I purchased a vanity off Walmart.com through OJcommerce. The vanity was sent in poor packaging and arrived destroyed. I called numerous times and was given zero options except a replacement for the sink portion. The entire vanity was destroyed not just the sink. I was told if I wanted my money back I had to pay 20% restocking fee and $#*! it back myself (it weights 60 pounds). So basically if they ship you damaged product, it's your fault. Very sad that a company like this is allowed to operate in the USA.

I was very disappointed with communication. I received one email and was never informed when I could expect delivery. I called the customer service number twice, waiting over 8 minutes the last time. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told my order was back ordered and would have to wait another 2 weeks. I never received an email and if I had not called, would not have known. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were not in at this time. Currently, waiting on a return call. I will not be ordering from them again

On the website it says it sold and shipped by OJCommerce. It was a huge mistake!
Like many other reviews stated, instructions are horrible, nothing in writing, no labels on parts,
The hardware box is a complete mess. During assembly the hardware would crack the boards and chunk off pieces the "wood". It's made from very cheap material. Many of this item holes are in the wrong place or there are no holes at all.
It was very hard to get in contact with customer service but when I did, their rep said I can send it back but would have to pay for shipping. I don't believe I have to pay for something of that quality. They mislead the consumers with the pics and description they put on websites where they sell their products.
It's a complete waste of money! NEVER BUY FROM OJCOMMERCE!

Was sceptical because we haven't used this business before and the price beat out majority of competitors. Researched with the better business bureau and it was legitimate. Read the reviews and decided to place order. I could not believe how quickly the merchandise shipped and was delivered! Extremely well packed and very good craftsmanship. Absolutely I recommend this company to anyone looking for a good quality product at a very good price and fast shipping.

This is the first time I have dealt with this company and their service was outstanding. My first purchase did not go well so I contacted them and they immediately responded within a timely manner and it was resolved according to their instructions. Even though I was emailing them about it but knew that my concerns were being heard and met. Just to let you know the problem wasn't their own but from the shipping company but they handled it with great concern. After that, I bought more merchandise and it went smoothly. I really like a company who buts customers problems and needs at the forefront and actually do something about it. Thanks, OJCommerce. I will surely do more business in the future and greatly recommend your company to those who need your products.

After placing order I contacted customer service for an estimated ship date. After a few days - nothing. After a week - nothing. Then they encourage me to cancel. When I insisted on getting a ship date they said there's been a pricing mistake over many days and I need to cancel! What kind of bs company is this?

I only opened one box out of 3 to see the couch I purchased through Amazon with this company. I was appalled at the quality. You could tell it was plywood and little to no cushion and cheap fabric. Upon trying to return it they say I need to pay for return shipping of $297 and a $120 restock fee... I paid $600 for the couch. I was never made aware at purchase I would basically not be able to return the couch after costs of return. If I had known I would have NEVER purchased from them as 95% of Amazon offers free returns. Worst company ive ever dealt with and I'm at a loss for a lot of money.

I should have done my homework but I trusted Amazon since I was purchasing on Amazon I thought it was coming through them. I just found out the hard way about this seller. Save yourself the trouble this seller is truly the WORST. I chose to purchase from them because their prices were reasonable but the headache I have gotten since then has not been worth it. The order never arrived and customer service was so rude and horrible. They shipped the order to the wrong address, this was several hundreds of pounds and told me to go and pick it up. They never replied to emails and when Amazon finally got on the phone with them, it was rudeness extraordinaire. All I wanted to do was to cancel the order but they wanted to charge me a 30 percent restocking fee plus shipping to cancel an order I never saw or even touched. At this time no one know where the order is and I have to get it by a certain date. OMG don't give them your money it's not worth it! Not at all! Stay away from this seller.

Do NOT purchase this gate from OJ Commerce if there is a question as to whether or not it will fit in your space. Upon arrival of our box, we knew it would not work with our end stair post. I looked in to returning the item and was thoroughly disappointed to learn that OJ Commerce was going to withhold 30% for restocking and not cover my shipping costs! I've just had such good experiences with other amazon companies and returns that this took me by surprise. Using FedEx... the cheapest option I found... was still $50 to ship back. I ended up losing $65 through the whole deal. So... wanted to save others the grief before they order from this company.

This company is a vendor on Walmart.com They advertised a distressed barn door. We purchased it and when it arrived it was a completely different looking product. It looked painted dark brown versus stained, it was a solid color versus weathered and it had no distressed textures as advertised. I reached out to start the return process and they ignored me after requesting an image. It wasn't until I filed a complaint against them that they responded to my email stating "We just now sent a message to the warehouse"... the warehouse? For what? To approve a return? To look at photos? It's been 8 days since I requested a return, they've held my money hostage and refused to respond hoping I'll go away like it seems many of their other victims have. I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC and Attorney General. Hopefully they will not be permitted to continue to perpetrate fraud through false advertising.
