RUN this so called company is fraud first they sent a tracking number with a delivery date, then I stayed at my company all day to find out it was never sent to FedEx. I canceled the order since it was still in the warehouse, they sent it anyway, it was a used couch. I've called over 20 times to be hung up on, told that they will have a manger create a return label... nothing. I have this big box in the middle of my office for over a week. It's a reason the prices is discounted please go to a major company

I received my new 50 ft. Blue hose a couple days ago and couldn't be happier with the color or the quality of the product, especially for the price! My brother owns and operates a small business and he uses many customers' hoses in his line of work; he thought it was an excellent buy. I will get another when my other hose fails! I highly recommend this product.

On a side note, the company sent me a generic email asking me to review their product, but had only provided the order number. I emailed, letting them know it would be helpful if they could also provide the item, as I've been ordering a lot lately. They responded within a few hours, so I'm guessing their service will be as good as their product.

Do not buy this product (Savannah Curbside Mailbox); if you still do, then try another seller! I tried to wipe dirt off the mailbox with wet paper towel and the outer coating came right off leaving black marks. Upon calling them, OJ Commerce passed the buck to the manufacturer saying that they cant do anything about it since its past the 30 days from purchase. Absolutely unexpected paint quality and poor customer service by OJ.

Exact same experience with this company as others have stated. Ordered a TV that was advertised for $99 on Walmart.com on Black Friday and then a few hours later I received an email a few hours later saying they canceled the order. No reason given. WalMart doesn't stand behind the sale either. EBay does a better job of vetting their vendors than WalMart. I will never buy from a third party vendor through WalMart again.

I ordered a baby gate from OJCommerece through walmart.com. We were very disappointed in the design, and wished to return it. The company informs you after the fact that there is a 30% restocking fee for any return for any reason, the customer must pay all shipping costs, and they do not guarantee they will even accept the return when received. Difficult or impossible to discuss a problem with anyone at the company. I am disappointed to be out $60 on this scam company, but wonder how the owners and managers of the company can sleep at night knowing their business practices are so dishonest and deceiving.

When I received the product, a captain mates bed- 3 pieces were broken and we were missing hardware to put it together. I messaged company and they replaced 2 of the 3 broken pieces and no hardware. We assembled the bed any way & used screws to hold together.
The drawers completely fell apart - every time I pull a drawer out- the front of drawer pops right off. All three do this. Also- the cheap bottom of drawer falls thru the bottom. The flat piece of wood, lays on bottom of bed- came to broken and they did not replace this- the wood is so brittle that even tho we attempted to use it anyway, its now broken in 2 more places. The bed is unusable and I paid almost $400 in JUNK WOOD that will end up in my fireplace this winter. Cheaper for me to buy a cord of wood - locally & I get more PINE that this crap bed. I will never buy from this company again. I have had the bed 6 montgs and its fallen apart & unsafe, ro say the least.

I was hesitant on buying bc of mixed reviews but I'm soooooo glad I took a chance. I find often two things make people review item like this bad- 1. Their expectations are too high. Items like this are particle board/Mdf. Go in knowing that. 2. They use the wrong tools and go too fast putting it together causing chips/cracks. Go slow. Use at most a reg battery powered hand screw driver and go SLOW. **No big power tool**. I absolutely live this and it was exactly what I needed for my space!

Ordered a bathroom mirror two weeks ago. They wrote last week and told me my order has shipped and provided a tracking number. Was supposed to be here on 12/18/2020 Now it says delivery is pending. I wrote OJCOMMERCE to ask about my item in question. They told me that the shipping service they have are understaffed and slow due to Covid 19. This is the excuse companies like this tell you it's really being shipped from China. I should have read all the negative reviews before purchasing, But didn't. Beware of this seller.

I'm impressed with my purchase of the Crystal Tufted Floor Length Mirror by Naomi. The mirror is exquisitely beautiful and fit perfectly with my decorating scheme. I selected the color gray and the shade is an exact fit. Raving about its style and beauty, sent pictures to relative who was equally impressed. Delivery was done in a very timely manner, especially considering the current pandemic which has delayed purchases with other merchants. It arrive intact due to very good packing materials. Bravo to a company I wasn't familiar with, happened to stumble across online. Very pleased with purchase, looking forward to doing future business, and would definitely recommend to others.

Horrible company as all the other reviews have already said.

The product itself was misleading on the Walmart ad showed a full bed set, what I received was a couple bottom slats for a trundle bed. That is NOT what was pictured on the website or mentioned in their product description on Walmart that you were not receiving the whole bed set.

Second issue is the slats that were received were damaged.

It's been weeks going back and forth trying to get a refund from this company, customer pays return shipping and 20% restocking fee? For a misleading and damaged product? Get out of here.

This company sucks and should not be selling items on Walmart or Amazon
