doing payment This guy Deepak didn't answer my call and they assigned me a executive named Utsv who is very rude, iased him to share List of Keywords for which you guys are doing SEO and wanted to talk SEO guy but he misbehaved with me so i registered a complain and i got a call from Jitender. He assured me that he will chane my executive but it didn't changed. So i formally placed executive change request. Then it took almost a week to assign me a new executive named Apragita. Initially she was nice in her introduction. But when i dropped a email followed by a phone call requesting for assistance to buy Lead and SEO keyword list she assured me to call in evening but it never happened, this was 10 days back issue till now no call from her or any email reply. I also trying to callher from last 3 days but she is not answering my call. So today i called on help line number mentionedon website and they transferred my call to other guy (forgot his name) and he claimed that now he is managing my account, but he was not informed about any of my email communication. ITS third time they changed my executive without my knowledge. Now i don't have any direct contact person as mentioned in plan. They also mentioned conference call with clients which never happened as i don't know whom to call for this purpose. So i am facing loss because of these guys and there pathetic service. I own a business and One day I received a call from this guy Mr Praveen 11days back stating about the marketing opportunities from his portal and I told him that am already a member in Alibaba so right now am not interested but somehow he convinced me to accept for his premium plan. So I said yes but I took time with the payment options. Till then everything is smooth and well, he used to talk very smooth and humble. Like this a week passed and after I was busy in some other issues. As a manufacturer and exporter we will have hundreds of headaches in business and simultaneously I started checking the reviews on exportersindia.com, most of the reviews I see are negative on this website, so I am thinking whether to put money into this or not and as an experienced person in Alibaba I came to know that these people wont deliver what they promised at the time of registration. But this guy used to cal me continuously, So in this confusion I am passing his calls (no one can say directly that your company had bad reviews more than good). Today finally I accepted his call because he is keeping on continuously calling... I said him not to call continuously for that he became so arrogant and suddenly started to yell on me... Said I am blocking the company and hung up the call. And after that he sent me an email stating

So I had a doubt whether this is the only portal providing business solutions to all the Indian Business Persons?
And seriously I don't even remember when I registered a free account in this portal.
This makes the difference between foreign people in marketing and us... We loose temper so fast as once the customer said anything not favorable to us.
