Panda research survey website is got to be one of the very worst to do survey's through. I have accumulated well over 60.00 dollars, but according to them I have only been approved for just about 5.00 dollars worth. All the surveys begin normally and after about 5-10 mins, they seem to fail and I get kicked out. This happens all the time especially toward the end of the survey, SITE STATES: your demographic has been filled, or enough respondents have answered. And I really do believe they sell your contact information to third parties, because I get phone calls regarding subject matters that I previously answered on a survey.

Sent an item back, checked box to return credit to my Visa Card as per the choices given. Your given the choice of return for credit, replace, get a check or refund credit card. They also state that it could take up to three billing cycles for this to happen. So I waited, waited and waited. Finally had just about enough and called them, they stated item was already refunded, and I had to explain to customer service NO, That was the date item was returned. After being placed on hold for about 10 mins, they realized they're mistake and they would go ahead and issue a credit refund back to my visa card. Waited, waited and had to call again, this time they stated credit was issued back to my account. I told them that's strange because I don't have an account with you, i choose to use guest check out when original purchase was made. So finally after 4 months received a check in the mail, even though i originally wanted the visa refund. But at least i got my money back, I guess that is why people are more apt to use Amazon cause they're return refund policy is immediate.

Synchrony Bank for your Amazon.com Store Card is the worst credit card company that Amazon is using. I have attempted to pay off and set up payments through Synchrony Bank website system... each time payment accepted then rejected by Synchrony Bank... I have been using the same payment method through Amazon, PayPal and ebay and never have had any issue. When I contacted them directly(Synchrony Bank), I asked to email me this discrepancy and issue they are having, there response: "We don't have access to email"... I therefore immediately requested to cancel and close this account: There response was: "You can never re-open another account again". So I said " GOOD DAY TO YOU" and then HUNG UP...

Do not use this company for anything: They state a guaranteed money return policy, but make you sign a contract that states no refunds allowed, plus they use internet based programs that are free to download yourself. In addition each contract usually states for a lifetime guarantee or a two year commitment and make you pay and sign multiple contracts for stuff that you can download and protect yourself. They have to access your computer via remote access to help resolve your issue. ALL of these computer issues can be handled by yourself using your computers internal programs to self analyze and fix any issues: Go to Your Control Panel select Troubleshooting and select fix problems with windows update. They're are plenty of free websites for virus protections and computer help: I suggest Malwarebytes free addition, Revo Uninstaller, Pirirform CCleaner, Spybot - Search and Destroy free addition.

SO BEWARE of these Companies that are Scamming you for a product that is free!
