Exporters India is one of the prominent b2b portals in India. When I first heard about the firm, I always though it would like one of those big portals where your complaints get lost easily, and it is exactly just the same. Best team members all issue resolved mine.

I had a call from your sales manager Mr. S. Karthik-Asst Manager-Sales & Marketing. Wrong conversation with arrogant manner. It was a threatening from ExportersIndia. I never had this type of call from your side. I have handling more than 3 company profile in this portal. Now i felt shame to have account in EI because of his behavior. After discussing all details regarding upgrade of profile, i asked time to discuss and think. But he disconnect the call and blocked my account and sending rubbish mail. Is that the way you handling the customer.? I never met this type of worst employee ever...

Very bad company, they took my website domain and hosting because they ask for additional money for nothing. Also they have done very bad work in term of design

Every week they ask one new guy to contact me for additional money for nothing just i think the manage r ask them to bring target and commission

I have been having a Global seller tag for the annual subscription I have been having with the company.
Not a single, I repeat not a single Inquiry or buy lead has turned green.
I have not made a single deal in the duration.
The company executives have been just bluntly ignoring my calls/messages.
I have tried and texted them all these times but not able to contact them.
Having made an investment of *******/- till date to this $#*!ty organisation, the outcome is utter ZERO.
The company used to threaten me on the legal grounds and their recovery team would call multiple times in a day.
Kindly do not make a single interest in this company.
If you are thinking to start your business relations with the company, better burn the currency. At least it will help you warming up in this cold weather.

I got know export india through web and they got my number and started calling me for membership, due to busy schedule i postpone 3months, then i came to know all fraud happen through export india, i told them to give one month trail, so they said no, then i told them i dont want your member ship once i said that the person on the phone who talking softly started blaming me like ur products may be fraud thats y ur afraid to take the membership and also used very bad words and started shouting...

If company genuine no company will assign this kind of executives...
Please be careful and save your money..

Today I received a call from one your reps and the number displayed was 918 745 898 185 which is Tulsa OK USA at 10.50 am our time. He mentioned he was calling on behalf of Exporters India and did not even mention his name. He wanted to talk to me and I politely told him that I was in a meeting and cannot talk to him. He could email me his information and the reason for calling for which he said he gets 1000 of emails and cannot correspond with me through email. He started insisting that I talk to him and also started raising his voice. When I mentioned that not to be rude with me these were the words came out from him " YOU SHUT UP ".

I guess Exporter India do not do proper screening of people prior to hiring in regards to their etiquette or even train them on job. What a bizarre state that portrays the fine image of India.

First they will convince you to take their service then after payment they will not entertain you at all. I am using there service from last 2 month but not even penny worth. All i would say is don't waste your money like i did.

Fake company, first they will steal for membership and then their fake contacts will contact you for goods, take your goods and not pay, don't trust even 1 customer of them, we have lost 8 lacs to their con job

Since last year I have bought a membership from exportersindia.com. The first two months services were going good. But when the 3rd month started I did not receive a single business inquiry. After that I took a decision to complaints against them because they were not responding.
Then I registered a complaint. After a hour I received a call from exportersindia.com and they resolved my problem with in 24 hours. They provide me a profile manager for my project and now I m happy with exportersindia.com.

They just kept calling, promising many things to take the membership and after taking the membership started pushing to upgrade the membership again promising many things but once paid everything changed. Can't contact anyone, even the contact person who pushed to take the membership doesn't respond and avoiding. They assure you by paying with paypal we were secured and can get your money back if not satisfied but that won't work as most of the promises were given orally and Paypal won't take any action if you don't provide proof for what you dispute and ExportersIndia is only benefited as they show the basic things that were on the plan and Paypal only go with them as we can't provide any proofs for the promises made orally. So its all waste of your money and time. Please stay away from this company and don't fall for their promises.

I have a wholesale business of industrial chemicals in Delhi. I was around 2015 when all the suppliers from whom I procured my products hiked their prices.
