Very overpriced
July 13, 2020

The 3 chest drawer I purchased was made of very low quality particle board. It came with several dents and scratches and missing hardware. All in all, the drawer should have been priced at $50 not the $85 I paid. I won't purchase anything else through OJCommerce again.

Terrible policies!

I ordered a baby gate on Amazon, fulfilled and shipped by this company. It was much too tall and I never even opened the package. When I contacted them about the return, I was informed that there would be a 30% restocking fee. I called customer service and explained my problem and pleaded with them to waive the 30% restocking fee as a one time courtesy. I was already spending a lot to ship it back to them and having 3 young children, I am on a limited budget. They refused to even consider helping me out. Very disappointed and would NEVER shop at this company again. There are so many reputable companies out there that treat customers respectfully and don't have this ridiculous policy.

Poor packaging lead to two of the main parts coming broken in half. I contacted the number on the manual as soon as I received it and was informed that I would received the replacement parts by February. Since Feb 20 I've been calling them and getting sent to voice mail. It's now March and I still haven't received the replacement parts or heard back from the seller. When I asked for a refund, they told me they had no records of my issue and that since it's been more than 30 days since delivery, I couldn't get a refund.

Garbage Media boxes
August 2, 2020

I bought through Walmart some boxes for vinyl album storage. Mostly all damaged. I wrote to these thieves and they wanted to replace. I wanted to return them but they would not pay to send them back. Finally sent replacements. My husband went to put them together and i loaded the boxes with Albums. Two broke right through. I had to throw away 145.00 dollars worth of junk. To return everything was 165.00 dollars to ship. I would never buy from them again. I complained to walmart Lost cause. If it were Target they would of returned them or given back my money. This company sucks.

Horrible Experience
June 20, 2021

Bought a furniture piece from this company on walmart and it arrived damaged. Once i requested to send it back, they said i had to pay for shipping it back. Are you kidding me? How is this company selling on walmart? I have never seen such radical return policy. Never again. 0 Stars

Terrible

I bought a bike through walmart.com and then was told it was out of stock when I was looking at it. In order to order it again I had to cancel the order and then pay $50 more. Then when I found another bike cheaper I canceled the order but OJ commerce still shipped it and refuses to accept responsibility for not canceling the order as requested. Now I'm trying to return it and they have to investigate and will not let me ship it back.

I'm a happy camper

Cute white bookshelf, a little smaller than I expected but fits perfectly in my hallway. All my books fit, barely, but it's perfect. Definitely worth the price! My son put it together so it's easy to assemble, he actually didn't put the middle shelf in correctly but it works and he's proud of doing it by himself.

Bookcases

I ordered 2 large bookcases & they were delivered much sooner than the expected date which was nice. I had a handyman put them together since I'm not really capable to do such a big job. The bookcases look beautiful & I'm very pleased.

Horrible

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sold me a table with a top that was completely split. I needed it for something special and ordered it way in advance. It got here late for one. Then arrived broken and they won't refund. Just want to replace and can't give me a time line. I told them I want to return it (they are such a shady company they make you pay for the return shipping when the send you useless junk) and now they won't respond to my messages. Contacting my credit card company and BBB when I have time. So sick of unprofessional companies that are an embarrassment to anyone else who sells online. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Disgusted

After writing a bad review. I received a second email responding to my request. I am very leery because I bought this on walmart.com and they will not back it up for return. I will hold judgement until I see the end results. So on checking into this I will be charged 20 percent restocking fee plus 25.00 to ship. My $80 item will cost $41.00 to return. I am extremely angry right now

UNSATISFACTORY

I bought a changing diaper topper and had so many holes in it and was suppose to come with a dresser. Poorly made. Not all the parts were there. I paid 71 dollars and they charge a 30 percent restock fee, and it costed me 31 dollars to send it back. So only getting 20 dollars back out of the hardworking 71 dollars. This could actually go to my baby that is coming soon. Now I have to try to find a quality dresser.

I ordered two window blinds from OJCommerce through Walmart's website. One arrived. Still waiting on the second after a month and four emails later. Their first reply was "Check the box the first blind was mailed in." because I'm an idiot and that's not the first place I looked for the second blind? I took another reviewer's advice and just cancelled payment through my credit card company.

Great experience

We ordered 2 office chairs for school and had a great experience.
They came WAY faster than expected and the quality was good. They're only a few days old so time will tell but overall felt the experience was excellent.

I ordered a wicker outdoor table. It arrived w/ the 44" box slashed in multiple places, ripped open, and the table was crumbling inside. I emailed the company that day w/ pics and twice more with no response. I called 3 times and no one picked up. I submitted a complain and heard back 10 days later. I requested a replacement or refund since the table is un-usable with damage. They have refused for days. Finally stated I'd have to pay to have it shipped back and also pay for a replacement to be shipped. The damage was not my fault-it arrived in that condition. At this point, they've said they're not going to do anything and close the ticket. Awful shipping, customer service, and no resolution. I'm now going to ask my credit card company to dispute it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Fabulous Futon

A very nice futon, very well built and beautiful wood looks great. Mattress is thick and comfortable. Side tables work very well. Draws are added bonus and work well. Was easy to build as well. Only drawback from solid wood is it's rather heavy to lift back into couch position from bed for one person. But I can say this futon is worth the effort and price. I highly recommend if your looking for quality, this is it.

Took me a couple of days to put these two bookcases together. Not that they were difficult, it was that I take my time. The first thing that I was curious about was why the bookcases were assembled in two separate pieces. But looking at the weight of the bookcases I can understand why. One thing you have to be aware of is that each piece is not labeled very well. So really look for the markings and put them in order Before you start Assembling the bookcases. When I put the second bookcase together it only took me an hour. The first one took me three hours. There's lots of space and I would order from this Manufacture in the future.

Loved these mirrors. I seen them at Walmart from this seller and decided to visit their site to purchase, as I am a Walmart seller and know they have fees so wanted to give them my full sale since their price was already amazing even more in their own site with a coupon code. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY
August 16, 2017

Spent 140.00 dollars on some rugs through Amazon, wanted to return because the rugs picture/colors did not match what I wanted. Returned item, had to pay freight charges and the restocking fee... Basically out of my initial cost of 140.00 ended with a refund of 28.00 bucks...

Laptop table

I ordered a laptop table from this site... the email informed me it would arrive on June 10. I got several follow ups with tracking information... very clear information and very useful. They informed me it was arriving earlier than planned... it did on June 3. I got an update one hr before it actually arrived... love that!
The table needed assembly... directions were clear and very easy to follow... I put it together in 30 min... great table and I am using it to write this review!

First Time Buyer

I recently bought a Mosaic Style Full Length Floor Mirror by Naomi Home. I absolutely love it. The mirror is just as gorgeous as it is in the photo in my room. In addition, the shipping and handling was great. The mirror was wrapped tight. They definitely took a lot of consideration in making sure my mirror would not break. I will be shopping here again.
