So far so good. Delivered on time undamaged. I measured sort of OK but that's me. The cover looks great and has a strong perimeter elastic to hold it on. It is not a thin cover but seems very sturdy. It covers 6 chairs and a table. It can be installed by one person but two would make the task better. I believe it is a good purchase and price was good too.
Was missing a box of parts from our $600 order. OJ Commerce promised Amazon they would expedite shipping of parts - they did not, gave me a complete runaround, were rude and dishonest. Meanwhile my daughter's birthday party (tomorrow) is ruined, as the item we purchased (a trampoline) was supposed to be the main entertainment.
We replaced our sofa with the Naomi Home - Zoe Futon Sofa by Naomi Home - as well as two Naomi Home - Amelia Glider & Ottoman Sets. The products arrived in a very timely manner. They were well packed and in great condition.
The gliders cushions are a little thin. We may need to replace them with something a little thicker. Outside of that they function well and are pretty comfortable.
The futon was crazy easy to assemble. The chairs took a little more time.
Overall we are very pleased and would order from them again!
I bought this phone for my mother who has dementia and had forgotten how to answer her telephone. She kept pushing buttons. I saw this phone and thought, maybe this would click with her and she would just pick it up and talk, and she did! Everyday my brothers tell me what a difference this has made in them being able to talk to mom. So, this is a great item, and my experience with ojcommerce.com was wonderful. When I ordered I was told it would be 5 days before I received my purchase, but I was very surprised when I received it the next day via Federal Express and it was in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted.
If i could give 0 stars I would! This company posted a very deceiving picture online of a changing table. Then when it came in and was not what was expected I reached out to start the return process. Come to find out, DESPITE being mislead by the photo, I would still have to pay a 20% restocking fee AND return shipping. I have just decided to keep the product because by the time I pay shipping and restocking I will be out over $150 and the product was $250. Not to mention their customer service is rude, uncaring and disrespectful... if they even answer the phone. Completely disgusted!
I found this after another bed seller wouldn't get back to me about an adjustable frame. Glad they didn't respond. This is the same frame and is 270 less than their sale price. Arrived quickly. Easy to assemble. Very pleased.
Bought for price + size (GREAT, loved it!). Worst directions/construction ever! Difficult + backwards. Probably why price was so low. Im 60yr old and put together myself. Wanted another one like it. Can't find. Would not buy this one again.
Good quality product. Easy assembly instructions. Box and one of the cabinets was damaged. Customer service number just says go online. When I called Sauder office no one answered. I left a message and never heard from anyone. Just living with the damage since it's behind a bathroom door.
We got the Donco Kids Twin Low Loft Bed for our 9 year old daughter and it's perfect!. It shipped very quickly. I think we had the entire set within 7-9 days after ordering it. I'm about 5'6" and the mattress is about level with my hip. My daughter's bedroom is pretty small. This bed set provided her with a ton more storage. She loves it! There's still lots of space available under the bed so she set up a lounge/reading area.
I have sent several messages to your company pertaining to a dresses I purchased. Never receive an answer to the several messages or phone calls I want my money returned. Worst business practices. This company don't deserve one star. I will be calling better business and put you on blast.
I ordered a sink from this vendor through Walmart.com. Around the time the item should be delivered, I received notification that my order was cancelled because the item "was out of stock". However, seller was still offering the identical item for a much higher price so they apparently didn't want to fulfill the order from the lower price. Completely unethical...
I was looking for a new tv stand with room for tv, dvd player, receiver, stereo equipment etc. And I came across this 55" tv stand that was perfect for me. Low price, no tools needed, and that was great. Not really handy when it comes to tools anyway. Nice thick wood and easy to assemble. I could not ask for a better deal.The stand was a little shorter than expected and for that price I can't complain. I just took two of my 15" speakers placed under the tv stand. Now I'm getting the height I wanted all along at the price I wanted to spend. So with a great price and a little ingenuity you too could have a great product from this company. Tv stand even arrived earlier than expected. Thank you so much. I will be buying more products from them and letting everyone know where it was purchased.
First, they deliver the product three weeks late. Finally got all boxes and then one of the boxes is missing the hardware and instruction. So reached out to their customer service team, and the reply I got is they going to look into this matter and will give me an update in 48 hours. So unprofessional service. I would never ever buy from this company and I would recommend to everyone NOT TO BUY from this company.

My kid climbing station was purchased with OJ commerce and I'm very impressed with the price and how quickly it came to me@! Wow! The product itself did not have good assembly instructions and caused some grief but that's no fault of this company. Their price made the extra work worth it!
Ordered the sauder shoal creek full/queen headboard through Walmart.com and received it much quicker the the estimated delivery date. Arrived in great condition, assembly was fairly easy but best to have someone help, it is sturdy once assembled. Will order again in the future.
I will never purchase from this company again. We purchased a Futon sofa bed which was 175$, and had to return it (it wasnt the right size). They don't provide return labels and a 20% restocking fee which is fine, but when I went to return the product it would cost me 320$ to ship it back. But my shipping was 29$
Bought a lift-top coffee table through these folks. Got here in a reasonable time, looks nice with the rest of our furniture, & wasn't hard to put together (I'm not mechanically inclined but am fond of legos). Only been a couple of weeks, but the lift-top extends just like it should & it's weighted well.
While it's up to us if what we are looking at is great, the Alice floor mirror we purchased from OJCommerce definitely provides the perfect frame for our reflections. We love it. It arrived in perfect condition, on time as promised, and its sleek design fits in everywhere. Its also light-weight enough to move it around, but sturdy enough that we aren't worried about it tipping over. Very happy with the product, the price and the service. Thank you!
I bought a table on Amazon, they shipped it to me the glass top shattered. I sent them pictures and got an automated message saying that they'll ship me a new piece. I waited, and then got another message saying that they changed their mind. So this $250 table was thrown in the trash, with no refund.
